Abstract

Abstrak                 Sarkoma adalah pertumbuhan maligna jaringan mesodermal (jaringan ikat, otot, tulang). Liposarkoma adalah tumor ganas atau kanker pada jaringan lemak, yang biasanya dicirikan oleh adanya diferensiasi abortif sel – sel menjadi liposit dan merupakan tipe yang paling umum dari sarkoma jaringan lunak, muncul perlahan, membesar, tanpa rasa sakit, massa submukosa nonulserasi pada usia paruh baya. Jika terdeteksi lebih dini maka angka keberhasilan pengobatan menjadi lebih baik. Wide eksisi tumor merupakan modalitas pilihan pada penatalaksanaan Liposarkoma. Diagnosis ditegakkan berdasarkan riwayat perjalanan penyakit, pemeriksaan fisik dan pemeriksaan patologi anatomi. Dilaporkan satu kasus laki-laki berusia 74 tahun dengan diagnosis Miksoid Liposarkoma dilakukan Wide Eksisi Tumor tanpa pemberian Neo Adjuvan Terapi terlebih dahulu menunjukan perbaikan yang cukup signifikan Kata kunci: Sarkoma, Miksoid Liposarkoma, Wide Eksisi Tumor, Neo Adjuvan Terapi AbstractSarcoma is the growth of malignancy mesodermal tissue (connective tissue, muscle, bone). Liposarcoma is malignant tumor or cancer at fatty tissue, characterized by abortif differentiated cells to lipocyte and the common type of soft tissue sarcoma, appearing slowly, enlarged, painless, nonulceratif mass submucosal at the middle age. If the early detected the cure rate can be better. Wide Excision Tumor is the modality for treatment of Liposarcoma. The clinical diagnosis is made based on history of illness, physical examination and anatomical pathology examination. Reported One case, man 74 year old, diagnosed with Mixoid Liposarcoma treated by Wide Excision Tumor without given Neo Adjuvan Theraphy before showed a significant improvement. Keywords:  Sarcoma, Mixoid Liposarcoma, Wide Eksisi Tumor, Neo Adjuvan Theraphy.

Abstract

Strategi segmentasi pasar merupakan kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan omzet penjualan. Setiap perusahaan telah berupaya untuk mewujudkan segmentasi pasar yang tepat yang dibutuhkan perusahaan transportasi, namun fakta di lapangan menujukan masih terdapat beberapa perusahaan transportasi yaang mempunyai segmentasi yang menunjukan hasil yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis segmentasi pasar perusahaan jasa transprotasi (studi kasus PO Titian Mas Kota Bima). Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif dari sumber data primer yang berasal dari kuesioner berskala likert sebagai instrumen dalam penelitian ini. Populasi dalam peneliian ini adalah masyarakat yang menggunakan jasa transpotasi PO TITIAN MAS Kota Bima yang tidak dketahui secara pasti jumlahnya. Hasil perhitungan sampel berdasarkan rumus unkknwon population diketahui besar sampel pada PO TITIAN MAS Kota Bima adalah 96 responden dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji relibilitas dan analisis statistik (t-test one sample). Berdasarkan analisa data yang telah dilakukan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa segmentasi pasar PO TITIAN MAS Kota Bima lebih dari 70% dari yang diharapkan (baik). Keywords: Segmentasi Pasar, Jasa Transportasi ABSTRACT Market segmentation strategy is an activity that aims to increase sales turnover. Every company has tried to realize the right market segmentation needed by transportation companies, but the facts on the ground show that there are still some transportation companies that have segmentation that shows results that are not optimal. This study aims to identify and analyze the market segmentation of transportation service companies (case study of PO Titian Mas Kota Bima). This type of research is descriptive using quantitative data from primary data sources derived from Likert scale questionnaires as an instrument in this study. The population in this study is the people who use the transportation service of PO TITIAN MAS in Bima City, whose exact number is not known. The results of the sample calculation based on the Unkknwon Population formula, it is known that the sample size at PO TITIAN MAS, Bima City is 96 respondents using accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test and statistical analysis (one sample t-test). Based on data analysis that has been carried out, the results of this study indicate that the market segmentation of PO TITIAN MAS in Bima City is more than 70% of the expected (good).

Abstract

Teenagers whose daily lives are altered by excessive gadget use may face a variety of health and social issues as a result of their overindulgence in technology. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how teenage social function development is impacted by gadget use. This study employs descriptive approaches in a qualitative manner. Data were gathered by documenting, interviewing, and observation. Purposive sampling is the method used in this study to select informants. Additionally, this study triangulates its data in order to verify the information derived from the field findings.The study's findings show what adolescents go through in terms of social functions, including developing new, more mature relationships with both male and female peers, achieving male and female social roles, accepting and making use of their physical condition, seeking emotional independence from parents and other adults, achieving guaranteed economic freedom, making career and family-planning decisions, and developing intellectual concepts and skills that are critical for civic competence. Additionally, informants reported negative effects, such as excessive use of gadgets that waste money on everyday necessities and negatively impact teenage behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji potensi usaaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) dalam bidang kuliner, khususnya pada usaha bubur ayam. Bubur ayam merupakan salah satu makanan populer di Indonesia yang memiliki peluang besar untuk di kembangkan sebagai usaha UMKM. Studi ini berfokus pada analisis pasar, strategis pemasaran, dan inovasi produk untuk meningkatkan daya saing usaha bubur ayam. Melalui survei dan wawancara dengan pelaku UMKM bubur ayam, di temukan bahwa pasar memiliki permintaan yang stabil dan cenderung meningkat, terutama di daerah kabupaten bangkalan. Factor kunci keberhasilan meliputi kualitas rasa, kebersihan, dan harga yang terjangkau. Selain itu, inovasi dalam variasi menu, seperti penambahan topping atau variasi bumbu, serta penggunaan media sosial untuk promosi, terbukti efektif dalam menarik konsumen baru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan strategis pemasaran yang tepat dan inovasi produk yang berkelanjutan, UMKM bubur ayam memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang. Diharapkan temuan ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi para pelaku UMKM dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan usaha sehingga dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

