Abstract

Industri mebel Kabupaten Batang Hari menghadapi tantangan sustainabilitas dan kontinuitas akibat keterbatasan bahan baku, fluktuasi pasar, dan manajemen konvensional meskipun ekspor furnitur Indonesia tumbuh. Penelitian kualitatif studi kasus tunggal ini mengidentifikasi faktor internal seperti manajemen berbasis pengalaman, keterampilan turun-temurun, inovasi diversifikasi bahan, pengelolaan bahan efisien, kemitraan berbasis kepercayaan, serta faktor eksternal adaptasi pasar melalui pesanan khusus dan kolaborasi yang menyeimbangkan aspek ekonomi, sosial, lingkungan Triple Bottom Line menggunakan wawancara semi-struktural, observasi, dokumentasi dengan 12-15 informan kunci purposive dianalisis model interaktif Miles-Huberman dan NVivo 14. Hasil menunjukkan faktor-faktor ini memperkuat ketahanan usaha, sementara kesimpulan merekomendasikan pelatihan manajemen sederhana, kemitraan rantai pasok berkelanjutan, dan promosi pemasaran digital untuk tingkatkan daya saing dan keberlangsungan jangka panjang.

Abstract

This study aims to describe green economy practices by service providers in the Muarajambi Temple Complex, including implementation forms, supporting and inhibiting factors, and their impact on tourism sustainability and local communities. The study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation of tour guides, MSMEs, local transportation providers, parking operators, and area managers. Data analysis was conducted thematically through the stages of data reduction, categorization, data presentation, and drawing conclusions to identify patterns of green economy practices developing in the tourist area. The results show that green economy practices are implemented through reducing plastic use, utilizing local materials, waste management, energy efficiency, and promoting environmentally friendly transportation. The implementation of these practices is supported by business awareness and support from area managers, although still facing obstacles such as limited infrastructure and differences in community awareness levels. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy on entrepreneurial success with self-efficacy as a mediating variable in Generation Z recipients of People's Business Credit (KUR) at Bank Jambi Tebo Branch. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling with a total of 95 respondents from Generation Z KUR recipients from January 2025 to November 2025. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The measurement model was used to test the validity and reliability of the instrument, while the structural model was used to examine the causal relationship between variables and test the hypothesis. The results showed that financial literacy had a positive but insignificant effect on self-efficacy. Self-efficacy was proven to have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial success. In addition, financial literacy did not have a direct effect on entrepreneurial success. However, the results of the indirect effect test showed that financial literacy had a significant effect on entrepreneurial success through self-efficacy. These findings indicate that self-efficacy plays a significant role as a mediator between the influence of financial literacy on entrepreneurial success among Generation Z KUR recipients. This research provides an empirical contribution to understanding the role of psychological factors in enhancing the success of young entrepreneurs based on financial literacy.
