Abstract

This study aims to build a decision support system in KIP scholarship acceptance at Graha Nusantara University Using the Copras Method. Acceptance of the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) scholarship at universities often faces challenges in determining prospective recipients who best meet the criteria objectively and transparently. To overcome this problem, in order to facilitate work and avoid data calculation errors with the old system, a decision support system was built that can help make decisions about KIP recipients quickly and more accurately using the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method. The COPRAS method was chosen because it is able to handle the multi-criteria decision-making process by considering the weight of interest of each alternative assessed. This system is designed to process various scholarship selection parameters, such as economic conditions, academic achievement, and other additional criteria, in order to produce a more accurate and fair ranking of prospective scholarship recipients. The results of the study show that the application of the COPRAS method in the SPK can increase efficiency and objectivity in the KIP scholarship selection process, which are the variables or criteria for this study, there are 5 criteria, namely, Academic achievement, Parental dependencies, Student ability, Parental income, Distance of residence. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that this method is able to provide good results and is close to the results of the assessment used by the Campus. This research can provide effective KIP Scholarship Acceptance results according to the Copras model test with a value of 99.972. This decision support system is expected to help make it easier to select students who are eligible for KIP

Abstract

Very high information needs are sometimes not matched by providing adequate information, so that information must be extracted again in large data. By using the association rule technique, we can obtain information from large data such as data in universities. The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of length of study of F-KIP students at Graha Nusantara University. by using the association rule data mining method and comparing the a priori algorithm and the hash-based algorithm. The data used is main data of F-KIP Graha Nusantara University which is processed using association rule data mining techniques with a priori algorithms and hash-based algorithms with a minimum support of 1% and a minimum trust of 1%. The results of data processing with the a priori algorithm are the same as the results of data processing with hash-based algorithms, namely 49 2-itemset combinations. The pattern that is formed is that 7.5% of graduates from the mathematics department study for more than 5 years with a confidence score of 38.5%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to apply Fuzzy logic with the Mamdani method in assessing the Research Performance of Graha Nusantara Padangsidimpuan University Lecturers. This research was designed using Fuzzy Logic with the Mamdani method. One of the research topics that uses the application of fuzzy logic is assessment systems in the field of research. Research by Graha Nusantara University Padangsidimpuan Lecturers in the Simlitabmas Data is still in the Guidance Category to move up to the Intermediate Category. UGN Padangsidimpuan Lecturers are challenged to be able to develop, dedicate and apply the knowledge needed in research. For this reason, an application is needed that can be used to calculate and record lecturer performance in the resulting research. The aim of this research is to apply fuzzy logic using the Mamdani method in assessing the research performance of Graha Nusantara Padangsidimpuan University lecturers.

Abstract

Health is the most important thing for everyone. Without a strong and healthy body, a person will have difficulty carrying out activities. Due to limited information about children's illnesses, it is difficult for parents to predict what disease their child will suffer from. This is something new for new parents. Parents want to hand over the diagnosis of the disease to a health professional or doctor. Insomnia is a sleep disorder that attacks people who feel tired or lethargic throughout the day, have difficulty falling asleep continuously, or wake up in the middle of the night and cannot go back to sleep. The causes include psychological factors, physical factors, environmental factors, and lifestyle habits. For some people, the cost of consulting a specialist or expert is not cheap. Therefore, many parents choose to raise their children themselves. Because treatment of the disease is delayed, the disease becomes more severe and difficult to cure. Lack of parental knowledge about the symptoms of diseases that occur in children. The role of pediatricians in treating children's illnesses is very important, but is often hampered by the limited number of pediatricians and the large number of people who need treatment at the same time. To reduce these limitations, it is necessary to create a tool in the form of an expert system. According to the capabilities of an expert system, it is a branch of artificial intelligence, namely it can act like an expert in a certain field of science.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to assist the head of the study program in determining the best students each semester. The decision support system is part of a computer-based information system that is used to support decision making in an agency or company. Decision support systems are built to make it easier for someone to make decisions. The system can make a decision according to the considerations that are the criteria in this research, including skills, character, language skills, age, place of residence. The COPRAS method or Combination of Ratio Assessment is a multi-criteria decision analysis method used to overcome complexity and uncertainty in decision making. This method utilizes a ratio approach to evaluate the alternatives involved in a decision. This research aims to obtain ranking results of outstanding students quickly and objectively without requiring a lot of effort. The results of this ranking will help Graha Nusantara Padangsidimpuan University, especially the Faculty of Engineering, Computer Science Study Program, in selecting outstanding students. From the conclusion above, the student selected to be in first place is A3 in the name of indah putri with a score of 99.972 in first place.

Abstract

Pajak merupakan salah satu sumber utama pendapatan negara, termasuk di Indonesia. Pajak telah menjadi sumber penerimaan terbesar bagi negara sejak dahulu dan berperan penting dalam mendukung pembangunan nasional. Salah satu sumber pendapatan terbesar berasal dari pajak, termasuk Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN). Kenaikan PPN dapat menimbulkan beberapa masalah, termasuk potensi berbelanja di luar negeri seiring dengan kenaikan harga barang dan jasa di Indonesia. Dengan kenaikan PPN ini, maka harga barang akan mengalami kenaikan dan penjualan akan mengalami penurunan sehingga berdampak pada turunnya sektor barang dan jasa. Rencana kenaikan PPN ini kemudian viral di perbincangkan di media sosial salah satunya yaitu Tiktok. Banyak masyarakat memperdebatkan rencana kenaikan sehingga terjadinnya pro dan kontra terhadap rencana kenaikan PPN ini. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan klasifikasi komentar dari Tiktok mengenai PPN 12% dengan menggunakan metode naive bayes classifier. Beberapa tahap yang dilakukan yaitu crawling data, pelabelan data, preprocessing, ekstraksi fitur, klasifikasi dengan naive bayes classifier dan pengujian dengan confusion matrix. Dataset yang didapat merupakan hasil crawling data dari komentar yang ada di media sosial Tiktok mulai tanggal 1 Desember sampai dengan 15 Januari 2025. Dari 900 data komentar, hasil pengujian mendapatkan akurasi 96%, presisi 98%, recall 96%, dan fi-score 97%.
