Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has begun to drip various aspects of life, and social order. The world of national education has no choice but to respond to these challenges. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 was the fourth industrial revolution and came after the first industrial revolution with the discovery of a steam engine. The second industrial revolution related to electricity, the third computerized industrial revolution. 4.0 industrial revolutions marked the development of technology and information that is very extraordinary.In the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, students must be brave enough to get out of their comfort zone. Studying in college is not only directed to the level of being (learning to find identity), to know (learning to know), and to do (applying knowledge to real life) but more than that reaching to live together (learning to form life attitude in togetherness).In the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 Universities are required to graduate students who have adaptive abilities to changes that occur more frequently. These capabilities include the ability to solve problems that are increasingly complex, think critically, creatively, be able to become good managers, and have good coordination skills. College graduates are also expected to have good emotional intelligence, the ability to appraise and decide appropriately, be service-oriented, good at negotiation and flexible cognitive power.

Abstract

Tanggung jawab dan Otoritas merupakan kekuasaan dan kemampuan seorang pemimpin dalam membuat keputusan untuk mempengaruhi perilaku bawahan,  untuk mencapai tujuan dan pelaksanaan visi dan misi suatu lembaga pendidikan. Perkembangan lembaga pendidikan Islam salah satunya sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan yang dikembangkan oleh setiap individu dalam mengembangkan lembaga pendidikan Islam.Kepemimpinan Islami merupakan perpaduan antara kepemimipinan konsep duniawi dan ukhrawi.Untuk mencapai tujuan yang hakiki lebih dari tujuan organisasi yang bersifat sementara, menuntut kometmen tinggi kepada prinsip-prinsip Islami, dan menempatkan tugas kepeminpinan yang dipertanggungjawabkan kepada anggotanya, tetapi juga dipertanggungjawabkan dihadapan Allah.

Abstract

This research aimed at analyzing school management which manages teachers’ management model that impacts the performance of High School teachers of Muhammadiyah in South-Sumatera Province. This field research applied a descriptive-qualitative approach. The technique for collecting the data was through observation, interview and documentation. The research subjects selected by using purposive sampling technique. The technique for analyzing the data was through data analysis by reducing, presenting, verifying and drawing conclusions, and also using reliable and extended participation techniques, careful observation, triangulation and consulting with advisors. The results showed that management performance model in Senior High School of Muhammadiyah was a successful management model which enables to improve teachers’ performance. The success of applying this model can be regarded on management performance model of teachers in line with POAC management, in which POAC was implemented to meet teachers’ success, and also other factors, such as humans’ competency and motivation in managing teachers’ performance, the effectiveness of managing performance starting from input, process and teachers’ performance objective, as well as the use of facilities and infrastructure, time, finance (capital) had supported the success of teacher's performance.

Abstract

Abstract: Transformational Leadership of Integrated Islamic School PrincipalPurposing of this study was to identify or obtain information about how the transformational leadership of school principals in improving the quality and performance of teachers in teaching activities at the Al-Ihsan Integrated Islamic School (SDIT) during the Covid-19 pandemi. This study uses a qualitative approach that is used to obtain information on decisions, constraints and consequences of the COVID-19 pandemi in teaching and learning activities at SDIT. The results of the principal transformation leadership research in improving the quality and performance of teachers in teaching activities at SDIT Al-Ihsan during the Covid-19 pandemi include: 1) setting good examples for teachers in facing challenges during the Covid-19 pandemi; 2) providing intellectual stimuli such as providing opportunities for SDIT Al-Ihsan teachers to take part in training and counseling activities on the brave learning system; 3) teacher motivation to be able to develop bold learning methods and models; and 4) evaluate the policies that have been implemented. The principal's transformational leadership is expected to be able to overcome learning obstacles by improving communication and coordination between parents and teachers so that parents can guide their children during the learning process at home.Abstrak: Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah Islam Terpadu.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi atau memperoleh informasi tentang bagaimana kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu dan kinerja guru dalam kegiatan mengajar di Sekolah Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Al-Ihsan selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kualitatif yang digunakan untuk memperoleh informasi keputusan, kendala dan akibat pandemi covid 19 pada kegiatan proses belajar mengajar di SDIT. Hasil dari penelitian kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu dan kinerja guru dalam kegiatan mengajar di SDIT Al-Ihsan selama masa pandemi Covid-19 ini antara lain: 1) memberikan teladan yang baik kepada guru dalam menghadapi tantangan pada masa pandemi Covid-19; 2) memberikan stimulus intelektual seperti memberikan kesempatan bagi guru SDIT Al-Ihsan untuk mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan dan penyuluhan tentang sistem pembelajaran daring; 3) memotivasi guru agar mampu mengembangkan metode dan model pembelajaran daring; dan 4) melakukan evaluasi terhadap kebijakan yang sudah dilaksanakan. Kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah diharapkan mampu mengatasi kendala pembelajaran daring dengan cara meningkatkan komunikasi dan koordinasi orang tua dengan guru sehingga orang tua mampu membimbing anak saat melakukan proses pembelajaran daring di rumah.

