Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Leadership Style on Employee Performance at the West Jakarta Fire Service, which is located at Jalan Tanjung Duren Raya No. 1, RT.12/RW.2, Tanjung Duren Utara, Grogol Petamburan, RT.12/RW.2, Tj. Duren Utara, Kec. Grogol petamburan, West Jakarta City, Jakarta Special Capital Region 11470. This research will take place from June-December 2020. Population and sample in this study were all operational members of the Fire Department, totaling 134 people. The sampling method was purposive random sampling, and the number of samples was 57 people. Furthermore, the data is processed by quantitative methods using the SEM PLS 3 tool. The criteria for testing discriminant validity are based on the value of the test variable which is greater than the value of the other variables. Based on the test results in the year that the value of the x1 variable is smaller than the two y variables. Thus the test results are not discriminantly valid. The result of this study is that the value of Cronbach's alpha is more than 0.7, so it can be said that the variable is said to be reliable. The composite reliability value from the test results shows a value above 0.7, so it can be said that the data is valid. The conclusion from the test results can be said that the data is valid and reliable. Closer to 1, the better. From the test results, it is known that the NFI value is 0.68 which means the model is quite good and appropriate. Based on the test results, it is known that the Y1 variable has an R-Square value at Y of 0.781. This means that the variable X can explain the effect of the variable Y by 78.1% while the remaining 21.9% is explained by other variables outside of this study. Based on the test results, it is known that the P-value of the test results between the variables x to Y is 0.000. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the variable x has an effect on y1 and the variable x has an effect on y2. Results of the regression test show that the value of the original sample X against Y is 0.884. means that if the value of the variable x increases by 1 unit, it will increase the value of Y by 0.884.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan kesetaraan gender dalam pelaksanaan pengembangan karir karyawan bank syariah dan konvensional di Kota Pekanbaru dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kesetaraan gender dalam pelaksanaan pengembangan karir karyawan antara bank syariah dan konvensional di Kota Pekanbaru. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 100 orang responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis gender model SWOT dan Oneway ANOVA. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa tidak terdapat kesenjangan gender dalam penerapan pengembangan karir karyawan perbankan di Pekanbaru.Artinya bahwa berbagai indikator dalam pengembangan karir pada penelitian ini tidak membedakan kesempatan untuk memperoleh pengembangan karir baik bagi karyawan laki-laki maupun perempuan.Berdasarkan uji One Way ANOVA diketahui bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan gender dalam hal pengembangan karir antara perbankan konvensional dengan bank syariah.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh marketing mix terhadap peningkatan nasabah tabungan shar-e pada PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Cabang Pekanbaru. Variabel yang diambil penelitian ini adalah produk, harga,promosi, distribusi, orang, proses dan fisik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah yang menabung pada PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Cabang Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 43.770 orang. Sampel yang diambil sebagai responden sebanyak 100 orang (berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Dalam menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan digunakan metode regresi linier berganda, hasil analisis tersebut akan dianalisis dengan mengunakan bantuan program computer SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil program SPSS uji F menunjukkan bahwa nilai Sig. Hitung 0,013 < nilai Sig 0,05 maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima atau dapat dikatakan bahwa produk,harga,promosi,distribusi,orang,fisik dan proses secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Tabungan shar-e. Nilai koefisien Determinasi (R­­­2) sebesar 0,751 atau sebesar 75,10%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ketujuh variabel bebas (produk, harga, promosi, distribusi, orang, fisik, proses) secara bersama-sama mampu menjelaskan terhadap variabel terikatnya sebesar 75,10%, sedangkan sisanya 24,9% lagi (100-75,1) dapat diterangkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil program SPSS uji T nilai Sig. produk sebesar 0,004 < Sig. 0,05. Nilai Sig. harga sebesar 0,011 < Sig. 0,05. Nilai Sig. promosi sebesar 0,012 < Sig. 0,05 . Nilai Sig. distribusi sebesar 0,014 < Sig. 0,05. Nilai Sig. orang sebesar 0,016 < Sig. 0,05. Nilai Sig fisik sebesar 0,018 < sig. 0,05. Nilai Sig proses sebesar 0,023 < Sig. 0,05. Dari ketujuh variabel tersebut hanya produk yang mempunyai nilai Sig lebih kecil dari keenam variabel lainnya hal ini menunjukan bahwa produk sangat berpengaruh terhadap Tabungan Shar-e.

