Abstract

Enjoying coffee in a coffee shop is a pretty comfortable thing. It's already become a lifestyle in the community. It's this kind of lifestyle that makes the coffee shop grow more and more. In addition to this lifestyle, the consumption of coffee products in a coffee shop grows and the tendency to enjoy coffee in a coffee shop becomes natural. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the differences in customer experience and prices on coffee shop Starbucks, Kopi Kenangan, Janji Jiwa in Cikarang Baru. The population used in this research is customers Starbucks, Kopi Kenangan, Janji Jiwa di Cikarang Baru. The sample in this study was based on the experimental sample so it was obtained by as many as 50 respondents. The method of analysis used is the kuntitative method with a comparative descriptive approach and USES validity tests, immobility tests, normality tests, and anova comparisons. Research shows that there are no discrepancy in the custumer experience and prices on Coffee Shop Starbucks, Kopi Kenangan, Janji Jiwa in Cikarang Baru.

Abstract

This study explains the impact of digital marketing growth and business ethics on the competitive advantage of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Cikarang. MSMEs have competed intensively in this digital era, so it is important to use innovative digital marketing and uphold business ethics to gain customer trust. However, most MSMEs in Cikarang still find it difficult to implement effective digital marketing strategies and business ethics in their daily operations, resulting in low competitive advantage. In the real world, this study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 60 MSME actors in Cikarang. The results show that the development of digital marketing and business ethics simultaneously have a significant influence on the competitive advantage of MSMEs. Although the role of digital marketing is significant, business ethics has a greater influence in shaping the competitive advantage of MSMEs in Cikarang. This means that MSMEs in Cikarang not only need to develop digital marketing, but also must prioritize business ethics to achieve sustainable competitive advantage..

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, solvabilitas, dan perputaran modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2020–2023. Profitabilitas diukur menggunakan Return on Assets (ROA), sementara variabel lainnya diukur dengan metrik terkait. Sampel yang digunakan adalah PT Jasa Marga periode 2020-2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive. Teknik Analisis Data Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji Hipotesis (Uji t dan Uji F), Koefisien Determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitas, solvabilitas memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan, dan perputaran modal kerja juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel ini menjelaskan 96,5% variasi profitabilitas perusahaan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya solvabilitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan modal kerja dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas, sementara likuiditas yang tinggi tidak selalu memberikan dampak signifikan. Studi ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pengelolaan strategis perusahaan manufaktur untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan
