The method used is literature study, namely searching various written sources in the form of books, archives, magazines, articles and other relevant scientific works. The results of the study show that in maintaining and maintaining the local wisdom values of the Sundanese people, each individual needs to be aware of how important it is to preserve Sundanese culture so that it does not become extinct. The preservation of this culture, the role of regional beautification and the Indonesian government is also very necessary.

Abstract

The development of information technology has facilitated digital communication, but has also opened up opportunities for privacy abuse, especially in the use of personal portraits without permission as WhatsApp stickers. This study analyzes the legal aspects, socio-psychological impacts, and prevention efforts related to the illegal use of personal portraits on digital platforms. Through a comprehensive review of Indonesian laws and regulations, the study reveals the complexity of personal data protection in the digital era. The results of the study show that despite the existence of a regulatory legal framework, there are still significant challenges in law enforcement, public awareness, and prevention technology. This study emphasizes the need for a multidimensional approach involving public education, strengthening regulations, and collaboration between the government, digital platforms, and law enforcement agencies to protect individual privacy rights.

Abstract

In the era of remote work, workers often experience mental challenges due to social isolation and difficulty separating work time from personal time, which can increase the risk of stress and anxiety. Physical activity is believed to have a positive effect on mental health, but most studies have focused on activities outside the home, such as exercising at the gym or group activities. This study aims to fill this gap by examining the effect of frequency and duration of physical activity at home on stress and anxiety in remote workers. A total of 180 remote workers from various professions participated in this survey, where data were collected using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) and Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7), as well as a physical activity questionnaire. The analysis was carried out using Pearson correlation tests and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the frequency and duration of physical activity at home had a significant negative relationship with stress and anxiety scores, where a one-day increase in physical activity frequency was associated with a decrease in stress and anxiety scores. The coefficient of determination (R²) showed that the frequency and duration of activity together explained about 20% of the variation in stress and anxiety scores. These findings suggest that physical activity at home may be an effective strategy for managing stress and anxiety in remote workers, and provide practical implications for companies looking to support their employees’ mental health in a remote work context.

Abstract

The abstract should summarize the context, content and conclusions of the paper in less than 200-300 words. It should not contain This study examines the relationship between content creation activities on the Facebook platform and the development of public speaking skills. Through a quantitative analysis of 120 Facebook content creators, this study investigates the correlation between content creation experience, self-confidence, and public speaking skills. The research methodology uses a survey approach with a questionnaire that includes variables such as duration of experience as a content creator, amount of content produced, level of self-confidence, and public speaking skills. The results of the Pearson correlation analysis showed that self-confidence has a very strong positive relationship with public speaking skills (r = 0.83), while the amount of content produced showed a strong correlation (r = 0.72), and experience as a content creator had a moderate correlation (r = 0.65). Linear regression analysis confirmed these findings, with self-confidence emerging as the strongest predictor (B = 0.58, p < 0.001) of public speaking skills. The age factor showed a weak correlation (r = 0.18), indicating that the development of public speaking skills through content creation is not limited by age factors.

Abstract

This study explores the digital-based public communication strategies implemented by the Teluk Bintuni Regency Government, with a focus on the challenges and opportunities of utilizing technology to convey information to the public. As a developing region in West Papua, Teluk Bintuni faces unique geographical and infrastructural challenges, alongside a diverse cultural landscape. The study highlights how digital media, including social media platforms, websites, and online applications, is used to disseminate government policies, development programs, and emergency information. However, it also identifies key barriers such as limited internet access in rural areas, low digital literacy, and insufficient technological infrastructure. The study examines how traditional communication methods, such as local language usage and the involvement of community leaders, play a vital role in ensuring effective communication in remote areas. Additionally, the research provides strategic recommendations for overcoming these challenges, such as improving digital infrastructure, enhancing digital literacy, and fostering collaboration with various stakeholders. The findings underscore the need for a hybrid communication approach that integrates both digital and traditional methods to bridge the digital divide and ensure inclusive public communication in Teluk Bintuni.
