Abstract

Electronic Medical Records Education to Accelerate Digital Health Transformation at Selogiri Community Health Center  The main issue addressed in the community service program at Selogiri Community Health Center was the limited understanding of staff regarding the implementation of electronic medical records (EMR). This issue was exacerbated by the low participation of staff in EMR-related training and socialization conducted by health authorities and professional organizations. The goal of this initiative was to enhance the knowledge and understanding of Selogiri Community Health Center staff about EMR to support digital health transformation. The implementation method employed was the counseling method, involving stages of problem identification, preparation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The partners involved in this activity were the entire staff of Selogiri Community Health Center, including the head of the health center, healthcare professionals, and administrative staff. A total of 63 participants were involved, comprising various professions such as doctors, nurses, and other staff members. The results of this program indicated a significant increase in staff understanding of EMR. Quantitative data from pre-test and post-test assessments showed an increase in the average total score from 46.17 to 88.35. Qualitative data from discussions and observations indicated increased enthusiasm and active participation among participants during the training sessions. The conclusion of this program is that the counseling method is effective in improving staff understanding of EMR, which can support the successful implementation of EMR at Selogiri Community Health Center. The recommendations derived from this activity include the need for further training on the transition from paper-based medical records to electronic records to ensure the smooth implementation and sustainability of the program. Additional training can also enhance staff readiness and skills in facing future challenges related to health technology.

Abstract

Menstruation is a natural process that all adolescent girls experience. However, many young women feel uncomfortable or experience dysmenorrhea during this time. The main issues surrounding this topic are the lack of information about dysmenorrhea, the underutilization of android applications, and the lack of training on how to use these applications for health purposes, specifically for dysmenorrhea. To address these problems, the proposed solutions include increasing awareness and understanding about dysmenorrhea and providing training on how to use android applications for health, specifically for dysmenorrhea. The goal of this activity is to utilize android-based health applications, such as menstrual cycle reminder apps, to help adolescent girls manage dysmenorrhea and continue with their daily activities. This activity was conducted with 410 students from MTS Negeri 1 Boyolali in grades VII and VIII. The implementation of this activity involves several stages, including socialization, training, technology application, mentoring, evaluation, and planning for program sustainability. The partners' knowledge and understanding were evaluated by comparing pretest and posttest results, which showed an average score increase of 26.2 from 58.18 to 84.34. The students' enthusiasm for participating in the activity was also high, as evidenced by their active participation and application of the knowledge gained. The follow-up plan that will be carried out based on the results of community service includes optimizing the role of the School Health Unit in improving the reproductive health of students through collaboration with local health centers. Abstract

The increasing elderly population in Klaten Regency, reaching 17-18%, brings challenges in the form of an increased risk of cognitive decline and dementia. Posyandu (Integrated Health Post) Dahlia Mandiri in Tegal Malohan faces limitations in cognitive stimulation services due to a lack of media and the human resources capacity of its cadres. This community service activity aims to implement rollmate technology as a non-pharmacological intervention to improve the cognitive function of the elderly through the empowerment of Posyandu cadres. Training was conducted for six cadres using lecture and hands-on methods. The intervention was then applied to 55 elderly people over two cycles to measure the effectiveness of the tool's use on cognitive speed and scores. The cadre training showed a significant increase in knowledge, with an average pre-test score of 30.89 to 86.83 in the post-test. In the elderly group, the application of rollmate successfully increased the speed and duration of use by 1.5 minutes and increased scores by 100%. Qualitatively, elderly people reported feeling more "fresh" mentally and showed increased focus and stabilization of cognitive scores. The use of rollmate is effective as a means of stimulating eye-hand coordination and a recreational psychology for the elderly. Integrating this tool into routine posyandu activities is crucial for the sustainability of the intervention, with family support being a key factor in independent use at home.