Abstract

Suatu kondisi lingkungan kerja dikatakan baik atau sesuai apabila manusia dapat melaksanakan kegiatan secara optimal, sehat, aman dan nyaman. Kesesuaian lingkungan kerja dapat dilihat akibatnya dalam jangka waktu panjang yang lama. Lingkungan kerja yang kurang baik atau boleh dikatakan buruk akan mempengaruhi mental dan psikis seseorang. Dalam hal ini sumber daya manusianya yang akan menyebabkan turunnya kinerja pegawai yang tentunya akan merugikan instansi/perusahaan. Pada Bank Riau Kepri Syariah terdapat pegawai tetap dan tidak tetap adalah 35 orang dengan latar belakang S2 , S1, SMA, SLTP yang bertugas berbeda-beda. Dari hasil pengamatan penulis, lingkungan kerja pada Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Pekanbaru dapat dilihat dari ruangan kerja yang bersih dan nyaman , kerja sama antara pegawai serta fasilitas kantor yang memadai. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yakni diperoleh persamaan regresi sederhana sebagai berikut : Y = 7,089 + 0,913 X. Persamaan regresi menunjukkan bahwa jika lingkungan kerja konstan atau X = 0, maka kinerja pegawai sebesar 7,089, kemudian koefisien determinasi (R2) = 0,834. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 83,40% kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lingkungan kerja, sedangkan sisanya (100% – 83,40% = 16,60%) dijelaskan atau dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Karena taraf nyata á (0,05) > Significancy (0,000) maka H0 ditolak, artinya ada pengaruh secara signifikan dan simultan antara variabel lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation and the inhibiting factors of the Sembako Program in Karya Indah Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. With research indicators on target accuracy, program socialization, program objectives, and program monitoring. The type of research used is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques with percentages. From this study it can be concluded that in Karya Indah Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency, it is not yet effective enough in implementing the Basic Food Program seen from the inaccuracy of targeting the community receiving the Basic Food Program, the KPM still lacks understanding of the social assistance they receive, as well as monitoring that has not been carried out to KPM. so that the achievement of goals has not been carried out optimally.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational communication and coordination on employee performance at PT. BPR Fianka Rezalina Fatma Pekanbaru. Respondents in this study amounted to 40 people using the census method. The data analysis in this research is quantitative using multiple linear regression method and the data is analyzed using the SPSS program. Based on the results of this research shows that organizational communication and coordination have a partial effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Fianka Rezalina Fatma Pekanbaru. Simultaneously, organizational communication and coordination variables have a significant effect on employee performance variables at PT. BPR Fianka Rezalina Fatma Pekanbaru. The R Square value of 0.900 or 90% means that the employee performance variable is influenced by organizational communication and coordination while the remaining 10% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.

Abstract

Kegiatan Wisata Eduksi yang di selenggarakan oleh para dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Ilmu Sosial Unversitas Islam Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau yang menghadirkan pengalaman langsung pengenalan Sejarah dan kearifan lokal melalui wisata edukasi bagi generasi muda. Adapun agenda wisata edukasi dimulai dari Mesjid Raya Pekanbaru kemudian dilanjutkan ke Makam Marhum Pekan, Kota lama, Titik Nol Pekanbaru, Rumah Tenun Kampung Bandar dan terakhir tujuan wisata edukasi ke rumah singgah Tuan kadi. Melalui kunjungan ini, mereka dapat belajar langsung tentang sejarah, budaya, dan warisan bangsa, serta meningkatkan pemahaman dan apresiasi terhadap nilai-nilai sejarah. Manfaat yang didapat dari kunjungan ke cagar budaya tersebut generasi muda dapat belajar sejarah secara lebih interaktif dan menarik, membangun kesadaran akan pentingnya warisan budaya, serta mengembangkan rasa cinta dan kebanggaan terhadap identitas nasional. Kegiatan yang melibatkan sejarah secara aktif merupakan upaya yang efektif dalam pengenalan sejarah dan kearifan lokal pada generasi muda. Keterlibatan generasi muda dalam kegiatan wisata edukasi juga merupakan salah satu cara untuk terus melestarikan warisan budaya dan membentuk generasi penerus yang peduli terhadap nilai-nilai tradisional.

Abstract

Talent management is very important for organizations to be able to find the right people to carry out their work so that organizational performance will increase. Workload is one of the factors that will affect the performance of employees and organizations. This study aimed to determine the effect of talent management and workload on the job satisfaction of employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury, Ministry of Finance, Riau Province, either partially or simultaneously. Respondents in this study amounted to 40 people using the saturated sampling method (census). The data used are primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique in this study used a nonprobability sampling approach with saturated / census sampling techniques. The data analysis method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis with multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that talent management partially affects employee job satisfaction, as well as workload partially also affects employee job satisfaction Simultaneously talent management and workload influence the job satisfaction of employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury, Ministry of Finance, Riau Province. The magnitude of the effect is 67.1% while the remaining (32.9%) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research-based community service aims to provide assistance to village officials in the preparation of gender-responsive village budgets. This assistance is intended to provide understanding to the village community and especially to village government officials so that village funds can be used to develop gender-responsive village development programs. Gender responsive village budgets are a pillar in disseminating ideas that lead to improved village governance. This community service uses an Asset-based community development (ABCD) approach that emphasizes the assets and potential owned by Wonosari village, Rangsang district, MeraSSnti Islands regency. One of the things that is seen as an asset is the involvement of women in strategic positions as village government officials who handle village finances. In addition, the head of her village has had a gender justice perspective. The result of this community service is the achievement of changes in the understanding of village officials who already have a good understanding of gender response budgets
