Abstract

Effective Natural Disaster Management Activities are prioritized targets at the National and regional levels. Implementing natural disaster management activities in certain regions are the regional government through the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD). Apart from being the spearhead for implementing natural disaster management activities, BPBD also acts as a coordinator for other related agencies in the natural disaster management. The Regional Government of Ogan Ilir Regency as the study locus of the research which is the main data source for this article, has the problem of weak coordination function between BPBD and other agencies in natural disaster management activities. To ensure this problem, this research has been conducted on the effectiveness of the coordination function using a quantitative design through a survey of the BPBD and agencies involved in natural disaster management activities. The effectiveness of the coordination function as a variable is viewed in four dimensions, namely the unity of action, communication, division of labor, and discipline. From the results of two-dimensional research, the coordination function obtained effectiveness in the medium category and the other two dimensions gained effectiveness in the low category. Meanwhile, overall the achievement of the level of effectiveness of the coordination function in natural disaster management activities in the Ogan Ilir Regency Government is moderate (the effectiveness of the coordination function is moderate). Abstract

Era reformasi saat ini membentuk substansi pembangunan desa yang tendensi diserahkan kepada desa dengan pemerintah dan pemerintah daerah mengambil posisi dan peran sebagai fasilitator, memberi bantuan dana, pembinaan dan pengawasan. Pada tipe ini pemerintah desa adalah jantung penggerak pembangunan desa dengan menjadi konseptor utama untuk menentukan arah pembangunan desa. Di dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Desa prioritas, program, kegiatan, dan kebutuhan Pembangunan Desa dirumuskan berdasarkan penilaian terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat Desa. Pada poin inilah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diselenggarakan karena masih banyak perangkat desa yang tidak mengetahui apa itu prioritas pembangunan desa. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diselenggarkan di Desa lorok Kabupaten Ogan Ilir dengan topik Penyuluhan Prioritas Pembangunan Desa Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Desa. Kegiatan penyuluhan berjalan dengan lancar dan tidak menemui kendala. Pihak pemerintah desa merespon dengan sangat positif kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Lorok. Perangkat desa dan jajaran pemerintah desa yang merupakan target sasaran utama kegiatan penyuluhan ini juga berpartisipasi dengan maksimal pada pelaksanaan kegiatan. Peserta kegiatan memiliki antusiasme yang tinggi pada kegiatan ini dengan memberikan beberapa pertanyaan kepada tim pelaksana mengenai prioritas pembangunan desa. Secara keseluruhan kegiatan Penyuluhan Prioritas Pembangunan Desa Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Desa ini telah terselenggara dengan baik.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an analysis of the use of digital technology in the PKN learning process in the era of the COVID-19 Pandemic as well as what factors are supporting and inhibiting lecturers in the online learning process for PKN course lecturers. This research uses qualitative methods through a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used in this study are in the form of interviews, questionnaires or questionnaires, and documentation. The type of interview used in this study was a semistructured interview. The type of questionnaire used in this study is an open questionnaire and problem analysis is done through interviews to the coordinators of PKN courses, PKN lecturers, and students. There is a major problem in the integration of digital technology, namely the need to strengthen digital technology in PKN learning so as to reduce the obstacles felt by students and lecturers such as signal constraints, server down, do not have supporting infrastructure facilities such as laptops and handphone and increase the creativity and innovation of lecturers in teaching using digital technology so that lessons do not cause saturation of students with the materials provided and solutions provided to increase the content and activities of e-learning, facilitating lecturers' subjects for the learning process.

Abstract

The packaged tea beverage industry in Indonesia, once a dominant player, is currently facing a decline in market performance. This trend is accompanied by the rapid rise of “Teh Jumbo”—a large-sized, street-sold iced tea that is affordable and highly favored by consumers across Java. This study was prompted by the concern that the growing popularity of Teh Jumbo might be influencing the declining preference for factory-produced bottled tea. The research aims to investigate the impact of price, flavor innovation, and packaging appeal of Teh Jumbo on consumer preferences for branded bottled tea. A quantitative approach was employed using a questionnaire distributed to respondents in several regions across Java, and data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that all three factors significantly influence consumer preferences, with flavor innovation emerging as the most dominant. These insights provide a better understanding of shifting consumer behavior in the competitive tea beverage market.
