Abstract

Cases of dengue fever (DBD) in Solo, including in Gajahan Village, have increased quite significantly. Until the beginning of the year, there were 1,010 cases of DBD recorded throughout Central Java, with 34 cases resulting in death. The purpose of this Community Service Priority problems in this caseconsist of two aspects, including health, law, Health problems include how the community can prevent the spread of Dengue Fever (DBD). While in terms of Law, it discusses community protection related to Aedes Biotechnology with Wolbachia in Handling Dengue Fever. The method of implementing the community service with a pre-test, then the presentation of material on "Education of Aedes Biotechnology with Wolbachia in Handling Dengue Fever: Health Law Study" is carried out offline, with lecture methods, demonstrations, and Q&A discussions. At the end of the material presentation session, a demonstration of making anti-mosquito spray products will be held and ended with a question andanswer session and post-test. The results of the Community Service show that there is a significant difference in the amount of income, the amount of pretest scores before receiving material exposure and the posttest scores after receiving the material.

Abstract

Insurance is a service designed to prevent or mitigate various potential risks. The Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) is authorized to resolve consumer disputes through three alternative methods: arbitration, conciliation, and mediation. This study aims to analyze the legal force of mediation outcomes and to identify and examine the obstacles encountered in the implementation of insurance dispute resolution through BPSK mediation. This research employs a normative legal method with a statutory approach through literature review. The analysis is conducted qualitatively based on legal regulations and principles. Data is sourced from primary, secondary, and tertiary materials, and the process consists of three stages: formulation, analysis, and conclusion. The findings indicate that although BPSK’s authority is limited, its decisions are final and binding, and mediation agreements remain legally valid. If no objection is filed, the agreement must be implemented, with criminal consequences for non-compliance. However, the effectiveness of consumer dispute resolution remains hindered by weak legal force, limited regulatory framework, institutional capacity constraints, and potential external intervention.

Abstract

Vulnerability to violations of patient rights as research subjects is the background for the formation of an effort to protect humans as research subjects. The purpose of this study is to analyze how Legal Protection is related to the collection of student urine samples in the DNA Isolation context and what ethics must be adhered to in taking student urine samples for DNA isolation at Stikesnasional. The research method uses a normative legal research type by examining various types of materials originating from several laws and regulations. Research involving humans as subjects, such as urine sampling for DNA isolation, must be carried out with strict ethical principles, including voluntary consent (informed consent), protection of data confidentiality, and respect for the dignity and rights of subjects. Researchers are required to ensure that the procedure does not endanger the physical and psychological well-being of the subject and minimize the risks that may arise. All research involving humans must obtain approval from an ethics committee to ensure that the research protocol meets applicable ethical and legal standards.

Abstract

Narkotika merupakan salah satu obat yang diperlukan dalam dunia pengobatan, demikian juga dalam bidang penelitian, yaitu untuk tujuan pendidikan, pengembangan ilmu, dan penerapannya. Narkotika apabila disalahgunakan dapat menimbulkan akibat sampingan yang sangat merugikan bagi perorangan serta menimbulkan bahaya bagi kehidupan serta nilai-nilai kebudayaan. Desa Mancasan, Baki memiliki populasi usia remaja yang cukup banyak. kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi dan edukasi kepada remaja di Desa Kadilangu, Baki, Sukoharjo mengenai NAPZA, pencegahan dan kajian hukum penyalahgunaannya. Berdasarkan analisis Wilcoxon, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pre test dan post peserta penyuluhan. Maka dapat disimpulkan kegiatan penyuluhan ini tepat dan berhasil.
