Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisis Implementasi Hukum terhadap Pelayanan Fasilitas Kesehatan yang diselenggarakan oleh Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) di Long Melaham, Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Dengan sistem Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional yang menjadi bagian dari upaya Pemerintah untuk memberikan akses Kesehatan yang lebih merata kepada Masyarakat, Penelitian ini fokus pada penerapan kebijakan BPJS Kesehatan di tingkat Fasilitas Kesehatan di Daerah tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumen terkait kebijakan serta regulasi BPJS Kesehatan. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dampak Implementasi Hukum terhadap Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan yang disediakan oleh Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) di Long Melaham, Kalimantan Timur. Sistem Pelayanan Kesehatan Nasional yang berfungsi sebagai alat Pemerintah untuk memberikan akses Pelayanan Kesehatan yang lebih merata kepada Masyarakat, Penelitian ini berfokus pada pelaksanaan BPJS Kesehatan di Daerah. Metode metode yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Kualitatif dengan Pengumpulan data menggunakan digunakan dalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen mengenai kebijakan dan peraturan di bidang kesehatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, dan analisis dokumen mengenai kebijakan dan regulasi di bidang kesehatan. Studi menemukan bahwa, meskipun BPJS Kesehatan perlu memberikan layanan yang optimal, namun terdapat banyak tantangan dalam penerapannya di Long Melaham, seperti kurangnya Fasilitas dan tenaga medis, serta kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang prosedur dan tanggung jawab mereka dalam menjalankan program.

Abstract

Political debates serve as critical arenas for candidates to demonstrate credibility, convey policy agendas, and persuade audiences through carefully constructed discourse, with speech acts functioning as key pragmatic tools. This study aimed to analyze the use of expressive and commissive speech acts in the 2024 Indonesian presidential debate as broadcast on the YouTube channel TvOne News. Employing a qualitative descriptive design, the research collected utterances from the debate and analyzed them using pragmatic and speech act frameworks through stages of data reduction, classification, and interpretation, supported by triangulation for validity. The results revealed that expressive speech acts—including thanking, apologizing, criticizing, praising, and insinuating—were strategically employed to manage interpersonal relations and construct ethos, while commissive acts such as promising, offering, vowing, swearing, and expressing intention were used to project commitments and strengthen credibility. The discussion highlights that the candidates frequently combined expressive and commissive acts into composite strategies, thereby enhancing persuasive impact and appealing to both cultural expectations of politeness and digital media dynamics. The implication of this study is that the interplay between expressive and commissive acts in political debates not only enriches the theoretical understanding of political pragmatics but also offers practical insights for strengthening media literacy, enabling voters to critically interpret rhetorical strategies in the evolving digital campaign landscape.

Abstract

Pedagogical competence is one of the essential abilities of teachers in managing student-centered learning in accordance with Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers and Director General Regulation Number 2626/B/HK.04.01/2023. Increasing pedagogical competence can be achieved through various means, one of which is learning communities. This research aims to explore the role of learning communities in improving the pedagogical competence of teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Ciwidey. The research was conducted on 4-8 November 2024 using descriptive qualitative methods through surveys and interviews with teachers who actively participate in the learning community at SMPN 2 Ciwidey. This research maps all research samples into levels of pedagogical competency. The research results show that learning communities have a significant influence on increasing teacher pedagogical competence. Three levels of pedagogical competency for SMPN 2 Ciwidey teachers were obtained, namely 16% of teachers were at level 3, 69% of teachers were at level 4 and 14% of teachers reached level 5. Research recommends a continuous professional development program for teachers at level 3 through intensive training and strategic collaboration . Teachers at levels 4 and 5 are expected to provide guidance to colleagues through a mentoring program.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the role of school social media as a means of accurate, reliable, and useful information, digital marketing strategies for educational institutions, challenges and solutions in using ICT (Information and Communication Technology) for promotion, and examples of the use of social media as a tool for educational promotion. The study was conducted on December 16-20, 2024 using a quantitative descriptive method. Data were collected through a Google form distributed to parents of students from various levels of education. The results of the study indicate that social media has an important role in supporting communication and engagement between schools and the community. As many as 83.28% of respondents agreed that school social media provides accurate and reliable information. Digital marketing strategies, such as school advertising through online platforms, were also considered effective, with 78.95% of respondents stating that digital advertising helped understand school programs. Challenges in the use of ICT, such as regular content updates and limited infrastructure, are concerns, but solutions in the form of training and technological improvements can help overcome them. As many as 84.14% of respondents agreed that social media is an effective tool for promoting educational institutions, through WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook as popular platforms. In conclusion, social media not only supports the delivery of accurate, reliable, and useful information, but also strengthens the relationship between schools and communities and increases parental involvement in the educational process. To maximize these benefits, special attention is needed to the challenges faced, such as the development of technological infrastructure and increasing digital literacy. By overcoming these obstacles, the use of social media and ICT can be more optimal in the future, making a significant contribution to the advancement of the world of education.

Abstract

This reseach aims to analyze the impact of differentiated learning approach in inquiry learning model on students' process skills in science subjects. The research was conducted qualitatively on October 14, 2024 at SMP Negeri 2 Ciwidey, Kabupaten Bandung. The research sample was taken from one of the 9th grade classes using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the implementation of inquiry learning integrated with differentiated learning approach was very good, with reaching 97% for teacher activities and 95% for student activities. Teachers were able to implement learning optimally, and students actively participated in the learning process. The observation of students' process skills showed a percentage of 90%, including in the excellent category. This finding shows that the differentiated learning approach in inquiry learning is able to improve students' process skills. The differentiated learning approach through inquiry learning proved effective in accommodating students' diverse learning needs and improving students' process skills.
