Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas pendekatan interaktif dalam mengenalkan wisata lokal kepada siswa sekolah dasar, serta mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi selama pelaksanaannya. Penelitian dilakukan di UPTD SD Negeri Asam Tiga Naibonat, Kabupaten Kupang, yang berada di wilayah dengan potensi wisata lokal yang tinggi seperti Kolam Oenaek, Gunung Fatuleu, dan Bendungan Raknamo. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, serta kuesioner pre-test dan post-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media visual interaktif, tur virtual, role play, kuis edukatif, dan kegiatan seni berhasil meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman siswa terhadap wisata lokal secara signifikan. Kendala yang dihadapi mencakup keterbatasan akses internet, sarana teknologi pembelajaran, serta literasi digital siswa yang bervariasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya dukungan sarana dan pelatihan guru untuk mengoptimalkan pendekatan interaktif dalam pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the level of social media usage among East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) students and analyze the potential of social media in creating local culture-based business opportunities. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, it involved 100 students from various educational and cultural backgrounds. The results of this study revealed that NTT students actively utilize various social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. It shows that social media is not only a means of communication, but also a promising business opportunity. NTT's rich cultural diversity, such as traditions, arts, and culinary, can be effectively promoted through attractive visual content on these platforms. Students can utilize social media to create a personal brand, collaborate with local influencers, and reach a wider market, both domestic and international. This study identified that despite the great potential, many students have not fully utilized social media as a tool for doing business. Therefore, this study suggests several strategies to maximize the potential of social media in developing culture-based businesses, including: building content based on local cultural stories through the stories feature, utilizing short videos to attract attention on TikTok, providing educational content on YouTube, and combining cross-platform use. Thus, with the right utilization of social media, students can contribute to the local economy and preserve NTT culture.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas hospitality melalui Pelatihan Hospitality Skill bagi siswa/I SMA Negeri 1 Komodo Labuan Bajo. Aktivitas dalam kegiatan ini meliputi pelatihan terkait sosialisasi terkait pengetahuan pariwisata perhotelan, hospitality career dan hospitality skill untuk memberikan pengetahuan tambahan industry pariwisata yang saat ini berkemang pesat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode edukatif yang mencakup kegiatan sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan sebagai sarana transfer ilmu dan pengetahuan dalam rangka peningkatan kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) di SMA Negeri 1 Komodo Labuan Bajo. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan kemajuan dan peningkatan pengetahuan terutama pemahaman mengenai dunia pariwisata dalam hal ini skill dalam mengembangkan career, yang diharapkan dapat diaplikasikan pada dunia industri di destinasi super prioritas Labuan Bajo.

Abstract

Tourism villages present in the tourism system in supporting the concept of community-based tourism. One of the new tourist villages in West Manggarai is Coal Bu Porong Village, which was built on the creativity of porong hill youth. The purpose of this study is to find out the facilities and infrastructure available in Bukit Porong and to find out the perceptions of visitors about the facilities and infrastructure supporting the Bukit Porong tourist village. This study uses a qualitative approach to determine the variables of facilities and infrastructure such as objects, access, accommodation, facilities, transportation, food and drink services, recreational activities, shopping, communication, banking system, health, security, hygiene, worship facilities. The data collected was obtained from interviews, observations and documentation, where the number of respondents were 20 people consisting of pokdarwis groups, communities, village heads, visitors, tourism offices. The results of this study show that the facilities and infrastructure available in Bukit Porong such as natural attractions, artificial attractions, cultural attractions, homestays, access, information officers, local snacks of Bukit Porong, various recreational activities, places of purchase, communication facilities, cleaning facilities that are considered quite adequate because they are suppoerted by local communities, variables of facilities and infrastructure such as natural attractions and facilities Communication has met the perceptions or criteria of visitors, but still found the criteria of Objects (cultural, artificial), Access, Accommodation, Transportation, Food and beverage services, Recreational activities, shopping, communication, health, security, hygiene, worship facilities, sports facilities and educational facilities that are still considered lack of attention by visitors so that further handling is needed by porong hill managers to tourists' perceptions of facilities and infrastructure. Abstract

Kajian ini adalah studi kasus di Restoran Senja Eatery Kota Labuan Bajo, Kecamatan Komodo, Kabupaten Manggarai Barat, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur, yang bertujuan untuk melihat korelasi antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang datang ke Restoran Senja Eatery. Fokus dari kajian ini adalah pengukuran tingkat pelayanan dan penanganan keluhan yang diberikan pihak restoran kepada pelanggan yang berorientasi pada tingkat kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan yang datang ke restoran. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan pertanyaan ringan dengan para pengunjung untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang pengalaman mereka. Data diolah dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, yang mana hasil pengolahan data menunjukan bahwa adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel kualitas layanan dan loyalitas pelanggan pada Senja Eatery Restaurant, Labuan Bajo dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Selain itu angka koefisien korelasi variabel kualitas layanan dan loyalitas pelanggan diperoleh sebesar 0,798**, yang berarti korelasi antara kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan adalah sangat kuat, sehingga eksistensi Restoran Senja Eatery tetap mendapat tempat dalam industri pariwisata, khususnya industri kuliner di Kota Labuan Bajo.
