Abstract

This research seeks to ascertain the effect of Entrepreneurial Experience and the development of human resource capabilities on employee performance running a business on culinary traders at USU Tax Street Jamin Ginting Medan City. This study was put together utilizing quantitative techniques with causal associative research. The study's population consists of employees who run a business at culinary traders at the USU Tax Jalan Jamin Ginting Medan City and according to the Slovin formula's computation, it is determined that the study's sample consisted of 71 respondents with the use of purposive sampling techniques to obtain accurate and representative information from the population. This study's data collection method made use of a questionnaire media distributed directly using Gform. The results showed that partially entrepreneurial experience has a favorable and substantial impact on employee performance, partially the development of HR capabilities has a favorable and substantial impact on employee performance and simultaneously entrepreneurial experience and the development of HR capabilities have a favorable and substantial impact on employee performance running a business on culinary traders at USU Tax Jalan Jamin Ginting Medan City. In light of the test findings of the Coefficient of Determination (R2), it is found that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.545 (54.5%) which describes that the value of the variance owned by employee performance from the entrepreneurial experience variable and the development of HR capabilities is 54.5% With the rest of 45.5% is impacted by additional variables or aspects that this study did not look at or explain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi tingkat inflasi di Indonesia, indikator ekonomi makro yang krusial bagi stabilitas ekonomi dan keputusan investasi. Dengan memanfaatkan data inflasi Indonesia historis dari tahun 1980 hingga 2003, penelitian ini menerapkan algoritma k-Nearest Neighbors (k-NN) untuk tujuan regresi. Metrik jarak Euclidean digunakan untuk menilai kesamaan antara titik data tahun target (2004) dan tahun-tahun yang ada dalam kumpulan data. Dengan memilih k=3 tetangga terdekat, perkiraan tingkat inflasi untuk tahun 2004 dihitung berdasarkan tingkat inflasi rata-rata tahun-tahun di sekitarnya. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa tingkat inflasi Indonesia pada tahun 2004 diperkirakan sekitar 6,72%. Pendekatan ini mengungkapkan kemampuan algoritma k-NN menggunakan Euclidean Distance untuk memperkirakan nilai ekonomi masa depan dengan mengacu pada pola historis yang paling relevan. Penelitian ini menawarkan wawasan baru tentang penggunaan metode pembelajaran mesin non-parametrik untuk prediksi deret waktu di bidang ekonomi.

Abstract

Sektor perikanan merupakan salah satu pilar penting perekonomian Indonesia melalui kontribusinya terhadap ekspor dan perolehan devisa. Namun, selama periode 2023–2024, terjadi ketidaksesuaian antara peningkatan produksi perikanan dan kinerja nilai ekspor. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis interaksi dinamis antara produksi perikanan, nilai tukar rupiah, dan ekspor perikanan Indonesia. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data deret waktu bulanan dari Januari 2020 hingga Desember 2024, yang bersumber dari Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan serta Bank Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Vector Autoregression (VAR), disertai dengan uji kausalitas Granger, Impulse Response Function (IRF), dan analisis Variance Decomposition. Hasil uji stasioneritas menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel stasioner pada level tersebut, sehingga memungkinkan dilakukannya analisis VAR. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai tukar rupiah memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap ekspor perikanan, sedangkan produksi perikanan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap ekspor dalam jangka pendek. Uji kausalitas Granger mengungkapkan adanya hubungan kausal searah dari nilai tukar ke ekspor. Analisis IRF dan Dekomposisi Varians lebih lanjut menegaskan bahwa dinamika ekspor lebih kuat dipengaruhi oleh guncangan internal dan pergerakan nilai tukar daripada oleh produksi perikanan. Temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya kebijakan ekspor terintegrasi yang menggabungkan stabilitas makroekonomi, peningkatan kualitas, dan diversifikasi pasar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the use of interactive digital learning media at primary school level, examine its impact on pupils’ learning motivation, and identify the factors influencing the effectiveness of its use. This study employs a qualitative approach using library research, in which data were obtained from various academic sources, including journal articles, academic books, and relevant research reports. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis to identify patterns, relationships, and trends in findings related to the use of interactive digital media in learning. The results of the study indicate that interactive digital learning media contribute significantly to enhancing students’ learning motivation through the presentation of interactive, multimodal, and contextual material, thereby encouraging active engagement and strengthening intrinsic motivation. However, the effectiveness of its use is influenced by various factors, including teachers’ digital and pedagogical competencies, the availability of technological infrastructure, the quality of media design, as well as policy support and the school environment. The implications of this research underscore the importance of systematically planning and implementing interactive digital media in accordance with pedagogical principles in order to achieve optimal learning outcomes. The novelty of this research lies in its comprehensive synthesis of the latest literature, which provides a holistic perspective on the role of interactive digital media in enhancing primary school pupils’ motivation to learn, as well as serving as a conceptual foundation for the development of innovative and adaptive learning strategies
