Abstract

This Zingiberaceae plant is widely used as medicine, including temulawak. Because curcuma (C.xanthorrhiza) is a medicinal plant that has many benefits and includes plants needed in large quantities compared to other medicinal plants. Traditionally rhizomes Temulawak is used to treat stomach ailments, liver disorders, constipation, diarrhea, dysentery, fever, hemorrhoids, hypotriglyceridaemic, and anti-inflammatory. Study about plant Curcuma local ignite still not enough researched so that not yet get information compounds which contained in the local curcuma of North Sulawesi for the development for biopharmaceutical development, mapping in the distribution of plants, ecology, plant conservation and protection to maintain local wisdom. Histochemical Test is a method to determine the content of chemical compounds in a plant tissue qualitative. Testing can be done by adding a special reagent or solution to the incision organ plant and will give color which Specific. Activity study this will test curcumin compound group on local ginger from North Sulawesi by histochemical method. research that done is study non experiment with design descriptive qualitative. The results showed that North Sulawesi local white temulawak powder contained curcumin in a sample with a sample weight of 0.10 g at a sample spotting volume of 20 µl with a sample spotting volume of 2040 nanograms, curcumin levels were <0.10 nanograms/mg. Curcumin biosynthesis is influenced by site conditions, agro-climate, genotype, and plant cultivation.

Abstract

Every existing organization will inevitably come into contact with organizational finances. An organization can run well thanks to financial support, whether in the form of contributions from individual members or from external parties. This also applies to non-profit organizations. Even though they are non-profit, they still deal with organizational funds because there are expenses that must be made for organizational activities or operations. These funds need to be accounted for in order to increase members’ trust in the organization’s administrators or leaders. The church is one example of a non-profit organization. Its purpose is to provide spiritual services to the congregation, which essentially does not demand compensation. However, members respond to this service by giving offerings. These congregational offerings are one of the church’s sources of income, in addition to other sources such as donations from various parties, whether in the form of funds or other assets. All of the church’s assets need to be reported as a form of accountability. Managing church finances is not easy and should not be taken lightly; it requires adequate accounting knowledge. Some financial managers feel they lack understanding of the church’s financial management system. For this reason, the PKM team will provide training on financial management at GMIM TIBERIAS Kima Bajo, Wori District. Those entrusted with managing church finances must be dependable; therefore, understanding how to record church transactions is essential for individuals chosen as treasurers.

Abstract

Innovation in organic-based rice cultivation technology is needed to overcome the food crisis. One method is the SALIBU (single planting, multiple harvests) system, which requires precise control of rice stem cutting height. This study aims to examine the growth and production of lowland rice in response to rice stem cutting height using the SALIBU method. Field research was conducted for six months (April-October 2024) in Taratara Dua Village, Tomohon City. The materials used included Inpari 32 rice seeds, straw compost, liquid organic fertiliser, and Phonska NPK fertiliser. This study used a Randomised Block Design (RBD) with four stem cutting time treatments: 0, 3, 6, and 9 days after harvest, each with three replications. Observed variables included plant height, number of productive tillers, number of full and empty grains per panicle, and harvest yield. The results showed that stem cutting time significantly affected plant height, number of productive tillers, number of full grains, and harvested dry grain yield (GKP). However, there was no significant effect on the number of empty grains. The most effective time for cutting stems is 0 days after harvest (at harvest time).

Abstract

Hydroponic cultivation techniques are a solution to limited land in urban areas. Hidroponic cultivation has advantages, including: greater crop production per unit area, faster plant growth, more efficient use of fertilizer, more efficient use of water, less labour, cleaner work environment, easy to control water, nutrients, and pH, easy to control pests and plant diseases, and not dependent on climate and weather conditions. PKM partners are a group of students from SMAN a Guru Lombok , Kalawat, North Minahasa. The science and technologythat will be applied to the partner group are: (1) introduction to an environmentally friendly urban farming system with hydroponic cultivation to meet house hold foods needs, (2) training in hydroponic cultivation techniques, practiced directly: how to use a pH meter to measure the acidity level of nutrient solutions, how to use TDS meter to measure the concentration of AB mix nutrient solution, how to prepare ABmix nutrient, sowing vegetable seed, transplanting vegetable seedlingson hydroponic racks, plant maintenance, harvesting, and post harvesting including packaging hydroponic vegetable products ready for marketing. The implemantition methode include: (1) counseling and training in hydroponic cultivation techniques; (2) creation of a demonstration plot by preparing hydroponic tanks and installations; (3) mentoring partner groups in implementing hydroponic vegetable cultivation activities from seedbed preparation to harvest and post harvest; (4) monitoring and evaluation of PKM activities to determine whether the training activities can be implemented by partner groups in subsequent plantings. PKM activities results: (1) increased theoritical understanding by a group of students from SMA Negeri Guru Lombok, Kqaalawat regarding the basic concept of urban farming and the working principles of hydroponic systems; (2) improved practical skill, equipping students with practical skills ranging form correct seed sowing techniques, AB mix nutrient formulations, installation, instalation assembly, and daily maintenance techniques; (3) fostering motivation and entrepreneurship spirit (Agropreneurshid) among yong people utilizing modern agricultural technology at home and shool levels. The outputs PKM activity include: (1) YouTube publications; (2) publication of an ISSN-Certified community service Journal.
