Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of celebrity endorsement, brand awareness and lifestyle on purchasing decisions on Scarlett Whitening beauty products in Banda Aceh. The determination of the research sample uses the Purba formula. The sample used in this study was 96 consumers of Scarlett Whitening beauty products in Banda Aceh and were willing to be respondents. The analysis method applied was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that Celebrity endorsement partially had a significant effect on purchasing decisions on Scarlett Whitening beauty products in Banda Aceh. Brand awareness partially had a significant effect on purchasing decisions on Scarlett Whitening beauty products in Banda Aceh. Lifestyle partially had a significant effect on purchasing decisions on Scarlett Whitening beauty products in Banda Aceh. Celebrity endorsement, brand awareness and lifestyle simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions on Scarlett Whitening beauty products in Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja pemerintah, investasi lingkungan, infrastruktur lingkungan, dan partisipasi publik terhadap kualitas hidup pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) serta kinerja lingkungan di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB), dengan gaya hidup hijau sebagai variabel moderasi dalam perspektif green accounting. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan mengingat masih rendahnya kinerja lingkungan serta terbatasnya ketersediaan infrastruktur berkelanjutan di wilayah tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode causal explanatory. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas pelaku UMKM di NTB yang ditentukan melalui teknik probability sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3. Model penelitian mencakup empat variabel independen, yaitu kinerja pemerintah, investasi lingkungan, infrastruktur lingkungan, dan partisipasi publik; dua variabel dependen, yaitu kualitas hidup dan kinerja lingkungan; serta satu variabel moderasi, yaitu gaya hidup hijau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas hidup pelaku UMKM maupun kinerja lingkungan. Selain itu, kualitas hidup terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja lingkungan. Gaya hidup hijau juga terbukti memperkuat pengaruh seluruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Temuan penelitian menegaskan pentingnya sinergi kebijakan pemerintah, dukungan investasi lingkungan, penyediaan infrastruktur yang memadai, serta partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan pelaku UMKM dan keberlanjutan ekologis. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi perspektif green accounting dengan gaya hidup hijau sebagai variabel moderasi yang memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan strategi pembangunan berkelanjutan di tingkat daerah. Kata kunci: kebijakan pemerintah, investasi lingkungan, infrastruktur lingkungan, partisipasi publik, kualitas hidup, kinerja lingkungan, gaya hidup hijau, green accounting, UMKM.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the effect of lifestyle, fashion involvement, and fashion trends on online fashion purchasing decisions through the Shopee platform. The research applied a quantitative associative design involving 80 Management students from Universitas Muhammadiyah Aceh as respondents. Data were gathered using structured questionnaires and processed through multiple linear regression analysis to test both partial and simultaneous influences. The findings reveal that lifestyle, fashion involvement, and fashion trends each exert a positive and statistically significant impact on online purchasing decisions, and collectively contribute to consumer behavior with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.427. This means that 42.7% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by the three independent variables. The results emphasize that consumer lifestyles and rapidly evolving digital fashion trends play an important role in shaping buying behavior, underscoring the need for adaptive, innovative, and personalized marketing strategies among fashion businesses and e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Job Training, Job Appraisal, Compensation, and Workplace Communication on Employee Performance at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of the Goods Quality Certification Testing Center (UPTD BPSMB), under the Aceh Department of Industry and Trade. A quantitative survey method was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 employees. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 2.9. The results indicate that individually, Job Training, Job Appraisal, Compensation, and Workplace Communication each have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Furthermore, these four variables simultaneously demonstrate a significant influence on Employee Performance, as reflected by the coefficient of determination, which shows that a substantial proportion of the variation in employee performance is explained by the independent variables. The findings highlight the importance of improving training programs, performance appraisal systems, compensation schemes, and effective workplace communication to enhance employee performance.
