Abstract

Education not only plays a role in building academic intelligence, but also in shaping students' morality and spirituality. This research explores the synergy between school management and Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in improving students' spiritual competence. Using a qualitative case study approach, this research asks the question: how does collaboration between school management and PAI teachers contribute to the formation of students' spirituality? Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation at a school that implemented an integrated religious program. The research results show that school management support that is in line with the example of PAI teachers creates an environment that supports students' spiritual development. This synergy not only enriches students' understanding of religion, but also builds moral values ​​in their daily lives. This research has a significant impact in developing an educational model that prioritizes spirituality, relevant for schools that want to strengthen students' spiritual competence through a collaborative and sustainable approach.

Abstract

Pembelajaran kolaboratif menuntut keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam membangun pemahaman bersama, namun pada praktiknya masih ditemukan dominasi siswa tertentu dan rendahnya partisipasi sebagian siswa. Salah satu alternatif yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah integrasi metode Jigsaw dengan Mind Mapping. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan integrasi metode Jigsaw dan Mind Mapping dalam pembelajaran kolaboratif serta mengidentifikasi potensi, tantangan, dan implikasinya dalam pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi pembelajaran dan wawancara mendalam terhadap satu guru kelas di SD BAS. Data dianalisis melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kelompok yang selama ini diterapkan masih menghadapi kendala berupa ketimpangan peran siswa dan kurang terstrukturnya hasil belajar kelompok. Integrasi metode Jigsaw dan Mind Mapping dipandang mampu meningkatkan tanggung jawab individu, memperkuat kolaborasi antar siswa, serta membantu siswa menyusun pemahaman secara visual dan sistematis. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kedua metode tersebut berpotensi menjadi strategi pembelajaran kolaboratif yang efektif dan kontekstual bagi siswa sekolah dasar.
