Abstract

Kata Kunci: Metode Al-Qur'an; Kecerdasan Spiritual; Metode An Nadhliyah; Pembelajaran Anak; Penelitian Tindakan Kelas AbstractSpiritual intelligence is an important aspect of child development that can be formed through learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an with the right method. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the An Nadhliyah method in improving children's spiritual intelligence at Rumah Tahfidz At Taqwa Binjai. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method with the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and memorization tests and then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the An Nadhliyah method is effective in improving the ability to memorize the Qur'an and developing children's spiritual intelligence through a comprehensive and integrated approach. Supporting factors for the success of this method include the active involvement of teachers and parents, a conducive learning environment, and varied teaching strategies. However, challenges faced include differences in memorization ability and consistency in the application of the method outside the classroom. In conclusion, the An Nadhliyah method can be an effective alternative in developing children's spiritual intelligence through applicable and meaningful tahfidz learning. The implications of this study suggest that this method can be applied more widely with the support of a sustainable learning system and the active involvement of various parties. By fostering collaboration among educators, parents, and community members, the An Nadhliyah method can create a holistic learning experience that nurtures spiritual growth. Ultimately, this approach not only enhances memorization skills but also instills a deeper understanding of the material, encouraging students to engage more fully with their faith and values. Keywords: Qur'anic Method, Spiritual Intelligence, An Nadhliyah Method, Children's Learning, Classroom Action Research

Abstract

Patriarchy is a social system that places men as the primary authority and superior to women in various aspects of life. Patriarchy often serves as the basis for Islamic family law, disadvantaging women and hindering gender equality. This article aims to examine Islamic perspectives on patriarchy within the household, particularly in understanding the text of the Qur’an, Surah An-Nisa, verse 34. The study employs a qualitative method with library research and content analysis. The findings indicate that patriarchy within the household is not in line with Islamic teachings, which uphold the dignity and rights of women. The interpretation of Surah An-Nisa, verse 34, that reinforces patriarchal culture must be critically reviewed through contextual and historical approaches. The verse does not grant husbands the legitimacy to coerce wives into domestic roles or to engage in physical violence. A husband’s leadership in the household is a form of care and protection, not authoritarianism or domination. Islam emphasizes the principles of equality and partnership between husband and wife in building a harmonious and happy family.

Abstract

This article analyzes the values ??of tolerance education in Surah Al-Hujurat verse 13 based on Ibn Kathir's interpretation. The verse contains the principles of equality, brotherhood, and respect for diversity, which are very relevant in building a peaceful society amidst cultural and religious plurality. This study uses a qualitative approach through literature study with the thematic interpretation method (maudhu'i). The results of the study show three main values ??in this verse: recognition of diversity as the wisdom of Allah, the importance of social harmony, and an emphasis on moral-spiritual over ethnic identity. These values ??are very relevant in education to instill an attitude of mutual respect and peaceful coexistence. This study emphasizes that the integration of Islamic teachings into everyday life can be a solution to global challenges such as discrimination and social conflict. Thus, Surah Al-Hujurat verse 13 becomes a strong ethical foundation in instilling the values ??of tolerance both in local and global contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of religious moderation values within the Merdeka Curriculum in madrasahs in Binjai City, identify supporting and inhibiting factors in their application, and evaluate the effectiveness of the teaching strategies used to integrate these values. This research employed a qualitative case study approach, using data collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The research subjects consisted of madrasah principals, Islamic Religious Education teachers, and students at three madrasahs in Binjai City that have implemented the Merdeka Curriculum. The findings reveal that religious moderation values have been integrated into the curriculum and learning processes through various strategies, including contextual and collaborative approaches and the use of digital media. Supporting factors include teacher commitment and madrasah policies, while inhibiting factors involve limited time, teacher capacity, and inadequate evaluation tools. The effectiveness of teaching strategies needs further enhancement through teacher training, development of teaching materials, and comprehensive evaluation to ensure the internalization of religious moderation within madrasah culture. This study offers recommendations for policymakers to strengthen the implementation of religious moderation in Islamic education in Indonesia.
