Abstract

Karaoke adalah hiburan dimana pengguna menyanyikan lagu dengan musik pengiringnya. Permasalahan yang timbul saat berkaraoke adalah suara fals karena ketidaksesuaian antara musik dan suara pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang UI/UX sistem karaoke berbasis website yang dapat menyesuaikan tinggi nada dengan suara pengguna. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah design thinking, yang mencakup tahap empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan testing. Metode ini dipilih karena berfokus pada pengguna dan menciptakan solusi inovatif. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk mengukur kemudahan penggunaan dan kepuasan pengguna terhadap antarmuka yang dirancang dimana penelitian ini melakukan pengujian pada pelajar dan pekerja yang gemar berkaraoke. Hasil penelitian ini adalah tampilan UI/UX sistem karaoke berbasis web dengan fitur pengubah tinggi nada yang mendapatkan skor SUS 80,17 dengan arti fitur pengubah tinggi nada pada sistem ini bersifat acceptable dan excellent .

Abstract

Collaboration between health professionals was needed to improve health services. The collaboration can be applied to the education system through the Interprofessional Education (IPE) concept. The purpose of this study was to examine students’ perception of IPE in the Family Oriented Medical Education (FOME) II program. This research is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional design. The research samples were 162 Medical Faculty Universitas Andalas students who took part in the FOME II program in the 2021-2022 academic year. FOME II is a learning activities created by FK Unand with the aim of producing competent health workers with a family approach. There were 142 medical study program students and 20 undergraduate midwifery study program students. Study data was collected by using the Interdisciplinary Education Perception Scale (IEPS) questionnaire.  The vast majority of students(153 students,94.4%) had a good perception on IPE with the evidence of working together’s component having the highest percentage (90.7%) and needing to work together’s component had the lowest percentage (59.9%). Medical Study Program students have the highest percentage of the application of IPE perception (95.7%) while midwifery study program students have the lowest percentage of the application of IPE perception (85%).  Most of FK Unand students’ perceptions of IPE are in the good category. However, the aspect of the need to cooperate is still lacking so this needs to be considered and improved

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Nilu Kopi Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling. The population in this study is all customers at Nilu Kopi Yogyakarta. Respondents were 30 people and used the questionnaire collection method. Data analysis techniques are: 1. Instrument test with Validity and Reliability Test, 2. Classical Assumption Test, 3. Multiple Regression Analysis, 4. Hypothesis Testing with Partial Test (t test) and Simultaneous Test (F test), 5. Coefficient Analysis Determination (R2). Test results and analysis show: 1) Product quality has a significant effect on Nilu Kopi customer satisfaction because the significant value (0.001) is below 0.05 and the tcount value (3.343) greather than ttable value (2.052) with the form of the influence is positive because the regression coefficient value of service quality positive value, namely 0.218. 2) Price has a significant effect on Nilu Kopi customer satisfaction because the significant value (0.000) is below 0.05 and the tcount value (7.080) greather than ttable value (2.052) with the form of the influence being positive because the value of the price regression coefficient is positive, namely 0.420. 3) Product quality (X1) and service quality (X2), have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction (Y) because the significant value (0.000) is below 0.05 and the Fcount value (168.289) greather than Ftable value (3.35) with the magnitude of the influence of product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) on Nilu Kopi customer satisfaction of 92.6%.
