Abstract

The purpose of study This is For know and analyze Influence of Shipping Value, Quality Service and Location to Satisfaction JNE Medan Johor Customers. Population in the study that is customer user JNE Medan Johor services. Samples used in study This as many as 80 people. Deep data collection techniques study This use technique question or questionnaire questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using analysis descriptive and analytical multiple linear regression. Data processing in study using SPSS 26. Based on results study in a way partial show that Shipping Value influential positive and significant to Satisfaction Customer, Quality Service influential positive and significant to Satisfaction Customers, and Location matters positive and significant to Satisfaction Customers, and in general simultaneous Shipping Value variables, Quality Service and Location matter in a way significant to Satisfaction JNE Medan Johor customers. And based on coefficient determination variable dependent capable influence variable dependent as much as 50.8%.

Abstract

Research purposes This done For know Impact Increase in Fuel Oil (BBM) against welfare society and nine aterial The main point in Medan Johor District, Gedung Johor Village, Medan City. Types of research This is study qualitative. Population and sample study This is poor people Family Program ministry of hope (PKH) social in Medan Johor District, Gedung Johor Village, Medan City as many as 390 people. The sampling technique sample in study This is Probability Sampling technique with use formula slovin so that sample there were 80 respondents. Data collection techniques in study This is with spread questionnaire. Data analysis methods using different and descriptive tests qualitative. The returned questionnaire totaling 80 questionnaires. The results of the study show that Ascension Fuel prices (BBM) have an impact positive to increase Price of Nine Ingredients main matter This seen increase price material burn oil impact the rise Price of Nine Ingredients principal. Increase Fuel prices (BBM) have an impact negative to welfare public matter This show that the increase in fuel oil (BBM) can increase expenditure society and reduce welfare public.

Abstract

A business that is growing rapidly in the city of Medan is the emergence of coffee shops. Coffee shop visitors do more than just taste coffee; they also use the space for casual gatherings. It is hoped that the coffee shop business in Medan City will have a positive impact on the development of the city, especially in the economic and tourism sectors. The coffee shop business has the potential to increase community income, employment, tourism and coffee production in the city of Medan. The current emergence of coffee shops cannot be separated from the influence of the big city lifestyle which offers lots of fun for entertainment seekers and has become a favorite "hang out" place for young people in campus areas, shopping centers and offices in the city of Medan. The phenomenon of the presence of a new trend in drinking coffee is actually not much different from drinking coffee in a traditional coffee shop. This research aims to determine the influence of Labor and Technology on Income through Capital as an intervening variable for coffee shop in the city of Medan. This research is a descriptive and quantitative analysis, the sample in this research is 50 respondents who are coffee shop owners in the city of Medan and the data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is a quantitative analysis technique, which is a way of analyzing data using statistical tools such as SPSS 21.0. The research results show that the variable Labor has a positive and significant effect on income, Technology has a positive and significant effect on income, Labor has a positive and significant effect on capital, Technology has a positive and significant effect on capital, Capital has a positive and significant effect on income, Labor has an effect positive and significant on income through capital as an intervening variable. Technology has a positive and significant effect on income through capital as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative method approach. This research uses secondary data. Secondary data was obtained in the form of periodic data (time series) over a period of 30 years (1991-2021) with the analysis model used in this research being a multiple linear regression model with the OLS (Ordinary Least Square) method. The analysis tool used is the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) program. Sources of data collected in this research came from BPS (Central Statistics Agency), BPS Silastic, Bank Indonesia (BI), World Bank, Library Research. This research suggests increasing Indonesia's crude oil production to meet national and international demand as well as increasing Indonesia's crude oil exports so that it can help accelerate economic development.
