Abstract

Logistics services are fast-growing services due to the flow of information and goods, as well as higher consumption needs. This is also due to the development of the e-commerce business and people's desire to make transactions more practical and economical. PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE), located in Tomang, West Jakarta, is a logistics service company that provides services for domestic and international goods delivery. JNE is always committed to providing the best service to achieve integrity and satisfying quality for its customers. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at JNE Pusat. The research method is quantitative, using a questionnaire distributed to 109 respondents who are JNE Pusat customers. The data is processed using SPSS 29, with instrument testing using validity and reliability tests. The methods of data analysis used are simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and the coefficient of determination.The results of this study indicate that service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a determination coefficient of 58%. This means that 42% of customer satisfaction is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between service quality, consumer experience and consumer satisfaction through consumer trust. The population in this study is JNE consumer and the sample size collected was 150 respondents. The sample selection was carried out nonprobability through a questionnaire. Data analysis using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that (1) consumer trust has a significant and positive influence on consumer satisfaction. (2) Service quality has a significant and positive influence on consumer trust. (3) service quality has a significant and positive influence on consumer satisfaction. (4) consumer experience has a significant and positive influence on consumer trust. (5) consumer experience has a significant and positive influence on consumer trust. (6) consumer experience has a significant and positive influence on consumer satisfaction. (7) service quality has a significant and positive influence on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Transportasi dan logistik merupakan sektor yang saling terkait dan tidak dapat dipisahkan. Pasang surut kegiatan kedua sektor ini akan selalu ada sejalan dengan peradaban dan kehidupan manusia. Ruang lingkup kegiatannya yang luas sangat menjanjikan untuk masa depan generasi muda kita. Untuk itu kami dosen Institut Transportasi dan Logistik Trisakti melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Wiyatamandala Bakti di jalan Swasembada Timur XIII nomor 46, Kebon Bawang, Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Utara. Metode yang dijalankan adalah berupa penyuluhan dengan materi-materi: 1) pengertian transportasi, 2) pengertian logistik, kargo dan supply chain management, 3) prospek bisnis dan karir di sektor transportasi dan logistik, serta 4) testimoni manfaat berkuliah ITL Trisakti. Konsepnya adalah dengan memberikan pengertian akan materi-materi tersebut akan dapat lebih membuka wawasan para siswa SMK mengenai lapangan kerja dan karir mereka di bidang logistik di masa depan. Sesuai hasil pre tes dan pos tes terhadap 35 siswa yang ikut dalam kegiatan PkM ini terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan mereka terhadap materi-materi yang disampaikan.