Background: Fibroadenoma mammae (FAM) is a breast tumor that is painless, unilateral, benign (non-cancerous), in the form of a solid lump, and does not contain fluid. It mostly appears in women between the ages of 14 and 35. FAM cases increase every year, accompanied by concerns about lumps around the breasts which are often mistaken for malignancy. Although the exact cause of FAM is not known, several factors have been identified as risk factors for FAM, including contraceptive use, getting pregnant at a young age, and being on hormonal therapy. Methods: This research method is observational analysis with a case control approach. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 80 respondents (40 case groups and 40 control groups). Analysis uses the chi square test. Results: The results of this study found a relationship between contraceptive use and the incidence of fibroadenoma mammae (FAM). The results of the chi square statistical test showed a p value of 0.000 (<0.05). Conclusion: Based on this research, it was concluded that there was a relationship between contraceptive use and the incidence of fibroadenoma mammae (FAM) at Budi Kemuliaan Hospital Batam at a relatively weak level of relationship strength. Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Symptoms of hemorrhoid can happen because of many risk factors such as age, history of hemorrhoid in family, lack of fiber foods consumption, lack of water, history of constipation, wrong habits of defecation and physical activity. The purpose of this research is to know the correlation between many risk factor that can effect the incident of hemorrhoid. Methods: This research was observational analytic study with case control design. Total samples included 72 people. Samples were obtained by purpossive sampling. The primary data obtained by recording the interviews based on questionairre and analyzed using univariate, bivariate with chi-square. Results: The results showed that hemorrhoid more common in person above 45 years old (55,2%), no family history 80.6%, heavy physical activity 58.3%, no history of constipation 63.9%, squatting defecation position 52.8% , and low fiber consumption of 61.1%. The results of this study was that there was a significant relationship between physical activity (p=<0.000), history of constipation (p=<0.000), fiber consumption (p=<0.000), defecation position (p=<0.001), age (p=0.031) against hemorrhoids. And there is no relationship between family history (p=<0.183) and the incidence of hemorrhoids. Conclusion: There is a significant realtionship between fiber consumption, physical activity, defecation position, age, history of constipation with hemorrhoids. There is no relationship between a family history of hemorrhoids and the incidence of hemorrhoids. Keywords: hemorrhoid, constipation, activity

Abstract

Optimal nutrition plays an important role in increasing endurance, strength, and accelerating the recovery process for athletes. This study aims to evaluate the impact of macronutrient (carbohydrate, protein, and fat) and micronutrient (vitamin and mineral) consumption on athletes' physical performance. This study used an experimental method involving 30 athletes who were divided into two groups: one group with a diet that had been adjusted to sports needs and the other group who underwent a diet without strict supervision. The results showed that the group with a balanced diet experienced a 15% increase in endurance, 10% increase in muscle strength, and faster recovery compared to the control group. These results confirm that the right nutritional consumption pattern can improve performance and accelerate post-workout recovery.

Abstract

Enjoying coffee in a coffee shop is a pretty comfortable thing. It's already become a lifestyle in the community. It's this kind of lifestyle that makes the coffee shop grow more and more. In addition to this lifestyle, the consumption of coffee products in a coffee shop grows and the tendency to enjoy coffee in a coffee shop becomes natural. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the differences in customer experience and prices on coffee shop Starbucks, Kopi Kenangan, Janji Jiwa in Cikarang Baru. The population used in this research is customers Starbucks, Kopi Kenangan, Janji Jiwa di Cikarang Baru. The sample in this study was based on the experimental sample so it was obtained by as many as 50 respondents. The method of analysis used is the kuntitative method with a comparative descriptive approach and USES validity tests, immobility tests, normality tests, and anova comparisons. Research shows that there are no discrepancy in the custumer experience and prices on Coffee Shop Starbucks, Kopi Kenangan, Janji Jiwa in Cikarang Baru.

Abstract

Data from OJK indicates that the number of leasing companies registered is 200. The growth in financing and working capital investment has reached 32.76 percent and 19.93 percent year-over-year. This indicates a significant increase in financing and investment activities within the leasing sector. This study examines how the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulates and supervises the leasing industry in Indonesia. The research evaluates current concepts and theories based on existing literature using a case study methodology. The findings indicate that leasing plays a crucial role in supporting business financing, and the financial activities of financing institutions in Indonesia are rapidly increasing. However, as credit increases, the risks of default and claims also rise. Therefore, leasing companies must enhance their risk management, and the role of the government in overseeing and protecting consumers is also crucial.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk pribadi anak yang lebih baik demi masa depannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam film Surat dari Ibu. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis konten. Sumber data berasal dari video “Surat dari Ibu” yang tersedia di YouTube, dengan data berupa kata, frasa, kalimat, dan adegan yang mencerminkan karakter. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data mengikuti model Miles dan Huberman, yang mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi lima nilai karakter utama dalam film tersebut, yaitu religius, mandiri, komunikatif, peduli sosial, dan tanggung jawab. Nilai-nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa film Surat dari Ibu dapat dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk memperkuat pendidikan karakter, khususnya bagi siswa sekolah dasar dan menengah.
