Abstract

Pertahanan negara adalah segala usaha untuk mempertahankan kedaulatan negara, keutuhan wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia, dan keselamatan segenap bangsa dari ancaman dan gangguan terhadap keutuhan bangsa dan negara. Pertahanan negara merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam keberlangsungan kehidupan suatu negara. Dalam sistem pertahanan negara yang memanfaatkan Sumber Daya Nasional, salah satunya adalah dengan pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dengan jalur pendidikan militer untuk mendapatkan komponen utama pertahanan negara yang kompeten, berkualitas, dan mumpuni sebagai generasi pemimpin militer masa depan. Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana pendidikan bagi Taruna Akademi Militer berperan penting dalam upaya mempersiapkan generasi pemimpin militer masa depan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara mengumpulkan data melalui studi pustaka, seperti buku, jurnal, atau artikel yang tersedia di internet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan bagi Taruna Akademi Militer memiliki peranan sangat penting dalam mempersiapkan generasi pemimpin militer masa depan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan beberapa strategi untuk meningkatkan pengembangan kepemimpinan dan pendidikan karakter Taruna Akademi Militer sebagai generasi pemimpin militer masa depan, seperti meningkatkan investasi dalam pengembangan kemampuan kepemimpinan, meningkatkan peran serta alumni Akademi Militer dalam pengembangan kepemimpinan, meningkatkan kerjasama dengan institusi lain dalam pengembangan kepemimpinan, serta memperkuat pendidikan karakter untuk membentuk moral yang kokoh.

Abstract

In Indonesia, corn is one of the important agricultural commodities that is strategic in the future as a carbohydrate substitute for rice in food diversification efforts, so it is not surprising that corn is also a commodity chosen by the government to support the national food security program in 2023. Corn is one of the most important cereal crops in Indonesia. Apart from being a staple food crop to replace rice, corn also has the benefits of almost the entire tree, starting from the leaves for animal feed and compost. The corn fruit consists of the cob, kernels and cob, all three of which have economic benefits. Corn cob has long been used as raw material for feed, compost and the cigarette industry. As a food ingredient, corn kernels have nutritional content, namely Calories, Protein, Fat, Carbohydrates, Calcium, Phosphorus, Iron, Vitamin A, Vitamin B1. Other benefits of corn can reduce hypertension so that it can prevent heart disease. The heart can control diabetes, improve digestion, prevent constipation and hemorrhoids because corn is rich in fiber, and can even reduce the risk of colon cancer. Phosphorus is good for bone health, this nutrient not only prevents bones from cracking due to age, but also improves kidney function.( Director General of Food Crops Kemen RI, Feb 15, 2020) . This is all just up to the various benefits of corn and there are many more that we can learn and benefit from the fruit of the seed.

Abstract

Public health as the science and art of preventing disease, prolonging life, and improving the quality of life by making organizational efforts and providing informed choices to communities, organizations, communications, and individuals. The goal of national development is the full human development of Indonesia. Namely Indonesian human development both physically and mentally, human development is basically an effort to humanize humans again. Keyongan village, Nogosari Sub-District, Boyolali regency as an area for medium-sized industries in the form of Agriculture, paper, wood industry, publishing, printing, apparel and similar industries. This is in accordance with Rpjm Kab. Boyolali since 2010 now 2024 which launched the program “Pro Invenstment". In this study raised public health issues with the environment of Agriculture and medium industry in Keyongan Village, Nogosari District, Boyolali regency, and using qualitative research methods. The objective was to find out the health condition of the people of Keyongan village, with the emergence of various medium-sized industries in the vicinity and to find out the efforts made by the community and the village government to maintain public health. The growth of various entrepreneurial activities, especially being a medium-sized industrial area, will leave a residue for the environment, both in terms of sound or noise, air or pollution, unpleasant odors, the development of flies and mosquitoes due to water pollution from industrial waste and so on. This term if not managed properly will cause prolonged adverse effects, especially for the health of both individuals, groups and communities.
