Abstract

This research aims to design and develop learning media for jumping based on discovery learning for grade 8 students of SMPN 6 Singosari. With this development product, it is hoped that it can be utilized as a reference for independent learning resources for grade 8 students of SMPN 6 Singosari and can spur increased student interest in learning. For this research, the researcher chose to apply a research and development (R&D) approach in accordance with the framework proposed by Lee and Owen. The data analysis methods applied included qualitative and quantitative approaches using a percentage format. Quantitative information was obtained through multiple expert validations and group trials. The percentage from media experts was 98.33%, 93.75% by learning experts, 100% by material experts, 89.5% by small group trials, and 90% by large group trials. From the results of data analysis and discussion that has been presented, then the conclusion is that the product development of a discovery learning-based jump learning model for SMPN 6 Singosari can be said to be feasible to use.

Abstract

Rekrutmen merupakan proses penting untuk mendapatkan calon tenaga kerja yang berkualitas. Tujuan dari perekrutan yang diadakan di SMKN 1 Tulungagung adalah untuk mendapatkan kandidat di suatu lowongan kerja, setelah sebuah lowongan diisi oleh kanidat kemudian dilakukan proses seleksi, proses seleksi bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kandidat sesuai kriteria tenaga kerja sebuah perusahaan, aktivitas rekrutment tidak terbatas untuk para siswa atau alumni SMKN 1 Tulungagung saja tetapi bisa mengakomodir kanidat yang berasal dari luar SMKN 1 Tulungagung. Namun, terdapat permasalahan dalam sistem pengelolaan data penjadwalan rekrutmen di SMKN 1 Tulungagung. Sistem tersebut masih manual dan tidak terotomatisasi, sehingga menyebabkan proses rekrutmen menjadi kurang efisien dan akurat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, SMKN 1 Tulungagung mengembangkan sistem informasi recruitment berbasis web. Sistem ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses rekrutmen, meningkatkan kualitas tenaga kerja yang direkrut, dan menghemat biaya. Sistem ini memiliki fitur-fitur canggih, seperti fitur analisis data kandidat, fitur daftar rekrutmen, fitur notifikasi email, fitur export data hadir dengan output pdf, dan fitur export daftar peserta. Dengan adanya sistem informasi recruitment ini, SMKN 1 Tulungagung dapat menghemat waktu dan tenaga yang sebelumnya diperlukan dalam proses rekrutmen. Selain itu, sistem ini juga dapat membantu SMKN 1 Tulungagung untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses rekrutmen dan mendapatkan tenaga kerja yang berkualitas sesuai dengan kriteria perusahaan.

Abstract

Children with autism often experience difficulties in motor coordination, attention, and responding to verbal instructions, which makes participation in physical education (PE) challenging. Studies show that their involvement in physical activities is significantly lower than that of typically developing children, limiting opportunities to improve balance and coordination—skills essential for independence and social participation. Moreover, most PJOK (Physical Education, Sports, and Health) learning media in special schools still rely on static visuals and verbal explanations, which fail to meet the sensory and attention needs of autistic students. Therefore, this study was conducted to address this gap by developing and validating animal footprint-based instructional media that provide adaptive, engaging, and movement-centred learning experiences. Fifty-five students from two special schools in Tapin Regency participated in this study through purposive sampling. Research instruments included expert validation sheets to assess content suitability, teacher questionnaires to evaluate practicality, and student performance checklists to measure the improvement in balance. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and a paired sample t-test. Results indicated that the media were highly valid (85.34%) and significantly improved motor balance (p = 0.002 < 0.05). The findings confirm that animal footprint-based media are valid, practical, and effective tools for improving motor balance in autistic learners.
