Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak pertumbuhan instansi, keadaan financial serta opini audit tahun sebelumnya terhadap opini audit going concern terhadap perusahaan manufaktur yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2017. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini ialah penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 149 perusahaan manufaktur pada periode penelitian dari tahun 2013-2017. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 62 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu teknik pengumpulan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Data didapat dari Indonesian Stock Exchange. Analisis data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini ialah analisis regresi data panel. Analisis pengolahan data penelitian menggunakan Software Eviews 9.0. Hasil penelitian variabel pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berdampak bagi opini audit going concern. Variabel kondisi keuangan berdampak pada opini audit going concern. Dan variabel opini audit tahun sebelumnya tidak berdampak pada opini audit going concern. Kata kunci: Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Kondisi Keuangan, Opini Audit Tahun Sebelumnya dan Opini Audit Going Concern.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to know (1) the influence of quality of work life to a job satisfaction (2) the influence of kaizen culture to a job satisfaction (3) the influence of quality of work life to organization commitment (4) the influence of kaizen culture to organization commitment (5) the influence of job satisfaction to organization commitment (6) the influence of quality of work life and kaizen culture to a job satisfaction and the impact to organization commitment in HRD Directory of PT Biofarma. The data collection method is done through questionnaire that distributed to employees of HRD Directory of PT Biofarma (Persero) that 40 respondent were taken. With saturated sampling techniques, datas that taken then processed by using data analysis. Data analysis in this research is qualititave data analysis, descriptive and verificative. This analysis is involves reliability test, statistic test through Ttest, Ftest, also the coefficient of R2 determination, classical assumption test and path analysis. Based on the analysis of the research, therefore can be concluded that (1) quality of work life have negative effect and not significant to job satisfaction, (2) kaizen culture have positive effect and significant to job satisfaction, (3) quality of work life have negative effect and not significant to organization commitment, (4) kaizen culture have negative effect and not significant to organization commitment, (5) job satisfaction have positive effect and significant to organization commitment (6) quality of work life and kaizen culture have positive effect and significant to organization commitment through the job satisfaction.

Abstract

Batik adalah pakaian nasional yang memiliki peran strategis yang dapat menjadi alat yang dapat menggerakan perekonomian negara, peninggalan dan ciri budaya bangsa juga sebagai ciri khas bangsa. Terdapat tiga masalah utama yang sering dikeluhkan oleh industri batik, pertama, bagi Pengusaha sering terjadinya kenaikan bahan dasar pembuatan batik, dimana harga naik lebih cepat dibanding harga jual batik itu sendiri. Kedua masuknya produk tekstil dengan motf batik khususnya dari China dan ketiga sulitnya merekrut sumber daya manusia yang memiliki keterampilan membatik yang inovatif, serta memiliki kemampuan yang capable dalam pengembangan industri batik. Tujuan penulisan artikel pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah mendekripsikan pentingnya inovasi keunggulan bersaing untuk menghadapi persaingan gobal serta merancang suatu aplikasi deteksi sidik jari untuk mendapatkan tenaga kerja (pembatik) terpilih guna mendukung keunggulan bersaing para pengrajin batik. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskripsi yang menggambarkan kondisi industri batik, pengembangan inovasi yang mampu mengaplikasikan finger print test sebagai upaya menggali potensi para pengrajin batik. Hasil penelitian adalah adanya suatu aplikasi yang diharapkan dapat digunakan oleh pengusaha batik berupa deteksi sidik jari sebagai salah satu inovasi penetapan perekrutan sumber daya manusia (pengrajin batik) guna mendukung keunggulan bersaing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan, menguji hubungan dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage dan reputasi KAP terhadap audit delay dilakukannya penelitian ini masih terdapat perusahaan yang melaporkan laporan keuangannya tidak tepat waktu yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian pada para investor dan juga kerugian untuk perusahaan itu sendiri serta adanya inkonsistensi hasil penelitian terdahulu. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor manufaktur barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2014-2018. Jumlah populasi penelitian adalah 40 perusahaan. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan purposive sampling. Sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi data dengan menggunakan software SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa : (1) secara parsial penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel leverage dan reputasi KAP yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap audit delay, sementara variabel profitabilitas menunjukkan pengaruh yang tidak signifikan, (2) secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas, leverage dan reputasi KAP memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap audit delay.

