Abstract

The position of ushul fiqh as the basis of Islamic fiqh, meaning that ushul fiqh is the sources/dalils and how to show these propositions to sharia law in general. Without a discussion of ushul fiqh, Fiqh cannot be created because the basis of ushul fiqh must be understood first, so that ushul fiqh is knowledge of various rules and language which are a means of deriving sharia laws regarding human actions regarding their detailed arguments. The science of ushul fiqh and the science of fiqh are two things that cannot be separated. The science of ushul fiqh can be likened to a factory that processes data and produces a product, namely the science of fiqh.

Abstract

Islamic law regulates various life issues in detail. At the time it was revealed there was not a single human life that was not regulated. There are things that are regulated in a standard way and cannot change forever, namely regarding worship of Allah, but there are things that are regulated dynamically following developments in era, place and time, namely Muamalah, human relationships with other humans and the universe. Masail Fiqhiyah is known as a scientific discipline regarding the dynamics of Islamic law. Research on the urgency of Masail fiqhiyah in the modern world is normative research on how Islamic jurisprudence adapts to increasingly complex developments. The problem raised is: What is meant by Masail Fiqhiyah in Islamic terminology? How does Islamic Law solve contemporary problems in the modern world? The results of the research show that academically, Masail Fiqhiyah is a discipline of Fiqh related to legal issues in human life that is contemporary or does not yet have legal texts from various schools of thought. The solution to this matter is by using the Ijtihad method, not using Ijma' or agreement as existing in Islamic Fiqh.

Abstract

The issue of decentralization refers to the extent to which authority has been delegated, authority from one level of management to the next level of management that is below it, while centralization is the opposite or remains held at the top level. The issue here is not whether an organization must decentralize, but to what extent it is decentralized. For example, basic education management tends towards centralization or decentralization. Or even a combination of centralization and decentralization. Let's take the example of the case of basic education management in an Islamic boarding school environment. Private basic education institutions that implement a combination of centralized and decentralized systems, one of which is AlAnwar Elementary School, Pasuruan City, which in certain parts such as additional curriculum and operational implementation implements both decentralization and centralization

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of pesantren-based management in shaping student autonomy at Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Karangpandan, Rejoso, Pasuruan. The research focuses on the role of kyai leadership, the structure of student self-reliance programs, and the internalization of pesantren values within the educational process. Employing a qualitative approach with an intrinsic case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that core pesantren values—such as sincerity, responsibility, and simplicity—serve as the foundation for managerial practices. The kyai plays a central role, functioning both as a spiritual leader and a policy director through a participatory leadership style. Programs including student cooperatives, entrepreneurship training, and daily task routines were shown to effectively foster both personal and social independence among students. The study affirms that value-oriented management rooted in pesantren culture offers a contextually grounded educational model that is both spiritually meaningful and practically effective. This model holds potential for replication in other pesantren with similar educational visions.

