Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of motivation, compensation and commitment to the job saticfaction of the employees of PT. Eka sari Lorena Transport in Bogor. Based on the test result together to show a significant result where the result of 3,649 Fhit, From the result the state Fhit> Ftab or 3,649> 2,66 then the hypotesis Ho was rejected and Ha accepted. Thus concluded there is a positive and significant impact between the motivation, compensation and commitmen together againt job satifaction in PT.Eka Sari Lorena Transport di Bogor.

Abstract

The influence of leadership, job satisfaction and performance Disciplines teacher in SMK Negeri Jakarta. In this study method survey method is used to select the samples randomly from 150 teachers SMK Negeri Jakarta. This study uses the techniques collection is done by making a good questionnaire for a free variable or variable instruments attached. The instrument was tested using the test validity is calculated using SPSS application 16 version softwere through comparison of r and r count table, while for reliability test instrument is calculated by using the formula alpha cron bach. Hypothesis testing in this study using a simple linear regression techniques, correlation of pearson and regression. Resulting in some important points are: 1. There is a relationship between leadership performance. 2. There is a relationship between the disciplines with the performance of teachers. 3. There is a relationship between job satisfaction with the performance of teachers. 4. There is a relationship between the disciplines with the leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Influence of Motivation, Discipline and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance PT. Hasil Raya Industries. This study uses SPSS software analysis tool version 18 windows, and shows the result that Motivation, Discipline, and Job Satisfaction partially and simultaneously have an influence on Employee Performance PT. Hasil Raya Industries. The method used in this study is with quantitative approach where the data obtained through 76 respondents who are samples are processed using statistical tools, then presented in the form of scientific analysis. After performing data collection either through questionnaire and field observation, using multiple linear regression analysis where the regression analysis F count = 241,917, because F count > F table (241,917> 1,993), this means that motivation, discipline and job satisfaction have a significant influence on employee performance. Motivation variables partially affect the employee performance where the value of partial correlation of 0.925 with a value of t arithmetic 20.895> 1.993 t table. Partial Discipline variables affect the employee performance where the partial correlation value of 0.931 with a value of t arithmetic 22.027> 1.993 t table. With this result variable Discipline has the greatest influence when compared with variable motivation and job satisfaction. Job Satisfaction Variables in partial effect on employee performance where the value of partial correlation of 0.913 with a value of t arithmetic 19.271>1.993 t table.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan data melalui studi kepustakaan, wawancara kepada informan, observasi serta studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang perlu diperhatikan dalam mengembangkan kepemimpinan, motivasi pegawai dan kinerja organisasi sehingga mutu pelayanan di Klinik Yadika Petukangan dapat di jaga kualitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi kepemimpinan telah berjalan dengan semestinya di Klinik Yadika Petukangan. Direktur klinik selaku pimpinan telah menjalankan tugas pokok seorang pemimpin dengan sangat baik yaitu melaksanakan fungsi-fungsi manajemen yang terdiri dari: merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, menggerakkan dan mengawasi. Pemberian motivasi terhadap para pegawai yang memiliki kinerja kurang baik kerapkali diberikan oleh pimpinan klinik. Sehingga diharapkan semua pegawai memiliki kinerja yang baik demi tercapainya tujuan organisasi yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Appropriate and effective marketing is the spearhead of the company's success. One of the effective and efficient marketing strategies in marketing is by optimizing the marketing mix. This study uses the 4P marketing mix (Product, price, palace and persona selling). The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect (product, price, palace and persona selling) together on the decision to purchase the Sinarmas Msig Life Insurance Policy at Chanel Bank BJB Cikarang Branch. The research method used is causal associative with quantitative techniques. The population is 1084 people and 262 people meet the criteria. Sampling used the Slovin technique so that 158 samples were obtained. The test used is the instrument feasibility test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that the tolerance value for all independent variables is greater than 0.100 and the VIF value for all independent variables is less than 10 so it can be concluded that all independent variables have no symptoms of multicollinearity. Fcount (44.962) is greater than Ftable (2.43) and the R2 value is 0.725, which means that the independent variable is able to explain the dependent variable by 72.5% and the remaining 27.5%. Based on this value, it can be concluded that the independent variables (X) in explaining the dependent variable (Y) are very strong or the value is more than 70%. This means that the independent variables used in this study affect the dependent variable. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and the hypothesis Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the study, it can be proven that the independent variables of product, price, place and personal selling together or simultaneously affect the purchasing decision variables of Sinarmas MSIG Life insurance policies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work environment, and compensation on employee performance at the Office of the Bureau of Planning and Organization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The research design used is quantitative causal research to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. Data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires/questionnaires with a total of 66 respondents from a population of 66 people by conducting validity and reliability tests with multiple linear regression data analysis: F test, t test, and R2 test. The data was processed using the Multivariete Analysis Application with the IBM SPSS 25 Program. The results based on analysis and hypothesis testing show that there is a significant influence between leadership, work environment, and compensation on employee performance at the Bureau of Planning and Organization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. According to the multiple linear regression analysis test, compensation has a very large influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of professionalism and work environment on teacher performance, with work motivation as a mediating variable at SMK Yadika 6. This research uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population of the study consists of all teachers at SMK Yadika 6, with a sample of 30 teachers selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate the direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results of the study show that professionalism has a significant direct influence on work motivation and teacher performance. The higher the level of professionalism, the higher the motivation and performance of teachers. On the other hand, the work environment does not have a significant influence on work motivation but has a negative influence on teacher performance, indicating that some aspects of the work environment need to be improved. Additionally, work motivation unexpectedly has a significant negative influence on teacher performance. Professionalism also has an indirect negative influence on teacher performance through work motivation. The work environment does not show a significant indirect influence on teacher performance through work motivation. These findings suggest that to improve teacher performance, schools should prioritize increasing professionalism and conduct a thorough evaluation of the existing work environment.
