Abstract

Human resource development is also part of management to succeed and achieve organizational goals, to provide satisfactory (excellent) service to consumers. In government institutions, the attitudes, actions, and sympathies of employees are part of the excellent service that must be provided to the community. Public sector performance productivity is essential to be carried out to advance the organization effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine the influence of attitudes, actions, and sympathy on the productivity of the performance of employees of the Malang City Population and Civil Registration Office. This study uses quantitative approaches and multiple linear regression as data analysis methods using the SPSS program. The sample of this study was determined using the Probability Sampling method. The researcher used questionnaires as a data collection technique.  The results of the research and its analysis prove that the attitude of excellent service has a positive effect on the productivity of employee performance of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Malang City, actions in excellent service not only have a positive effect but have a dominant effect on the productivity of employee performance of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Malang City, and also sympathy for excellent service positively affects employee performance productivity of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Malang City

Abstract

SMEs are faced with many problems such as problems in financial management, competition, and market changes. With the role of financial management, business owners can plan, organize, manage, and control company resources to minimize losses by maintaining cash flow, and the survival of their business . This study aims to determine the financial planning needed to improve performance at SME UD. Sari Kelapa in Pendem Village Kec. Junrejo Batu City, East Java. This study focuses more on financial planning owned by SMEs UD. Sari Kelapa. The data collection method used in field research is primary data using interviews, documentation, and observation of business owners, supervisors or foremen, and employees of UD. Sari Kelapa. This study findings that SMEs should implement accounting-based financial management. So it can be concluded that the role of financial planning in improving performance. It is necessary to keep systematic records to determine the progress, decline, or development of the business. The addition of employees in managing finances is important, because in UKM UD Sari Kelapa there are no employees who manage financial management. However, complete financial records to determine the profit from each sale Improve business performance through financial planning so that it can see the progress of a business in its business performance. Financial planning carried out by SME UD. Sari Kelapa For revenue planning and expenditure planning at SMEs UD. Sari Kelapa's recording is not detailed and still does not use financial recording techniques by applicable SAK. Supporting factors in this study are income planning, expenditure planning, and financial goals. The inhibiting factors in this study are the individual's understanding of the role of financial planning, and the lack of specialized labor in the management of financial planning.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of spiritual intelligence and lifestyle on personal financial management of UNITRI Management students class of 2021, both partially and simultaneously. This type of quantitative research, the research population came from UNITRI Management students class of 2021 totaling 246 people, the sampling technique used cluster (area) random sampling so that 72 people were obtained, the instrument used a questionnaire, data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing used the t test (partial ) and F test (simultaneous). The results of multiple linear regression showed that both independent variables had positive regression coefficient values. The results of multiple linear regression analysis also obtained a coefficient of determination R Square of 0.588 (the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable was 58.8%). The results of the t-test hypothesis testing (partial) showed that the three independent variables had tcount > ttable values ​​with significance < 0.05 and the results of F hypothesis testing (simultaneous) showed Fcount > Ftable values ​​with significance < 0.05. So it is concluded that spiritual intelligence and lifestyle have a significant influence on the personal financial management of UNITRI Management students class of 2021, both partially and simultaneously. Based on these findings, students are advised to apply spiritual principles, such as simplicity, responsibility and gratitude, in their daily lifestyle.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of finding out what strategies are carried out by the association in developing the Tempe Sanan tourist village in Purwantoro Village, Blimbing District, Malang City , to find out how the role of the tourism-aware community empowerment group is in developing the Tempe Sanan tourist village in Purwantoro Village, Blimbing District, Malang City , to find out how Public Awareness is towards developing the Tempe Sanan tourist village in Purwantoro Village, Blimbing District, Malang City. The research design in this study uses a qualitative approach method. Research with this qualitative method is research that intends to describe and understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the research subject, for example regarding the strategy for developing a tourist village through the role of the tourism-aware community empowerment group (pokdarwis). development strategy of Tempe Sanan Tourism Village is Pokdarwis tourism education, which includes teaching about tempe production, preparation, and processing. Pokdarwis Tempe Sanan Tourism Village, must collaborate with the city government and the community to understand the existing market and take advantage of all potential opportunities. However, opening up the knowledge of village communities by socializing about safety in the tourist environment, maintaining cleanliness, preserving tourism assets, and being a friendly host for visitors