Abstract

Penyebaran Islam melalui tasawuf telah menjadikan Islam memiliki daya tarik tersendiri bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Dalam perkembangannya paham sufisme dan tarekat berkembang juga, sehingga menjadi wacana yang urgent dalam proses transmisi ajaran Islam di dunia Melayu. Nilai-nilai tasawuf dikalangan elit Muhammadiyah akan mewarnai pemahaman dan pengamalan yang terlembaga dalam bentuk tarekat yang membutuhkan bimbingan seorang mursyid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman dan pengamalan nilai-nilai tasawuf di kalangan elit Muhammadiyah. Bagaimana pemahaman nilai-nilai tasawuf di kalangan elit Muhmmadiyah, bagaimana pengamalan nilai-nilai tasawuf dikalangan elit Muhammadiyah serta Perbedaan Pemahaman Dan Pengamalan Tasawuf di Wilayah Sumatera Selatan. Metode dalam penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan teknik analisa data menggunakan diskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara terhadap para ulama dilingkungan Muhammadiyah serta didukung dengan data dokumentasi. Penelitian ini mengghasilkan: Pertama bahwa Muhammadiyah merupakan organisasi dan gerakan sosial keagamaan tidak menjadikan tasawuf dan tarekat dalam rangkah gerakannya, karena di latarbelakangi berdirinya Muhammadiyah dipengaruhi gerakan Tajdid, Kedua eksistensi pengamalan nilai-nilai tasawuf yaitu: menolak secara inplisit, terbuka terhadap keberadaan tasawuf dan sikap akomodatif. Sebuah Dialog membagi kategorikan dengan terminologi eksplisit, implisit, inklusif dan akomodatif. Ketiga, berafiliasi dengan ideologi sunni. organisasi lebih mendahulukan self correction, dengan prinsip ta´aruf, tafa>hum. ta´awun, takaful dan tazamun. Dalam masalah ibadah, perbedaan organisasi keagamaan ini tidak masuk yang bersifat prinsip, tetapi furu>´iyah. Kepentingan bersama dalam membina masyarakat dengan pendekatan kultural. Organisasi ini menganut paham aswaja.

Abstract

This research is a developmental research which aims to find out the learning model to improve students learning outcomes of islamic learning in MadrasahAliyah Negeri 2 Palembang, South Sumatera. Focus in this study was the subject of jurisprudence. This study offers to reconstruct islamic learning (PAI) iin the school which was originally put on the lecture method into cooperative learning methods. So that students do not feel bored and get better learning outcomes. The modal applied in this study is STAD type. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. Form pretest analysis, it can be concluded that there is no difference in significance between pre-test cognitive learning outcomes of experimental class students and control class students. Whereas, post-test cognitive learning outcomes of students in the experimental class and control class students obtaint tcount = 2.560 (Equal variances assumed). While the value of ttable = 2,292, means tcount > ttable (2,560 > 2,292) the Ho rejected. So, it can be concluded that there are differences between post-test cognitive learning outcomes of experimental class students and control class students.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of extraversion personality interactions and agreeableness on the work involvement of lecturers at Raden Fatah State Islamic University Palembang, South Sumatra. The focus of this research is on the personality of the lecturer and aims to explore the influence of the interaction between extraversion and agreeableness on work involvement. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The form of analysis of the validity of exploratory factor analysis and through the SPSS program, the results concludedit does not thatindicate that the interaction between extraversion and agreeableness has a positive and significant influence on work involvement. The results obtained by extraversion having an alpha of 0.945 extraversion have a significant effect on work involvement, while agreeableness has an alpha of 0.965, and work involvement has an alpha of 0.761. agreeableness has a significant effect on work involvement. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal how the orientation of Islamic education is in the midst of globalization and social change, because one way is to reveal that the current of globalization demands fundamental changes for every individual. , in looking at the flow of globalization demands a necessity not as a threat. To answer the challenges of globalization, it is necessary to have human resources who are reliable and highly competitive. To realize this, all the roles of Islamic education must present themselves as part of the challenges of globalization. Islamic education is challenged to be able to educate and produce graduates who are highly competitive (qualified). To answer all of this, an appropriate management model for Islamic religious education is needed. Characteristics management morgue-based can answer these challenges.

Abstract

Islam menganjurkan umatnya agar selalu ingat akan mati, Apabila seseorang telah meninggal dunia, hendaklah keluarga dekatnya melakukan kewajiban yang mesti dilakukan  terhadap jenazah, yaitu mengurus jenazah sesuai dengan al-Qur’an dan sunnah. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pelatihan pengurusan jenazah ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengurus jenazah secara islami. Pra kegiatan terdiri rapat strategi pelaksanaan dan persiapan sarana-prasarana. Pelaksanaan pendampingan dan pelatihan pengurusan jenazah di Kelurahan 16 Ulu diawali dengan pre-test, kemudian dilakukan  ceramah, simulasi dan latihan yang disertai tanya jawab kemudian dilanjutkan dengan post-test. Pelaksanaan pasca kegiatan melakukan evaluasi dan pembuatan laporan kegiatan. Evaluasi dirancang dengan membandingkan kondisi pengetahuan setelah pelaksanaan pengabdian. Hasil di dapatkan bahwa pengetahuan sebelum pemberian ceramah dan pelatihan mayoritas mempunyai pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 33 orang (82,5%) dari 40 peserta. Sesudah pemberian pemberian ceramah dan pelatihan didapatkan pengetahuan peserta mayoritas baik sebanyak 33 orang (82,5%) dari 40 peserta. Hasil uji mann whitney di dapatkan nilai p value 0,000  berarti ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan setelah pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam peningkatan pengetahuan peserta. Diharapkan setelah adanya pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini peserta dapat memahami teori dan mempraktikkan tata cara mengurus jenazah secara Islami
