Abstract

Research by Lecturer, Graha University Nusantara Padangsidimpuan, Simrittabumas Data still in Guidance Category for Upgrade to Intermediate Category are required to apply. For this, we need an application that can calculate and document the lecturer's performance in the resulting research. The purpose of this study is to apply fuzzy logic with Mamdani method to evaluate the research achievements of lecturers at Graha Nusantara Padangsidimpuan University. This study uses Mamdani fuzzy logic. The fuzzy Mamdani method is a method of mapping the input space to the output space. This method is a mathematical framework for expressing uncertainty, ambiguity, inaccuracy, lack of information, and partial truth. The phase of research using the Mamdani method is to create input variables from Sinta-accredited papers, Simlitabmas Grant papers, and papers from international and national journals. Find the maximum and minimum values for each variable. Create a fuzzy set using the Mamdani method. Building assertions with defuzzification using Matlab.

Abstract

In the learning process, lecturers have quite an important role because a lecturer is required to manage or organize so that the learning process can run well. The objectives of writing this article are Determine the category of outstanding lecturers by applying fuzzy logic with the mamdani method. Produce a mathlab program developed using the mamdani method to determine outstanding lecturers at Graha Nusantara University. Today, information technology, especially soft computing technology, is developing very quickly. One of the most developed software computing technologies is fuzzy logic, as it can be used to measure various ambiguous, camouflaged or fuzzy phenomena. One of the research topics applying fuzzy logic is the evaluation system in the research field. Research conducted by professors from Graha Nusantara Padangsidimpuan University in Simlitabmas data Still in the category of orientation to move to intermediate level, professors from UGN Padangsidimpuan are challenged to be able to develop, contribute and apply knowledge required for research. To do this, we needed an application that could be used to calculate and record teacher performance in outcomes research. The purpose of this study is to apply fuzzy logic with Mamdani method to evaluate the research efficiency of professors at Graha Nusantara Padangsidimpuan University this study uses Mamdani fuzzy logic.

Abstract

The vision of higher education always leads to the dharma of higher education. One manifestation of the Tridharma of Higher Education is scientific work or conducting research. This socialization aims to map the needs of journal managers and improve journal governance, especially governance related to OJS journals at Graha Nusantara University Padangsidimpuan. The expected output is that journal managers will receive an overview, information, suggestions, and input related to OJS management from managed journals, such as costs for publishing an article. This socialization provides benefits and understanding regarding the financial governance of the journal, so that it can indirectly improve the quality and ranking of the journals that are managed. This socialization aims to improve the image and competitiveness of institutions by increasing the value of both study program accreditation and university accreditation.
