Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises or MSMEs are an activity to encourage community economic growth. Pudo Hamlet is one of the hamlets in Mojosarirejo Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency which has many business actors. However, most MSMEs players do not understand the importance of the legality of a business. The legality of the business itself is in the form of a Business Identification Number (NIB), because some people understand that processing business permits and legality is very complicated and time consuming. Business Identification Number (NIB) now plays an important role in business management. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out socialization and also provide assistance to the community regarding the importance of the Business Identification Number (NIB) as a form of business legality. The method used in this activity is socialization and assistance which is carried out in three stages, including collecting data on the potential of MSME actors, delivering material, and assistance with registering Business Identification Numbers (NIB). With socialization and assistance, we hope that MSMEs in Pudo Hamlet will have a business legality certificate.

Abstract

Perusahaan menyadari banyak manfaat penanganan keluhan di media social. Perusahaan mendesak media sosial untuk memberikan tanggapan yang cepat dan rinci terhadap keluhan konsumen. Saat ini banyak perusahaan beralih ke platform media sosial untuk penanganan keluhan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian studi ini yaitu memberikan gambaran bahwa media sosial dapat menjadi wadah layanan aspirasi dan pengaduan online. Metode penelitian menggunakan dua data unik yaitu pendekatan deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif.. Hasil studi ini menunjukan bahwa strategi respon di media sosial memberikan tingkat tanggapan terperinci melalui berbagai pertukaran komunikasi. Sehingga dapat berdampak terhadap kualitas yang dirasakan dan nilai perusahaan, serta meningkatkan volume keluhan di masa depan.

Abstract

Fires can occur in the home environment due to the use or carelessness in using electrical equipment, gas stoves, burning rubbish, cigarette butts. Often people don't know how to handle it if a fire occurs. We provide training to the community on how to deal with a fire in their home environment. This activity aims to provide basic education and understanding in dealing with fires in the home environment using standard fire equipment. The public is also invited to know the factors that cause fires and how to deal with them without causing panicThe results of the training show that some people do not understand the factors that cause fires and how to deal with them. After being given training and education, the community understands the causes of fires and how to deal with them if a fire occurs. The public is invited to practice how to extinguish fires using wet sacks and fire extinguishers.
