Abstract

Lack of iron pregnant women cause anemia so that the supply of oxygen to the fetus is reduced. Sources of iron, among others, are found in the liver of cows, kidneys, poultry, fish, soybeans, shellfish, fruit, egg yolks, wheat juice and sugar syrup. Based on the initial survey conducted January 2023 on 10 respondents in Klantingsari Village, Tarik District, Sidoarjo Regency, it can be concluded that the incidence of constipation in pregnant women. This research is correlation analytic survey research with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all trimester II and III pregnant women who visited the Class of Pregnant Women Klantingsari Village, Tarik District, Sidoarjo Regency in 2023, sampling using the accidental sampling method with the number of 48 respondents. The instrument used was a checklist. The results of the study were tested using the chi squares test. Based on the degree of freedom (df) = 1 with a significance level of 0.05 The results of calculations from the Statistical Test of the chi square obtained p value 0.001 so that the value <α (0.001 <0.05), then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so there is a relationship between regular consumption Fe tablets with constipation in pregnant women. Therefore, it should be balanced with high fiber intake and routine activities to prevent constipation. Keep in mind that the incidence of constipation in second and third trimester pregnant women is not always seen from the regularity of consuming Fe tablets, but there are other factors that support the occurrence of constipation such as physiological factors due to increased levels of progesterone which causes the intestinal peristaltic to be slow, pressure from the uterus an enlarged intestine, lack of activity, etc.

Abstract

The low level of knowledge about pregnancy care is influenced by a lack of information, which has an impact on utilization of KIA books. The aim of this research is to analyze The Effectiveness of Use of Kia Books On Knowledge About Pregnancy Care For Pregnant Women At The Eva Klurak Candi Sidoarjo Maternity Home. This research uses design correlational analytics with approach cross sectional. The population in this study was 40 respondents with a sample size of 36 respondents using the simple random sampling technique. Data collection by using questionnaires. Data analysis uses statistical tests Spearman Rank with a significant level of α = 0.05. The research results showed that of the 36 respondents, almost half of the respondents used KIA books in the high category, as many as 15 respondents (41.7%), most respondents had knowledge about good pregnancy care, as many as 26 respondents (81.2%).Results of data analysis using statistical tests Spearman Rank  The P value obtained was < α 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), which means that the use of KIA books was effective in increasing knowledge about pregnancy care for pregnant women at the Eva Klurak Candi Sidoarjo Maternity Home. The conclusion in this research is that the higher the use of KIA books, the better the knowledge about pregnancy care. Abstract

Giving positive affirmations to the husband can minimize stress and depression during childbirth, because it is much easier for the mother to control her emotions, while the fetus feels emotional closeness and a stronger inner bond, because when giving positive affirmations from the husband, the mother and fetus establish subconscious communication, the baby is being born with relatively no shortage of oxygen, the husband felt calmer during the birth process. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a two group posttest design only approach. The population in this study was all mothers in the first stage of labor at the Hospital National guido valadares Dili Timor Leste in 2021, totaling 20 respondents. Samples were taken using accidental sampling technique. Variable independent in this research is the husband's positive affirmation and variable dependent level of maternal anxiety. This research was conducted at Hospital National guido valadares Dili timor leste and the measuring instrument in this study used a pain scale. The analysis in this research uses Mann statistical test analysis Whitney with α 0.05. After carrying out the Kolmogorov test, it was found that asymp sig was 0.016 < 0.05, meaning that the data was normally distributed and the Mann Whitney test could be carried out. Based on table 7, it was obtained after carrying out the Mann Whitney test was found that the research results obtained values significance (α) is 0.05 with a correlation coefficient of 0.013. Based on hypothesis testing using the Mann Whitney statistical tests with standards significance (α) = 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the husband's positive affirmation on the level of pain of women giving birth during birth at the hospital national guido valadares Dili timor leste in 2021 because of the value significance (ρ) 0,013 less than α =0,05 In this study, there was a significant difference between mothers who were given positive affirmations and those who were not given positive affirmations, namely in the group that was not given positive affirmations, most of them experienced severe pain, whereas in the birth mothers who were given affirmation positive Most experience moderate to mild pain.

Abstract

High purine consumption is a factor that is closely related to hyperuricemia. Apart from that, hyperuricemia is also closely related to the occurrence of increased blood pressure (hypertension). The aim of this research is to determine the effect of consuming a high purine diet on increasing uric acid levels and blood pressure in the elderly in Kediri Regency. The research method used was observational analytics with a cross sectional design. The research results in this study are that there is a significant influence between a high purine diet and uric acid levels and blood pressure in the elderly in Kediri Regency. This can be seen from statistical tests using Linear Regression, which showed a significant influence of Sig (2-tailed) between high purine diet consumption and uric acid levels (DP-AU=0.000) with a value of α≤0.05, there was a significant influence of Sig. (2-tailed) between Uric Acid Levels and Increased Systolic Blood Pressure in the elderly (AU-TS=0.028) and diastolen blood pressure (AU-TD = 0.032) with a value of α≤0.05, meaning the hypothesis is accepted that there is a significant influence Between a high purine diet and uric acid levels and blood pressure in the elderly in Kediri Regency. Excessive intake of a diet high in purine causes the accumulation of purine crystals to build up in certain joints which can increase uric acid levels in the blood. High uric acid levels can cause increased blood pressure through the mechanisms, inflammation of the kidneys and endothelium, activation of the renin-angiotensin system, depletion of nitric oxide, proliferation of smooth muscle cells, formation of superoxide, mitochondrial dysfunction, and activation of the polyol pathway.
