Abstract

Customer decisions are very important for a bank, meaning that a bank must maintain a good reputation in order to create a positive perception for society and customers. Mobile banking is one of the services provided by banking companies to make it easier for customers to make transactions. In using mobile banking, of course it is based on the customer's perception of a service, therefore there are several things that are measured in determining the customer decision, namely perceived usefulness and perceived convenience. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived convenience on customer decisions in using BSI Mobile. Collection of customer questionnaires measured using a Likert scale is a data collection method in this study. The population of customers who use BSI Mobile in this study is 6,701 people with the characteristics of active customers who use BSI Mobile in their daily transactions, and the number of samples in this study is 100 people who are determined from the sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The results obtained using the t test (partial) show that perceived usefulness and perceived convenience have a positive and significant effect on customer decisions in using BSI Mobile.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work family conflict and workload on the performance of female employees at Bank Sumsel Babel Syari'ah with work stress as an intervening variable. The sample in this study were female employees who worked at Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah who were married and had children, totaling 35 people. The results showed that work family conflict had no effect on the performance of female employees of Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah. However, workload has a positive and significant effect on the performance of female employees of Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah. Then work stress has a negative and significant effect on the performance of female employees of Bank Sumsel Babel and work family conflict has a positive and significant effect on stress. Workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress on female employees of Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah. Based on the results of the analysis of work stress is not able to mediate the effect of work family conflict on employee performance. Then based on the results of the analysis using the causal step method, job stress is able to mediate the effect of workload on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of the Sharia Supervisory Board in complying with sharia principles applied in sharia banking is based on good corporate governance. The method used in this research is using field research. Qualitative descriptive approach. The source of data in this study is secondary data. Data collection techniques are documentation through journals, books, libraries and the Qur'an and Hadith. The findings obtained in this study are that as an intermediary institution based on sharia principles, Islamic banks must comply with two types of compliance, namely sharia principles and legal compliance. The application of such compliance is not only required for good corporate governance and various Islamic bank products, but also for financial deeds made by a notary. Therefore, financial actions in Islamic banks must reflect the principles of sharia compliance, not only legal compliance. Specific concerns regarding sharia compliance have come within the scope of the Sharia Supervisory Board's authority. The Sharia Supervisory Board has implemented good sharia compliance in sharia banking. Islamic banking has implemented Good Corporate Governance (GCG) this triggers that every transaction and financial arrangement in Islamic banking is in accordance with sharia principles.
