Abstract

This study aims to analyze the correlation between competence, workload and employee loyalty. The analysis technique used in this study is product moment correlation method with questionnaire research instrument. The result of this study were obtained that competence has a significant relationship with employee loyalty, workload has a significant relationship with employee loyalty. Both competency and workload together have a significant influence on employee of 64,8%.

Abstract

The aims this study to analyse the competence, work load, work disiplince, and loyalty of permanent employees of conservation at Gembira Loka Zoo Yogyakarta type of the research is cuantitative descriptive research, the sampling technique of this reaearch is non probality sampling technique with the type of saturated sampling ( census ) of 36 respondent Whyle the analytical methode uses Descriptive Statistic by using means and mode analysis, the result of this study show that (1) the competence of permanent employees of conservation department at Gembira Looka Zoo Yogyakarta is in good criteria with a mean value of 3,99. (2) the work load of permanent employees of conservation department at Gembira Looka Zoo Yogyakarta is in good criteria with a mean value of 3,83. (3) the work diciplince of permanent employees of conservation department at Gembira Looka Zoo Yogyakarta is in good criteria with a mean value of 4,16. (4) the loyalty of permanent employees of conservation department at Gembira Looka Zoo Yogyakarta is in good criteria with a mean value of 4,15.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the meaning of the Cembengan tradition as the local wisdom of the Yogyakarta community in maintaining human resource management at the Madukismo sugar factory in Yogyakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach to ethnographic study with data collection techniques through indepth interviews, participatory observation, documentation, and triangulation. This study produces findings that traditions based on local wisdom have a positive contribution to the maintenance of human resources in the Madukismo sugar factory. By the workers and the community around the sugar factory Cembengan is interpreted not only as a mystical ritual but has a meaningful function (meaning) in articulating the ritual values into the concepts of safety, tranquility, motivation, teamwork, cohesiveness and harmony with the community around the factory and natural environment. The results of this study also explain that the meaning contained in local traditions can be operationally transformed in HR management practices, especially for the maintenance of human resources involved in corporate policy making and the production process so that common goals can be achieved.

Abstract

This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. Data were collected using a questionnaire given to all employees of Regional Revenue Management Unit (UPPD) of Purworejo Regency, which amounted to 20 employees which were then analyzed. The results of the study showed that work motivation, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at the Purworejo Regency Regional Revenue Management Unit (UPPD) were good. The highest mark of the work motivation variable is in the dimensions of physiological needs, and the lowest mark is in the dimensions of self-esteem or recognition needs. The highest mark of the variable work satisfaction is on the extrinsic dimension and the lowest mark is in the intrinsic dimension, while the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) variable has the highest mark in the dimensions of conscientiousness, and the lowest mark is in the altruism dimension (helping behavior) . As an improvement effort, it is suggested that UPPD Purworejo Regency keep strive to maintain and improve the overall achievement of the target of tax and retribution receipts that have been set by the agency for future organizational progress. Abstract

Good human resource management needs to be done in order to retain employees who show performance so they do not have the desire to leave and or resign (turnover intention) to other companies and or competitors. The objectives of this study are: (1) To find out and analyze Job Satisfaction of PT Indomarco Prismatama employess in Magelang City; (2) Know and analyze Job insecurity of employees of PT Indomarco Prismatama in Magelang City; (3) Know and analyze Turnover Intention of employees of PT Indomarco Prismatama in Magelang City. This research is a quantitative descriptive research using the employees of PT Indomarco Prismata- ma in Magelang City, the research is based upon 50 respondents who are permenant employress of PT. Indomarco Prrsmatama in Magelang City. The analytical method used in the research is descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the analysis show that on average, with regards to Job Satisfaction; employees felt very good at PT Indomarco Prismatama in Magelang City. However, Job Insecurity at PT Indomarco Prismatama in Magelang City is low, and turnover intention of PT Indomarco Prismatama employees in Magelang City is low. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan ; untuk mengidentifikasi faktor eksternal dan faktor internal, posisi strategis dan merumuskan rencana strategis KSPPS “Xyz”. Penelitian ini disusun dengan metode diskriptif kualitatif tentang manajemen strategis KSPPS “Xyz” dengan pendekatan analisis lingkungan eksternal dan lingkungan internal, melalui analisis SWOT, analisis Matriks SWOT, Analisis Matriks IFE, EFE dan IE, dan analisis Matriks SPACE. Melalui metode analisis tersebut diketahui perusahaan berada pada posisi defensif, artinya perusahaan berada pada posisi yang kurang kuat dalam bersaing. Perusahaan disarankan menerapkan strategi-strategi;  (1) menyusun langkah yang tepat dan efektif dalam melakukan inovasi produk dan penetrasi pasar; (2) menekankan program pemasaran dan SDM yang memiliki tingkat keberhasilan tinggi; (3) diperlukan adanya kontrol kerja yang lebih kuat dengan meningkatkan kualitas budaya kerja yang dimulai dengan peningkatan kualitas kepemimpinan di semua bagian.

Abstract

Latar belakang karena Pandemi COVID-19 masih belum berakhir sampai dengan saat ini. Perawat yang menangani pasien COVID-19 di semua negara rentan mengalami stres kerja. Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis stres kerja perawat di era pandemi COVID-19 melalui kajian berbagai literatur. Metode penelitian bersifat kualitatif. Analisis data dengan kajian teoritis, analisis dokumen, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian: 1) Penyebab stres kerja perawat adalah ketakutan terinfeksi COVID-19 sebagai penyebab paling utama, beban kerja berlebih, kurangnya APD, jam kerja lama, dan tidak mendapatkan cuti. 2) Dampaknya yaitu meningkatnya ketakutan, depresi, ketidakstabilan emosi, dan pengunduran diri perawat. Kesimpulan: stres kerja perawat saat pandemi COVID-19 meningkat karena takut tertular, kebijakan manajemen rumah sakit, dan turbulensi keadaan, sehingga berdampak pada menurunnya kondisi fisik dan psikis perawat hingga akhirnya terjadi penurunan prestasi kerja perawat.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation and work stress on employee performance. The sampling method is purposive sampling method with a sample of 68 respondents. The criteria used in this study are active Gojek drivers, members of the Gojek 24 Yogyakarta community, the second is the main job as a Gojek driver and has no other job. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that compensation had a positive effect, motivation had a positive effect, and work stress had a negative effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination shows that 88.8% of compensation, motivation and work stress variables affect employee performance, while the remaining 11.2% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimization of digital transactions in the School Procurement Information System (SIPLah) at PT. Intan Pariwara. The research analysis used was an analysis with a qualitative descriptive approach. While the data collection method uses interview methods and observation methods. The results of the research on each parameter, the technology, marketing, transaction, customer service, product management and finance. SIPLah PT. Intan Pariwara has advantages compared to other SIPlah partners in the system and website appearance. Even so, it still has disadvantages, namely for the payment method it only has one payment method which makes the buyer have no choice.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the Google Display Network on YouTube. This study uses a literature review that describes the problems or successes that appear on the features on the Google Display Network platform. This literature review also explains ways to anticipate these problems, such as focusing on the marketing targets to be achieved. The findings in this study are that there are still many products that are not relevant to the main video that is used as a means of advertising of their products. Meanwhile, according to data from businessmen who place ads on YouTube, many successful businesses increase demand for their products and generate a lot of profit. Successful business people already know the marketing targets that their products will target and also know the main video criteria that will be used as a means of marketing of their products.
