Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of: 1) Analyzing the influence of communication on performance North Konawe Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) employees, 2) Analyzing the influence of the Work Culture of North Konawe District Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) employees and 3) Analyzing Human Resource Development (BKPSDM) North Konawe Regency. This research uses primary data and secondary data. The population is 71 employees of the North Konawe District Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) in September 2020. The sample was 71 people using the sensus method. The contents of the data include: observation, interviews, questionnaires and documents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS program version 24. The results of the study share that simultaneously the Communication and Work Culture variables share their posts and share their posts with BKPSDM of North Konawe Regency. Partially the work culture variable is the dominant influence compared to the communication variable.

Abstract

Perubahan jumlah penerbitan sertifikat tanah pada kantor badan pertanahan nasional dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya pengetahuan dan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap sertifikat tanah,oleh karena itu pemerintah dan badan pertanahan nasional lebih tegas lagi dalam sosialisi kepada masyarakat tentang pentinngnya sertifikat tanah. Peramalan merupakan kegiatan memperkirakan atau memprediksi apa yang akan terjadi pada masa yang akan datang, sedangkan ramalan adalah suatu kondisi yang diperkirakan akan terjadi pada masa yang akan datang. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan prediksi jumlah penerbit sertifikat tanah di BPN kabupaten Aceh Tamiang dengan menggunakan metode kuadrat terkecil.Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari kantor BPN kabupaten aceh tamiang. Obyek penelitian yang dipakai sebanyak 36 data jumlah penerbit sertifikat tanah.BPN kabupaten Aceh Tamiang Data akan dianalisis menggunakan menggunakan Ms.Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jumlah penerbit sertifikat tanah di BPN kabupaten Aceh Tamiang Mengalami Penurunan Pada Setiap Bulannya ,dan Jumlah Total Penerbit Sertifikat Tanah Pada Tahun 2022 sebesar (26135) dengan MAPE sebesar 12,04%. Kata Kunci:Metode Kuadrat Terkecil,Sertifikat Tanah,MAPE .

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, communication, and compensation on employee performance at the Secretariat Office of the Pinrang Regency DPRD. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. This research was carried out at the Pinrang Regency DPRD Secretariat Office, lasting approximately 2 (two) months, from May to June 2024. The research population is all Pinrang Regency DPRD Secretariat Office employees, totaling 90. Using a saturated sampling technique, the sample is the entire population, namely 90 employees. The study results have been tested for validity and reliability, as well as classical assumptions in the form of normality assumptions, Multicollinearity assumptions, and heteroskedasticity assumption tests. The data analysis method uses multiple linear analysis techniques and hypothesis tests. The results of the analysis show that (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Pinrang Regency DPRD Secretariat Office, (2) communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Pinrang Regency DPRD Secretariat Office (3) compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance the Secretariat Office of the Pinrang Regency DPRD, (4) the culture of organization, communication, and compensation simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Secretariat Office of the Pinrang Regency DPRD.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work stress and work environment on the performance of employees of the Wae Manurung Drinking Water Company, Bone Regency. Namely work stress (X1), Work Environment (X2) with the dependent variable Employee Performance (Y) Perumda Air Minum Wae Manurung, Bone Regency. This research used a sample of 70 respondents. The data collection method used was by distributing questionnaires which were processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The tests used to test research instruments are validity tests and reliability tests. Hypothesis testing uses the Simultaneous test (f) and Partial Test (t). The research results show that based on the results of multiple regression analysis, the equation Y = 5.963 + 0.622 X1+ 0.056 X2 is obtained. Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that work stress (X1) has a significant influence on employee performance (Y) and the work environment (X2) has a significant influence on employee performance (Y) Work Stress (X1) and Work Environment (X2) together or simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) The determinant coefficient value R2 is 0.712. This means that the variables of work stress and work environment affect employee performance at the Wae Manurung Drinking Water Company, Bone Regency. amounting to 71.2% Meanwhile, the rest is influenced by other factors that were not studied. The benefit of this research is to provide input to companies regarding the influence of work stress and the work environment on employee performance at Perumda Air Minum Wae Manurung, Bone Regency.
