Abstract

Latar belakang karena Pandemi COVID-19 masih belum berakhir sampai dengan saat ini. Perawat yang menangani pasien COVID-19 di semua negara rentan mengalami stres kerja. Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis stres kerja perawat di era pandemi COVID-19 melalui kajian berbagai literatur. Metode penelitian bersifat kualitatif. Analisis data dengan kajian teoritis, analisis dokumen, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian: 1) Penyebab stres kerja perawat adalah ketakutan terinfeksi COVID-19 sebagai penyebab paling utama, beban kerja berlebih, kurangnya APD, jam kerja lama, dan tidak mendapatkan cuti. 2) Dampaknya yaitu meningkatnya ketakutan, depresi, ketidakstabilan emosi, dan pengunduran diri perawat. Kesimpulan: stres kerja perawat saat pandemi COVID-19 meningkat karena takut tertular, kebijakan manajemen rumah sakit, dan turbulensi keadaan, sehingga berdampak pada menurunnya kondisi fisik dan psikis perawat hingga akhirnya terjadi penurunan prestasi kerja perawat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the ease of making payments, ability to pay and compliance with making payment of the individual participant National Health Insurance (JKN-KIS) in the BPJS Kesehatan Magelang. This research, it is hoped that it will be able to contribute to BPJS Kesehatan regarding matters and ideas to form a strategy which can increase the collectability of JKN-KIS premium payment contributions, especially for the individual participant segment. This research belongs to the type of quantitative descriptive research. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data were collected through distributing questionnaires given to 400 individual participants BPJS Kesehatan. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data that has been collected through distributing questionnaires, then testing the instrument. Where, the instrument test consists of validity and reliability tests. Researchers in this study took samples using purposive sampling technique, specifically for individual participants BPJS Kesehatan. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis by calculating the average (mean). The results of the analysis show that the ease of making payments shows the dimensions mean high category in all dimensions, so it can be concluded that the participants are very easy to make contribution payments with the payment mechanisms and procedures and channels provided by BPJS Kesehatan. The results analysis of the ability to pay and the results analysis of compliance with making payments show the dimensions mean value of the low category in all dimensions. That it needs to receive special attention from BPJS Kesehatan so the ability and compliance in paying contributions will increase.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aim is to find out how customers feel about the atmosphere and quality of service at Sociostyle Stores. A descriptive quantitative method was used in this study. In this study, the study population was made up of people who shopped at the Temanggung Sociostyle Shop. The exact number of people who shopped there was not known because the number of people who shopped there was always growing. Because of this, the sampling strategy is based on the Lemeshow formula. Based on the numbers, the number of people in the sample is 100. For their research, the researchers used a questionnaire with a Likert scale and direct observation. After the data were collected, the instrument's validity and reliability were checked. After the instrument has been found to be valid and trustworthy, descriptive statistical analysis can continue so that the research questions can be answered. The results showed that all of the store atmosphere and service quality variables were in the very high category because their mean values were between 3.24 and 4.00.

Abstract

Employees are one of the entities that are quite vital in driving a company. They are required to contribute concretely, optimally and continuously quantitatively and qualitatively in daily operations in order to achieve company goals. To support employees to remain enthusiastic and focused on company goals, a conducive and quality work environment is needed so that employees feel comfortable and will continue to be engaged (engaged) with the company. This study aims to determine the extent to which work life balance Employees are one of the entities that are quite vital in driving a company. This study aims to determine the extent to which work life balance and work culture influence employee engagement. The method used in this research is systematic literature review (SLR) of journal articles published in 2017-2022. Based on the results of literature analysis on the 5 selected journals, it shows that the independent variables, namely quality of work life and organizational culture, have an effect on employee engagement. This study seeks to determine and prove the extent to which the variables of quality of work life and organizational culture influence employee engagement, and based on the results of the study using a systematic literature review, it can be concluded: Quality of work life influences the company's employee engagement, Company culture also influences company employee engagementand work culture influence employee engagement. Abstract

Penyederhanaan birokrasi melalui mekanisme penyetaraan jabatan administrator dan pengawas menjadi jabatan fungsional yang telah dilakukan oleh Pemerintah dapat memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap manajemen kepegawaian baik di tingkat unit kerja eselon I maupun eselon II, khususnya dalam aspek perubahan organisasi dan tata kerja, pelayanan publik, anggaran, budaya kerja, serta pengembangan karir pegawai itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Dampak Kebijakan Penyetaraan Jabatan Administrator dan Pengawas Menjadi Jabatan Fungsional Terhadap Kinerja dan Pengembangan Karir Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi literatur yang mengumpulkan beberapa referensi yang relevan dengan penyetaraan jabatan dan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang berorientasi pada kata-kata dan kalimat serta tidak berorientasi pada angka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyederhanaan birokrasi melalui mekanisme penyetaraan jabatan administrator dan pengawas menjadi jabatan fungsional yang telah dilakukan oleh Pemerintah dapat memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap manajemen kepegawaian baik di tingkat unit kerja eselon I maupun eselon II, khususnya dalam aspek perubahan organisasi dan tata kerja, pelayanan publik, anggaran, budaya kerja, serta pengembangan karir pegawai itu sendiri. Dalam aspek perubahan organisasi dan tata kerja, perubahan yang paling terlihat adalah pengurangan jumlah struktur organisasi dan mekanisme kerja. Pengaruh terhadap kinerja dan pengembangan karir Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang terkena dampak penyetaraan jabatan menyebabkan kinerja dan pengembangan karir Pegawai Negeri Sipil tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan sebagai pemegang jabatan fungsional.