Abstract

In the implementation of government financial management, audit process is carried out by the inspectorate with the purpose to produce a quality audit. One of the indicators is the inspection report is submitted on time, however in the last 3 years the reports submitted by the Inspectorate of West Java Province have been late. The purpose of study was to determine the influence of ethics, education level, and professional skepticism on audit quality in the Inspectorate of West Java Province. This study conducted with a total 70 auditors with descriptive and verificative research method. Data collection using questionnaires and was analized by multiple linear regression. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that ethics, education level, and professional skepticism has an influence on quality audits both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational communication on employee performance at the Bandung Regional Revenue Management Agency, both simultaneously and partially. This study uses explanatory surveys to analyze the influence between variables, both partially and simultaneously. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents who were sampled in the study. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study were carried out using path analysis. This research proves that organizational communication simultaneously and partially influences the performance of employees at the Bandung Regional Revenue Management Agency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze factors that influence the decision making of patients in order to use telemedicine application. With using survey method, the amount of patients population / users of telemedicine application determined as 100 person(s). The analysis that used in this research are qualitative and quantitative, descriptive and verificative. After examining and analyzing and proccessing data showed that:  Whole variables that contained products, price, performance, reliability, features, promotion and location partially and simultaneously affected decision making of patients in consulting via telemedicine services during COVID-19 pandemics. Thus can ve seen from Fcount (25,340) larger than Ftable for d(f) for n that amount 100 (2,311). Reliability variable of telemedicine service contributed 21,69% costumers to hold a consultation via telemedicine, followed by respondents location 19,97%, then features from the application 9,86%, promotion that held by the services 7,59%, the influence of prices 4,38% and performance 4,39% and last, the lowest influence from products from the telemedicine services 0,02%. Therefore telemedicine are suggested to adapt the product and prices with market demands, synergizing information and patients to maintain the quality.Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi pasien dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menggunakan aplikasi telemedicine. Dengan menggunakan metode survey, menentukan populasi pasien/pengguna jasa aplikasi telemedicine, dengan sampel sejumlah 100 orang. Analisis yang digunakan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif , deskriftif dan verifikastif.  Setelah menguji dan menganalisis dan pengolahan data menunjukan: Seluruh variabel yang terdiri dari produk, harga, performa,  keandalan, fitur, promosi dan lokasi berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap pengambilan keputusan pasien melakukan konsultasi melalu layanan telemedicine selama dan pasca pandemi Covid-19. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai Fhitung (25,340) yang lebih besar dari Ftabel untuk d(f) untuk n sebesar 100 (2,311). variabel keandalan / reliability suatu layanan telemedicine menyumbang 21,69% konsumen untuk melakukan konsultasi melalui telemedicine, diikuti dengan lokasi responden sebesar 19,97%, lalu fitur dari aplikasi sebesar 9,86%, promosi yang dilakukan penyedia layanan sebesar 7,59%, pengaruh harga sebesar 4,39% dan performa aplikasi sebesar 4,39% diakhiri dengan nilai pengaruh paling kecil dari produk yang diberikan dari layanan telemedicine sebesar 0,02%. Oleh karena disarankan telemedicine harus mampu menyesuaikan produk dan harga dengan permintaan pasar, pengembangan produk, adanya pengembangan akses pelayanan, mensinergikan informasi dan pasien agar lebih terjamin kualtasnya.

Abstract

The development of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia requires support from the Indonesian government at all levels, beginning with the village government. This assistance can only be provided in an effective manner if the governing body of the village is comprised of village officials who possess a strong and dependable work ethic. In order to accomplish this objective, the apparatus of the village will require management of its human resources. This study's objective is to investigate the evolution of village apparatus human resource management and its bearing on the expansion of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. This investigation takes a qualitative approach and makes use of descriptive research methods. According to the findings of the study, village apparatuses have the potential to advance micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) by reforming the bureaucracy in the village with human resource management. The process entails planning, recruitment, selection, training and development, as well as performance evaluation and evaluation of progress. Regarding the development of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), the local government of the village can act as a facilitator, a regulator, or a catalyst, each of which has a very significant influence.

Abstract

Organizations, both profit-oriented and non-profit organizations, expect the maximum possible performance from their employees to achieve the goals set. The North Penajam Paser District Health Office is a local government organization that provides health services to the community. Health services provided must certainly be able to provide satisfaction to the community it serves. Human resources who perform excessively compared to what has been set are termed Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of loyalty, quality of work life , organizational culture and work motivation on OCB either partially or simultaneously. This study has five variables consisting of one dependent variable and four independent variables. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as the dependent variable (Y), Loyalty (X1), Quality of Work Life (X2) , Organizational Culture (X4), and Work Motivation (X5) as independent variables. Respondents in this study were employees at the North Penajam Paser District Health Office. The number of samples in this study were 84 people, the analytical tool used was multiple linear regression. The results showed Loyalty, Quality of Work Life , Organizational Culture, and Work Motivation have a simultaneous influence on OCB. Partially Loyalty has a significant influence on OCB, as well as Organizational Culture and Work Motivation have an influence on OCB. However, the Quality of Work Life variable has no effect on OCB.
