Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation and the inhibiting factors of the Sembako Program in Karya Indah Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. With research indicators on target accuracy, program socialization, program objectives, and program monitoring. The type of research used is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques with percentages. From this study it can be concluded that in Karya Indah Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency, it is not yet effective enough in implementing the Basic Food Program seen from the inaccuracy of targeting the community receiving the Basic Food Program, the KPM still lacks understanding of the social assistance they receive, as well as monitoring that has not been carried out to KPM. so that the achievement of goals has not been carried out optimally.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Environmental Service of West Pasaman Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the management of regional assets for the City Forest Park and Animal Park by the West Pasaman district government. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. While the data collection techniques were carried out through the methods of observation, interviews and documentation as well as sampling techniques, namely people who were considered to know the things to be studied. Based on the research conducted, it can be seen that the management of regional assets for urban forest parks and animal parks by the West Pasaman district government has not run optimally starting from management, maintenance and development, no action has been taken due to several factors, namely the transfer of the authority of the Forestry Service to the province resulting in a budget funds for urban forest parks and animal parks are not clear, Covid-19 and the change of regional heads. This is evidenced by the results of interviews with officials from the Environmental Service and the rangers of urban forest parks and animal parks.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana peran generasi Z dalam pelaksanaan program generasi berencana (GenRe) dalam menciptakan generasi muda yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dimana penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana peran generasi Z dalam pelaksanaan program GenRe di Kota Pekanbaru. Objek penelitian adalah kantor BKKBN Propinsi Riau, Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Pekanbaru adan Kampung KB. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa genersi-z berperan aktif dalam menyukseskan program generasi berencana terbukti berdasarkan hasil yang di peroleh penelitian di bahwa banyaknya generasi-z yang ikut serta dalam program- program yang di adakan oleh GenRe hal ini bisa dilohat dari generasi -z sudah sangat berperan sekali dalam pelaksanaan program generasi berencana. kemudian program ini juga bisa dikatakan berhasil dikarenakan adanya penurunan angka pernikahan tiga tahun terakhir.
