Abstract

The world of education requires an interesting learning process for students, with the aim that the students being taught do not feel bored in following the learning process. Learning methods that use conventional methods are one of the causes of students feeling bored in the learning process. The research carried out was Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a cooperative learning model applied to third-semester students in the Information Systems study program at Unversitas Pignatelli Triputra. Cooperative learning is a teaching method that involves students studying in small groups to achieve common goals when completing assignments. It is based on the idea that when students work together and exchange knowledge, they learn more effectively. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, it is known that the initial reflection scores achieved by students were only 22.2% of students who achieved completeness, 55.5% in cycle I and cycle II, and as much as 83.3%. This shows that the use of appropriate teaching strategies can produce real improvements and help students learn enthusiastically and achieve the desired goals.

Abstract

Pengiriman atau pertukaran data adalah kegiatan yang umum terjadi dalam ranah teknologi informasi. Data yang dikirim seringkali mengandung informasi yang penting sehingga memerlukan perlindungan keamanan yang sangat ketat. Untuk menjaga keamanan data, dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik kriptografi. Dalam dunia kriptografi, terdapat berbagai algoritma yang digunakan untuk melakukan enkripsi data. Kecanggihan teknologi informasi menuntut perlindungan data yang kuat dalam berbagai bidang. Salah satu solusi yang telah dikembangkan adalah penggunaan algoritma kriptografi, di antaranya Algoritma Enhanced Dual RSA. Dalam penelitian ini, kami mengeksplorasi penerapan Algoritma Enhanced Dual RSA dalam konteks perlindungan data. Kami membahas prinsip dasar algoritma ini serta langkah-langkah implementasi untuk mengamankan data. Analisis kinerja dan keamanan algoritma ini juga dievaluasi untuk memastikan keefektifannya dalam melindungi data sensitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan tentang penggunaan algoritma Enhanced Dual RSA sebagai salah satu strategi penting dalam upaya melindungi integritas dan kerahasiaan data di era digital.

Abstract

Perpustakan merupakan sumber intelektual utama dalam konteks akademik, yang memiliki peran penting dalam menghubungkan pelajar dan pendidik dengan pengetahuan yang terus berkembang sehingga suntikan teknologi merupakan salah satu sarana untuk meningkatkan daya tarik bagi pengunjung perpustakaan agar dapat memberikan layanan secara dinamis terkhusus dalam bidang distribusi ilmu pengetahuan. Setelah proses melewati situasi pandemi Universitas Pignatelli Triputra memerlukan peningkatan layananan literasi baca secara digital sehingga diperlukan adanya teknologi SLiMS (Senayan Library Management System) sebagai media sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web yang dikembangkan oleh Perpustakaan Kementrian Kebudayaan Riset dan Teknologi Indonesia. Peneliti tergerak untuk melakukan pengabdian pada Universitas dengan melakukan pembangunan sistem informasi perpustakaan guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan perpustakaan. Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Universitas Pignatelli Triputra kini telah terbit dan dapat diakses melalui situs resmi perguruan tinggi sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa proses pengabdian ini dapat dinyatakan mampu menghadirkan manfaat bagi perpustakaan dengan harapan mampu mendorong lahirnya digitalisasi perpustakaan bagi perguruan tinggi dan Pendidikan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Baluwarti Village, Surakarta, is a cultural heritage area with tourism potential that has not been optimized due to manual marketing and lack of financial literacy. This community service activity aims to improve the quality of services, marketing, and income of micro, small, and medium enterprises through information technology and training. The methods used include training on local potential, break-even point calculation, website management, and mentoring for the Teman Solo Community. The results showed 85 percent of participants understood the tourism potential of Baluwarti, the selling price of micro, small, and medium enterprises' products decreased by 15 percent after the break-even point training, and the Baluwarti Experience website processed 50 online bookings in two months. Tourist visits increased from 30 to 70 people per month, with micro, small, and medium enterprises' income increasing by 22 percent. Tourist satisfaction also increased from a score of 3.8 to 4.3 on a scale of 5. This activity successfully empowered the community through digitization and financial literacy, supported the sustainability of culture-based tourism, and can be replicated in other destinations.

Abstract

The development of cryptographic algorithms that are efficient in terms of computation and resource usage, in addition to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and authentication of information, is driven by the growing need for digital document security. The generalization of the ElGamal, an expansion of the traditional ElGamal algorithm with more adaptable encryption features, is one algorithm with a lot of promise in this situation. The implementation of the technique of splitting the plaintext into three-digit blocks to lower the complexity of encryption per character and the use of large prime numbers to increase the algorithm's mathematical complexity are the two main ways that this study seeks to increase the algorithm's efficiency and security. It is anticipated that this method will speed up computation time and simplify the encryption process per character without compromising security. The overall findings demonstrate that, without compromising security, this method dramatically cuts down on computation time and ciphertext enlargement. Therefore, in the age of digital transformation, the findings of this study aid in the creation of contemporary cryptographic algorithms that are more flexible and effective and serve as a strategic guide when creating a strong digital data security system.
