Abstract

The utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Natural Language Processing (NLP) has advanced rapidly over the past five years. Transformer-based models such as BERT, GPT-4, T5, and LLaMA-2 have significantly improved NLP's ability to understand, analyze, and generate human language with increasing accuracy. These technologies have been applied across various sectors, including industry, healthcare, education, and public services, through virtual assistants, chatbots, automated translation, and social media sentiment analysis. However, several challenges remain in NLP development, such as the limited representation of low-resource languages, biases in models, and high computational costs. Additionally, ethical and privacy concerns in AI-powered NLP applications are critical issues. Therefore, innovation is needed in developing more energy-efficient models, strategies to mitigate bias, and stricter data protection policies. By adopting a more inclusive, transparent, and sustainable approach, AI-driven NLP can provide broader benefits to society across various domains.

Abstract

Di era digital yang semakin berkembang, strategi pemasaran berbasis video menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan daya tarik dan keterlibatan audiens. PT Pesat Gatra 93, sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di industri jasa keamanan, menghadapi tantangan dalam menyesuaikan strategi promosinya dengan tren digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan motion graphic sebagai media promosi dalam meningkatkan kesadaran merek dan menjangkau audiens yang lebih luas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur terkait strategi pemasaran digital. Proses perancangan video mengikuti metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), yang mencakup enam tahapan: konsep, perancangan, pengumpulan bahan, pembuatan, pengujian, dan distribusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan motion graphic dalam video promosi mampu meningkatkan pemahaman audiens terhadap layanan perusahaan, memperkuat identitas merek, serta meningkatkan efektivitas promosi melalui platform digital. Pengujian terhadap video promosi yang telah dibuat menunjukkan respons positif dari audiens dan manajemen perusahaan, dengan peningkatan daya tarik visual serta penyampaian pesan yang lebih efektif. Dengan demikian, penerapan strategi pemasaran berbasis video, khususnya motion graphic, dapat menjadi solusi inovatif bagi PT Pesat Gatra 93 dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing di industri jasa keamanan.

Abstract

This study presents a systematic literature review of Data Quality Management (DQM) in data warehouse environments, aiming to map key dimensions, processes, and architectural/technological enablers, and to identify research gaps. Searches were conducted across Scopus, ScienceDirect, IEEE Xplore, ACM Digital Library, SpringerLink, and Google Scholar (as a complement) for the period 2009–2025, following PRISMA 2020. Of 200 initial records, 133 were excluded during the first screening, 67 underwent further assessment, and 6 studies met the inclusion criteria for in-depth analysis. Thematic synthesis indicates that effective DQM rests on four integrated pillars: (1) standardized quality dimensions and metrics (accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, and traceability), (2) prevention–detection–correction processes embedded along the ETL/ELT pipeline (including consistent SCD policies and handling of late-arriving data), (3) architectural/technological support (automated data tests within CI/CD, catalogs/metadata, data lineage, observability, and data contracts), and (4) governance that clarifies roles and accountability (data owners/stewards) with incident-response procedures. Practically, organizations should start from critical data elements and high-priority consumption paths, translating SLA/SLI into executable rules. Limitations include the small number of included studies and contextual heterogeneity, motivating further work on cross-domain metric standardization, open DQM benchmarks, cost–benefit evaluations of observability/contract enforcement, and the impact of data quality on analytic/AI performance in near real-time settings.
