MSMEs generate employment opportunities and contribute to economic development in Indonesia but still work without adequate branding, lack of a strong online presence, and high dependency on word-of-mouth advertising. The present community service activity aimed to help three MSMEs in Cikarang – Warung Ibu Bandung, Toko Tiga Saudara, and Warung Sunda Teh Icah – in improving those aspects of their business operations. A group of ten students from the Management study program at President University executed this program within the period of six weeks, from June to July 2026, based on the participatory community-based approach where each business owner was engaged from the needs assessment phase to evaluation of the program. In this case, two interventions were provided to partners – branding development (including development of logo, banner, and menu) and digital marketing (Google Maps registration, cooperation with GoFood/GrabFood, QRIS, and social media accounts). Warung Ibu Bandung was also added to the list of merchants that used ShopeeFood and GrabFood platforms, and Warung Ibu Bandung and Warung Sunda Teh Icah started Instagram and TikTok channels, creating their first promotional posts. The total expenditure on the marketing strategy was IDR 667,000 out of an intended budget of IDR 930,000. This outcome suggests that providing the branding assistance together with the digital platform registration can be a cheap solution for small businesses
