Planning, with a coefficient of 0.183 and a t-value of 2.672, shows a significant impact on service quality. Procurement of medicines, though categorized as "Adequate," has a coefficient of 0.157 with a t-value of 1.814, which is also significant. Receipt of medicines is the most dominant variable with a coefficient of 0.636 and a t-value of 7.532, indicating a very significant impact. Storage of medicines also significantly affects service quality, with a coefficient of 0.291 and a t-value of 7.532. The study highlights the importance of effective management at each stage of pharmaceutical management to improve service quality in hospitals, particularly in the aspects of receipt and storage of medicines.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of procurement and budgeting and distribution on drug availability at the Pharmacy Installation of the Manokwari Regency Health Office, West Papua Province. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and verification analysis using multiple regression analysis. Descriptive methods focus on describing and analyzing the results of research and verification methods are used to test the relationship between variables. The sample consisted of 77 employees who were taken using saturated sampling technique. The results of descriptive analysis show that in the variables of procurement, budgeting, and distribution of drugs are in the category of enough towards good and good towards very good, there are still some shortcomings that must be considered for improvement. Statistically, the results of verification tests with multiple regression analysis models show that the drug procurement variable has a significant effect on drug availability with a coefficient value of 0.409 and a p-value of 0.000. Drug budgeting also has a significant effect with a coefficient value of 0.021 and a p-value of 0.003. Distribution showed a significant effect on drug availability with a coefficient value of 0.794 and a p-value of 0.000. The results of this study indicate that improvements in these three aspects can significantly increase the availability of drugs in the Pharmaceutical Installation.

Abstract

In the era of globalisation, the use of gadgets has increased rapidly, including among children, bringing both positive and negative impacts. In children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), gadgets trigger aggression, reduce focus, and lead to repetitive behaviours, stimming, and babbling, making them a challenge for therapists. This study aims to analyse therapists' stress management in handling children with ASD who are exposed to gadgets. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with four informants through interviews, observations, and documentation, the data were analysed using NVivo 12. The results show that therapists manage stress through relaxation, emotional release, and mindfulness, which are generally effective in preventing burnout, although there are differences in satisfaction among the informants.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is the main goal of health services. Patient satisfaction is due to the quality of complete services. Several factors identified that influence patient satisfaction include: accessibility, facilities, and staff communication. This study aims to analyze the effect of accessibility, facilities, and staff communication on outpatient satisfaction at Kolonodale Regional Hospital, North Morowali, Central Sulawesi. This research method is a quantitative approach. The number of samples is 100 patients. The sampling technique uses an accidental sampling method. Data were obtained by filling out a questionnaire using a Likert scale and then analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS application. The results of the study show the effect of accessibility on patient satisfaction with a value (0.016 < 0.05), then the effect of facilities on patient satisfaction with a value (0.00 < 0.05), then the effect of staff communication on patient satisfaction with a value (0.00 < 0.05), and the effect of accessibility, facilities, and staff communication simultaneously on patient satisfaction is positive and significant (0.000 < 0.05). The magnitude of the coefficient of determination (r2 square) = 0.536; This means that the variables of accessibility, facilities, and staff communication collectively influence patient satisfaction by 53.6%, with the remaining 46.4% influenced by other variables. Therefore, the influence of accessibility, facilities, and staff communication, both partially and simultaneously, on patient satisfaction is positive and significant.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the quality of service, medical facilities, patient satisfaction, and patient loyalty at Pulang Pisau Regional General Hospital, Central Kalimantan, and to analyze the direct and indirect influence of service quality and medical facilities on patient satisfaction and their implications for patient loyalty. This research employed a descriptive method to map the condition of each variable and a verificative method with a quantitative approach to test research hypotheses. The findings indicate that service quality and medical facilities are categorized as good and statistically have a positive and significant influence on patient satisfaction. Partially, service quality and medical facilities significantly improve patient satisfaction, while simultaneous testing shows a synergistic interaction of both variables in predicting satisfaction. The direct path analysis reveals that only medical facilities have a significant direct effect on loyalty, while service quality requires mediation. Furthermore, the mediation analysis shows that patient satisfaction facilitates the transmission of positive effects from both variables toward loyalty, making satisfaction a bridging variable that strengthens the relationship between service quality, medical facilities, and patient loyalty. These findings indicate that patient satisfaction functions as a crucial and fundamental mediator that consolidates the contributions of service quality and medical facilities in building sustainable patient loyalty.

Abstract

Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) and to reinforce work motivation in order to enhance organizational productivity through employee performance at Pulang Pisau General Hospital. The primary objective is to examine the influence of SIMRS implementation and work motivation on work productivity, with employee performance serving as a mediating variable. Employing a descriptive and verificative method with a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires and observations, and subsequently analyzed using path analysis. The results indicate that SIMRS implementation, work motivation, employee performance, and work productivity are generally categorized as satisfactory. Both individually and collectively, SIMRS implementation and work motivation exert a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, employee performance demonstrates a positive and significant influence on work productivity. SIMRS implementation exerts a direct, positive, and significant effect on productivity, while the direct effect of work motivation on productivity, although positive, is statistically insignificant. However, both SIMRS implementation and work motivation exert significant indirect effects on productivity through employee performance. Overall, the findings underscore that enhancing work productivity within hospital organizations is highly contingent upon the effectiveness of well-managed information systems, the consistency of work motivation, and the professionalism of employee performance. The integration of these three factors establishes a conducive work environment that supports organizational achievement and advances the quality of healthcare services.