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial management (financial literacy, financial planning, and financial behavior) on generation Z for long-term financial well-being. This study uses a quantitative approach, which focuses on hypothesis testing with statistical analysis tools and produces conclusions that can be generalized. In this study, the sample used was representative of generation Z aged 18-27 years who live in Drokilo Village, Kedungadem District, Bojonegoro Regency. The test tool used was multiple linear regression analysis technique with SPSS 26 software. Data were collected through a questionnaire that included questions about financial literacy, financial planning, and financial behavior. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy, financial planning, and financial behavior have a positive and significant effect on the long-term financial well-being of generation Z. Good financial literacy, financial planning, and financial behavior can help generation Z achieve their financial goals, prevent financial problems, and increase a sense of security and comfort.

Abstract

Finding out how financial and non-financial elements affect lending choices in the digital age for MSMEs in Malang City partly and concurrently was the aim of this research. The study that was carried out used quantitative research methodologies. The study sample consisted of 98 respondents, selected through the simple random sampling technique. The researcher used a questionnaire as the method of data collecting. Using the SPSS version 26 software, multiple linear regression was the data analysis technique used. With a t-value of 6.070, the study's findings demonstrated that partly financial elements significantly influenced credit choices, while non-financial factors significantly influenced credit decisions with a t-value of 5.909. The findings also show that, with an F-value of 61.009, or an impact of 56.2%, both financial and non-financial variables significantly influenced lending choices for MSMEs in Malang City in the digital age. The findings of this research make it clear that both financial and non-financial elements are present and contribute significantly to the use of credit.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the financial performance of state-owned banks, namely Bank Mandiri, BRI, and BNI, in terms of Economic Value Added (EVA) analysis. This study employs a qualitative research method. The instruments for this research include financial reports from the state-owned banks Bank Mandiri, BRI, and BNI for the years 2020-2023. Data analysis uses Net Operating Profit After Tax (NOPAT), Invested Capital, Weighted Average Cost Of Capital (WACC), Capital Charges, and Economic Value Added (EVA) calculations. Overall, all three banks, Bank Mandiri, BRI, and BNI, consistently generated positive Economic Value Added (EVA > 0) during the period of 2020-2023, with an average overall EVA of Rp. 27,953,407 (in millions). This positive EVA value indicates that the three banks have successfully created economic value added for shareholders, where the net operating profit after tax (NOPAT) generated exceeds the capital charges incurred.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of working capital management and return on equity (ROE) on financial performance at Letter Karya Timur Malang, both partially and simultaneously. Types of Quantitative Research. The data used is secondary data, in the form of financial statements in 2018-2024. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using the T (partial) test and F test (simultaneous). Multiple linear regression results obtained by the two independent variables have a positive regression coefficient value and the coefficient of R Square's coefficient of 0.813 (contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable of 81.3%). The results of testing the t (partial) test hypothesis found the two independent variables have a tcount > ttable value, with a significant <0.05; And the results of the F (Simultaneous) hypothesis testing obtained the Fcount > Ftable value, with significant <0.05. So it was concluded that working capital and return on equity (ROE) had a significant effect on financial performance at Letter Karya Timur Malang, both partially and simultaneously. Letter Karya management of East Malang is advised to increase the efficiency of working capital utilization and encourage profitability through cost management, increased profit margin, and optimizing income to support more optimal financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of gender, financial literacy, and financial technology on financial management in college students. This research uses a quantitative approach, focusing on hypothesis testing with statistical analysis tools and producing generalizable conclusions. The sample in this study was Management students from the 2021 intake of Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University, Malang. The test tool used was multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26 software. Data were collected through a questionnaire that included questions about gender, financial literacy, financial technology, and financial management. The results of this study indicate that gender, financial literacy, and financial technology have a positive and significant influence on student financial management. Good gender, financial literacy, and financial technology can help students achieve their financial goals and prevent financial problems.