Abstract

Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam jurnal ini bersifat deskriptif-analitis. Diantara tujuan kebijakan moneter adalah mengarahkan perekonomian makro ke kondisi lebih baik atau yang diinginkan, salah satunya menjaga stabilitas tukar mata uang. Kondisi tersebut diukur dengan menggunakan indikator-indikator makro utama, yaitu terpeliharanya pertumbuhan ekonomi yang baik, stabilitas harga umum yang terkendali, dan menurunnya pengangguran. Adapun fungsi dari pada capital market adalah Sumber Penghimpun Dana, Alternatif Investasi Para Investor, Penghimpun Dana Modal Pasar dan Modal Relatif Rendah. Hasil tidaknya kebijakan moneter dan capital market, dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor : pertama; kuat tidaknya hubungan kebijakan moneter dan capital market dengan kegiatan ekonomi, kedua; ada pengaruh tidaknya antara kebijakan moneter dan capital market terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam perspektif ekonomi makro Islam.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji peran signifikan teknologi dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam kontemporer. Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, lembaga pendidikan Islam menghadapi tantangan untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam sistem manajemen mereka sambil tetap mempertahankan nilai-nilai dan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi berbagai aspek penerapan teknologi dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam, termasuk penggunaan sistem informasi manajemen, pembelajaran online, dan alat-alat digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi administratif. Melalui analisis literatur terkini dan studi kasus, artikel ini mengidentifikasi peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh institusi pendidikan Islam dalam mengadopsi solusi teknologi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi yang tepat dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, memperluas akses, dan mempersiapkan siswa untuk masa depan digital, sambil tetap menjaga integritas nilai-nilai Islam. Artikel ini juga menyoroti pentingnya keseimbangan antara inovasi teknologi dan prinsip-prinsip pendidikan Islam tradisional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh neraca perdagangan dan suku bunga acuan terhadap stabilitas nilai tukar Rupiah. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini menerapkan metode Regresi Linier Berganda (OLS) dengan uji asumsi klasik terhadap data time series bulanan periode 2017–2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan, neraca perdagangan dan suku bunga acuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stabilitas nilai tukar Rupiah. Surplus neraca perdagangan berkontribusi melalui peningkatan pasokan valas, sedangkan kenaikan suku bunga acuan mendorong arus modal masuk sehingga memperkuat nilai tukar. Hasil ini sejalan dengan temuan Laili dan Wahyuningsih (2023), Fahmi (2023), serta Hakim (2023) yang menegaskan hubungan erat antara stabilitas makroekonomi dan kebijakan moneter. Selain itu, dinamika neraca perdagangan sebagaimana dikemukakan oleh Thirafi (2020) dan Ginting (2014) menunjukkan pentingnya sektor ekspor-impor dalam menjaga keseimbangan eksternal. Implikasi kebijakan dari temuan ini adalah perlunya sinergi antara kebijakan fiskal yang mendukung surplus perdagangan dan kebijakan moneter yang optimal dalam pengendalian suku bunga untuk menjaga stabilitas nilai tukar Rupiah secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstract Purpose: This research aims to develop an information technology-based educational management model to improve education quality in the digital era. Digital transformation in education demands a paradigm shift in management that integrates information technology across all aspects of educational institution governance. Design/methodology/approach: This study employs a qualitative approach with case study methods in several educational institutions that have implemented IT-based management systems. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. Research limitations/implications: This research provides theoretical contributions in developing modern educational management concepts and practical implications for educational institutions in designing sustainable digital transformation strategies. Findings: The results show that an effective IT-based educational management model includes five main components: technology infrastructure, integrated management information systems, digital competency development, IT policies and governance, and continuous evaluation. Implementation of this model has proven to increase administrative efficiency, learning effectiveness, information accessibility, and data-driven decision making. Originality/value: This study fills the gap by providing an integrative framework that explains how information technology can enhance management quality and ultimately education quality through a holistic approach considering technical, organizational, and human aspects simultaneously.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penyaluran kredit, simpanan masyarakat, dan investasi terhadap kinerja ekspor nonmigas di Provinsi Jawa Timur selama periode 2020–2024. Mengingat peran strategis Jawa Timur dalam ekonomi nasional, studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linier berganda yang diolah melalui EViews 12, berdasarkan 53 observasi data runtun waktu dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Bank Indonesia. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, ketiga variabel independen tersebut tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ekspor nonmigas. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa alokasi kredit dan investasi saat ini mungkin masih terkonsentrasi pada sektor konsumtif atau non-tradable (seperti properti), bukan sektor produktif yang berorientasi ekspor. Namun, secara simultan, ketiga variabel terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan, menegaskan pentingnya sinergi elemen keuangan. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan perlunya reorientasi kebijakan pemerintah daerah dan perbankan untuk memfokuskan pembiayaan serta insentif investasi secara spesifik pada industri manufaktur berorientasi ekspor guna meningkatkan daya saing global Jawa Timur.
