This research aims to determine the influence of work stress and work environment on the performance of employees of the Wae Manurung Drinking Water Company, Bone Regency. Namely work stress (X1), Work Environment (X2) with the dependent variable Employee Performance (Y) Perumda Air Minum Wae Manurung, Bone Regency. This research used a sample of 70 respondents. The data collection method used was by distributing questionnaires which were processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The tests used to test research instruments are validity tests and reliability tests. Hypothesis testing uses the Simultaneous test (f) and Partial Test (t). The research results show that based on the results of multiple regression analysis, the equation Y = 5.963 + 0.622 X1+ 0.056 X2 is obtained. Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that work stress (X1) has a significant influence on employee performance (Y) and the work environment (X2) has a significant influence on employee performance (Y) Work Stress (X1) and Work Environment (X2) together or simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) The determinant coefficient value R2 is 0.712. This means that the variables of work stress and work environment affect employee performance at the Wae Manurung Drinking Water Company, Bone Regency. amounting to 71.2% Meanwhile, the rest is influenced by other factors that were not studied. The benefit of this research is to provide input to companies regarding the influence of work stress and the work environment on employee performance at Perumda Air Minum Wae Manurung, Bone Regency.
