Abstract

Introduction: The authority possessed by the village government in forming village regulations, in addition to the authority possessed by the village, in the administration of government in the village must be based on mutually established regulations. Counseling carried out in the Poka village with the consideration that if you look at the development of the formation of village regulations, there are still many obstacles faced, namely the limitations of human resources.Purposes of Devotion: Provide legal understanding of Establishment of village regulations in Poka Village, Teluk Ambon District, Ambon City. Method of Devotion: The method used is counseling law to the community, especially to the Poka village government and the Poka village BPD.Results of the Devotion: The implementation of these activities is known that there are many problems in the capacity to form village regulations, this has an impact on the administration of government which is only based on ordinary government management, without any breakthroughs in the formation of village regulations which are the basis for innovation in the development of poka village development.

Abstract

Prodi Hukum Pidana Islam telah lama hadir di Fakultas Syari’ah UIN Imam Bonjol Padang dengan nama Jurusan Jinayah Siyasah. Akan tetapi semenjak keluarnya Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Islam Nomor: 3389 Tahun 2013, Jurusan ini dipisahkan menjadi jurusan jinayah dan siyasah. Akibat dari pemisahan ini adalah dibentuknya Prodi Hukum Tata Negara (Siyasah Syari’iyyah) dan hilangnya Prodi Hukum Pidana Islam (Jinayah). Penelitian ini akan melihat bagaimana Eksistensi Prodi Hukum Pidana Islam di Perguruan Tinggi Islam Pasca Pengesahan KUHP Nasional. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian mixed methods dapat disimpulkan bahwa pertama regulasi pembentukan hukum pidana Islam telah diatur secara legal dalam peraturan perundang-undangan mulai pada hirearki tertinggi sampai terendah. Kedua, tingkat peminatan siswa untuk memilih kuliah pada Prodi Hukum Pidana Islam sangat tinggi karena faktor keilmuan, faktor agama, dan budaya, dan faktor lapangan kerja Ketiga, borang prodi hukum pidana Islam telah memenuhi tiga persyaratan untuk dapat disubmit. Persyaratan pertama pada kriteria kurikulum telah terdapat perbedaan pada poin keunggulan dan keunikan pada hukum acara pidana Islam yang tidak didalami pada Prodi-Prodi Hukum Pidana Islam yang telah ada di PTKIN lainnya. Kriteria kedua yaitu dosen telah memenuhi persyaratan kualitas dan kuantitas bahkan rata-rata dosen yang diusulkan telah dokter bahkan satu orang proffessor. Kriteria ketiga yaitu unit pengelolaan Prodi sangat ideal, karena Fakultas Syari’ah UIN Imam Bonjol Padang merupakan kampus baru dengan fasilitas yang lebih modern dan luas.

Abstract

Buru District has been developed since 1970 as a transmigration area. The nuance of agriculture is characteristic of Buru Regency so that it is designated as a national rice granary area. However, since gold was discovered in Mount Botak and Gogrea in 2011, Buru Regency has turned into an illegal gold mining area. As a result, there is massive environmental damage and pollution caused by the use of cyanide and mercury by illegal miners. To overcome this problem, the Maluku Provincial Government is working with a third party (private) to normalize and restore the environment in ex-illegal mining, but the cooperation is prone to corruption. The purpose of this research is to prevent corruption in this sector. The research method uses Social Network Analysis, the data is qualitative. The research findings show that cooperation between the Maluku Provincial government and third parties (private) who are prone to corruption can be prevented by mapping the vulnerability of corruption to determine the pattern of relations between cooperative actors who tend to be easily bribed so that a cooperation model that does not have corruption implications can be obtained.
