Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan manajemen konflik pada atlet taekwondo universitas A, B, C dan D di daerah istimewah Yogyakarta. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitaif dengan melbiatkan 136 responden yang berusia 18-25 tahun. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala manajemen konflik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan manajemen konflik pada atlet taekwondo yang sangat signifikan, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap atlet taekwondo memiliki manajemen konflik yang berbeda-beda. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor lain yang mempengaruhi manajemen konflik serta dapat mempertimbangkan variabel-variabel lain yang belum teruji atau metodologi penelitian yg berbeda guna memperoleh gambaran yang lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

Women's problems seem to be a theme that society will never forget. This issue is further strengthened by the role of women which begins to roll along with the development of the times. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) noted that as of 2022 there are 133,542,018 female residents in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the relationship between workplace spirituality and flourishing in women, with an overview of job status. Through a quantitative approach with a correlational method, this study was conducted on 304 women in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, both working and non-working. The results showed that workplace spirituality had a positive effect on flourishing in women, and job status moderated this influence. Working women had higher rates of flourishing than those who did not work, suggesting that job roles provide meaning in daily life that affects psychological well-being. These findings emphasize the importance of promoting workplace spirituality in creating a balance between personal and professional lives, as well as improving women's psychological well-being.

Abstract

Indonesia ranks third in the world for cases of fatherlessness. Fatherlessness refers to a condition in which a person's development lacks the psychological and physiological role of a father. This condition is important to study because it can affect an individual's psychological well-being, especially in early adulthood. This study aims to describe the aspects of fatherlessness and identify the factors that influence it. The research method used is a qualitative phenomenological approach, with two early adult women as subjects, one due to a broken home and the other due to the death of their father. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, unstructured observations, and documentation, which were then analyzed descriptively. The results of the study show that both subjects did not receive optimal father roles in various aspects, leading to negative impacts such as feelings of sadness, anger, envy, low self-esteem, and emotional trauma. In conclusion, fatherlessness has a significant impact on the psychological well-being of early adult women, particularly in emotional and social aspects. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of the father's role in the family as a psychological foundation for children. ABSTRAK Indonesia menempati urutan ketiga di dunia untuk kasus "fatherless". Fatherless mengacu pada kondisi di mana seseorang dalam proses tumbuh kembangnya kekurangan peran psikologis maupun fisiologis dari ayah. Kondisi ini penting untuk diteliti karena dapat mempengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis individu, terutama pada masa dewasa awal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aspek-aspek fatherless serta mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi, dengan subjek dua wanita dewasa awal yang mengalami fatherless, satu karena broken home dan satu lagi karena kematian ayah. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi tak berstruktur, dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua subjek tidak memperoleh peran ayah secara optimal dalam berbagai aspek, yang mengakibatkan dampak negatif seperti perasaan sedih, marah, iri, rendah diri, dan trauma emosional. Kesimpulannya, fenomena fatherless memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis perempuan dewasa awal, terutama dalam aspek emosional dan sosial. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peran ayah dalam keluarga sebagai dasar psikologis anak.
