Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, pendidikan dan latihan profesi guru terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MTs se-Kabupaten Kolaka Utara dengan populasi sebanyak 73 orang yang secara keseluruhan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analis inferensial setelah memenuhi uji persyaratan analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:1) kepemimpinan kepala madrasah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru; 2) pendidikan dan latihan profesi guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru; 3) kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, pendidikan dan latihan profesi guru secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penelitian lanjutan tentang pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, serta penelitian tentang kesiapan guru dalam transformasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi.Kata Kunci:   Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, PLPG (pendidikan dan latihan profesi guru), kinerja guru

Abstract

 This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The purpose of this research is to study how this program can be implemented, the extent to which the program is implemented, the achievement of program objectives as determined, and to look for relationships in the implementation of the program. While the research method used is qualitative research. The evaluation research model used is the DEM (Discrepancy Evaluation Model) Model, a model according to Provus which is also called the Gap Model. This is based on the implementation of the socialization of new student admissions in Islamic economics courses. It is necessary to see the agreement made between the expected results and those that occur in the field as a benchmark to improve the implementation of recruitment. The evaluation results show that the implementation of the socialization policy for admission of new students for the IAIN Kendari postgraduate program has been carried out in accordance with the academic guidelines of the IAIN Kendari and the provisions of the postgraduate IAIN Kendari RKAKL. include: Definition Stage, Installation Stage, Process Stage, Product Stage, Product Comparison Stage Some things that become recommendations to the stakeholders are: 1) Need to develop forms of cooperation with related institutions, especially those related to study permits for civil servants who are in the scope of the Ministry of Religion of Southeast Sulawesi Province, local governments and the business world. 2) Increase the number and competence of lecturers and postgraduate management staff so that they can disseminate effectively to related institutions. 3) Need to prepare sufficient funds to carry out promotions and outreach through print, electronic media, visits to offices and schools and through online information media. 4) Encourage various efforts to conduct socialization by accelerating the issuance of assignments  including disbursement of socialization funds prior to implementation of the socialization.Keywords: Socialization Policy, Discrepancy Evaluation Model, Postgraduate

Abstract

This article aims to describe the management of madarsah principals in improving teacher performance at Padangguni Private Madrasahs, Konawe Regency. This research is qualitative with a narrative approach. Collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, display and data verification. Checking the validity of the data is done by extending observations, increasing persistence and triangulation. The results showed that in order to improve teacher performance, madrasah principals carried out several things including: 1) Performance planning, 2) Performance organization, 3) Performance implementation and 4) Performance evaluation. Through the management of the madrasah principal, teachers are increasingly improving their performance, such as 1) planning lessons, 2) implementing learning, 3) evaluating learning and 4) learning follow-up. This study concludes that teacher performance can be increased through the implementation of good madrasa principal management functions. It is recommended that a madrasa principal must have leadership in carrying out his duties.Keywords: Management, Madrasah Principal, PerformanceArtikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen kepala madarsah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru pada Madrasah Swasta Padangguni Kabupaten Konawe.  Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif  dengan pendekatan naratif. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan  reduksi data, display dan verifikasi data. Pengecekkan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan perpanjangan pengamatan, peningkatan ketekunan dan triangulasi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja   guru,  kepala madrasah melaksanakan beberapa hal  meliputi: 1)  Perencanaan kinerja,  2) Pengorganisasian kinerja,  3)  Pelaksanaan  kinerja dan  4) Evaluasi kinerja. Melalui  manajemen kepala madrasah tersebut  guru semakin memperbaiki kinerjanya seperti 1) merencanakan pembelajaran, 2) melaksanakan pembelajaran, 3) evaluasi pembelajaran dan 4) tindak lanjut pembelajaran. Penelitian ini berkesimpulan bahwa Kinerja guru dapat meningkat melalui pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi manajemen kepala madrasah yang baik.  Direkomendasi seorang  kepala madrasah harus memiliki  leadership dalam melaksanakan tugasnya.Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Kepala Madrasah, Kinerja Guru
