Abstract

Pemanfaatan gadget dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) telah menjadi tren yang semakin berkembang seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi. Gadget, seperti smartphone dan tablet, tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat komunikasi tetapi juga sebagai media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menarik. Namun, masih terdapat perdebatan mengenai efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai keislaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pemanfaatan gadget dapat meningkatkan minat belajar serta pemahaman siswa dalam PAI dengan metode library research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi edukasi berbasis Islam, e-book, video interaktif, serta platform pembelajaran daring mampu memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menyenangkan dan mendalam. Namun, tantangan seperti distraksi dari konten non-edukatif dan kurangnya pengawasan orang tua tetap menjadi perhatian utama. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi yang tepat dalam mengintegrasikan gadget ke dalam pembelajaran PAI agar dapat mencapai hasil yang optimal.

Abstract

A teacher has a very important role in developing the character and attitude of the discipline of fardhu prayer towards students. Discipline is a firm rule where the contents and formulation of the rules are carefully thought out, fostered and developed in a more concrete way so that what is desired can be realized in accordance with what is expected. The purpose of this study was to describe teacher creativity, the discipline of fardlu prayers and the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by teachers in instilling discipline in students through fardlu prayers at TPQ Al-Huda Jatirejo Diwek Jombang. This research is a qualitative field research, the research form is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) Discipline of students in participating in congregational fard prayer activities has been carried out. This can be seen when it is already noon time, students who are assigned to call to prayer rush to take ablution and then call to prayer. 2) Teacher creativity in instilling discipline, namely: The teacher sets a good example. There is a contact book, There ispunishment, There is a schedule of adhan and iqomat. 3) Factors supporting teacher creativity in instilling the discipline of fardlu prayer, namely: cooperation between teachers, the existence of an adequate prayer room, and the participation of parents, while the teacher's obstacles in instilling the discipline of fardlu prayer are the lack of places for ablution, and the presence of sellers around TPQ.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has significantly influenced the learning styles of Generation Z, including in the context of Islamic education. This study aims to analyze the utilization of mobile learning applications in improving Qur’anic literacy among students at MTs Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the use of mobile learning applications enhances students’ learning motivation, Qur’an reading skills, and understanding of the meaning of Qur’anic verses. Furthermore, mobile learning provides flexibility in terms of time and place, aligning with the characteristics of Generation Z who are highly engaged with technology. This study recommends that Islamic educational institutions further integrate digital technology into Qur’anic learning to address the challenges of the digital era and promote sustainable Qur’anic literacy.
