Abstract

TThe management of speech delay in 5-year-old children remains less effective because it has not fully utilized structured, integrated process data analysis. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of process mining in enhancing language skills in children with speech delay in a clear, systematic, and integrated manner. The research employed an experimental method with a pretest-posttest design and used the Wilcoxon test to evaluate significance. The results demonstrate that applying process mining has a positive impact on children’s language abilities. Initial pretest scores showed a total of 120 points with an average of 20. After the intervention, posttest scores increased, reaching a total of 181 points with an average of 30.2. All children improved their scores, with increases ranging from 9 to 11 points. Children 1, 2, and 4 had the highest increase of 11 points, while Children 3 and 5 each increased by 9 points, and Child 6 increased by 10 points. The Wilcoxon test yielded a significance value of 0.007, which is below 0.05, indicating a statistically significant difference. This confirms that process mining effectively enhances children’s language skills. Conclusion: Process mining has proven to be an effective method for significantly and measurably improving the language abilities of 5-year-old children with speech delay. Significance: This study advances data-driven speech delay therapy methods that are effective, measurable, and suitable for elementary school settings.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the gap between the ideal concept of good governance and the practice of managing school infrastructure, which remains limited in terms of participation, transparency, accountability, and the effectiveness of its implementation at the secondary school level. This research aims to analyze the application of good governance principles in the management of school infrastructure to improve educational quality. The methodology used is a qualitative case study design at Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Terusan Nyunyai, employing interview, observation, and documentation techniques, along with data analysis that includes condensation, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that infrastructure management has been carried out in a participatory manner by involving all stakeholders in planning and evaluation, is transparent through the disclosure of budget information and the use of digital technologies such as ARKAS, and is accountable through a systematic, well-documented reporting system. In addition, school independence is reflected in its ability to make decisions based on internal needs without external intervention, and in accountability conducted in accordance with applicable regulations. The implementation of these principles has been proven to improve the effectiveness of facilities and infrastructure management and to support the continuous improvement of educational service quality. Thus, the application of good governance in school infrastructure management effectively increases efficiency, transparency, and educational quality. This study is significant as a practical model of good governance-based infrastructure management that can serve as a reference for other schools in improving educational quality.

Abstract

Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur’an (MTQ) is a strategic platform for youth development. However, the Syarhil Qur’an branch remains under-researched regarding its role in enhancing da’wah capacity among young people. This study aims to analyze the strategic role of Syarhil Qur’an in shaping young preachers grounded in Qur’anic values. Using a qualitative and phenomenological approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the strategic role of Syarhil Qur’an in youth preacher development lies in its ability to integrate Qur’anic text mastery, thematic interpretation, and rhetorical skills in delivering contextual and relevant da’wah messages. The training process is carried out systematically through teamwork, in-depth understanding of verses, public speaking exercises, and the formation of Qur’anic leadership and spiritual character. The positive impact of Syarhil Qur’an optimization is reflected in increased self-confidence, critical thinking skills, and adaptability to social issues and digital developments. Recommendations for developing Syarhil Qur’an include curriculum reform based on contemporary issues, integrating digital media in training, enhancing trainer professionalism, and forming alumni communities as part of a sustainable da’wah ecosystem. Syarhil Qur’an cultivates young Qur’anic preachers who are communicative, critical, contextual, and prepared to face the challenges of modern da’wah.
