Abstract

In-service teacher education has an important role in facing the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, including helping teachers prepare to face new challenges arising from the pandemic, improving the quality of learning, building online teaching skills, supporting students with ideals and hopes and building communities Study. This allows students to get access to quality education even though they are at home. Understanding the impact of the transition from blended learning to online learning is critical to seeing how this change affects in-service teacher training program students, particularly in terms of their stress levels. This research aims to reveal the phenomenon of stress experienced by students while undergoing a professional teacher training program as well as the indications and causes in terms of class, age, gender and place of origin. The type of research is quantitative comparative, the population consists of 418 people and 180 people as research samples were taken using purposive sampling. The results of the research show that Madrasah and PPG PAI, there is no significant difference in stress, nor in terms of age, no significant difference, the 43–49-year age group has a higher average stress score compared to others, with the average stress score was 71.10. Judging from the place of origin, there are differences in the stress felt by students. The average stress score for students in West Sumatra is higher than in the provinces of North Sumatra, Riau, Jambi, Aceh, Central Java and South Sulawesi, as well as in terms of gender.

Abstract

In the manufacturing industry, production problems often occur, often production does not match market demand, production is not well planned, therefore this study aims to develop a classification model using machine learning based on the Naive Bayes and Random Forest algorithms to classify biscuit production data. The main focus of this study is to utilize variables such as dough, number of mixers, production time parameters, and other relevant production factors to improve accuracy in classification. The dataset used in this study includes information from several previous production periods, namely data in 2019-2023, which is then used to train and test the Naive Bayes and Random Forest algorithm models. The training and validation process is carried out using commonly used model performance evaluation techniques. The results of the study show that the Random Forest model is able to provide high accuracy, namely 97.54% while Naive Bayes is 96.45%. Further analysis was also carried out to identify the variables that most influence production results, providing additional insights for optimizing the production process. The results of this study can contribute to the development of classification models for the food and beverage industry, especially in biscuit products, but also offer a more specific view of the factors that influence biscuit production. The implementation of this study can be a basis for manufacturers to make more precise and effective decisions in managing their production.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling in elementary schools should not be regarded merely as a conceptual discourse; rather, it must function as a strategic educational service that supports students in achieving their developmental tasks holistically. These developmental domains include social, spiritual, moral, intellectual, and emotional aspects. As learners who are in the process of developing these competencies, students require guidance to attain the standards of student independence competencies (Standar Kompetensi Kemandirian Peserta Didik/SKKPD). The SKKPD encompasses eleven developmental aspects, one of which is emotional maturity. Recent cases of bullying reported in both online and offline media highlight the urgency of fostering emotional maturity among school-aged children. These incidents have drawn public attention due to the emergence of aggressive behaviors among students, often triggered by their inability to regulate emotions in a healthy manner. This article aims to analyze the internalization process of emotional maturity, which can be conceptualized through three stages. The first stage is recognition, during which individuals learn strategies to avoid interpersonal conflict. The second stage is accommodation, defined as the ability to tolerate various ways in which others—and oneself—express emotions. The third stage is action, which involves expressing emotions freely and openly while avoiding behaviors that may provoke conflict. This study employs a literature review methodology. Such a method constitutes an essential component and often serves as the primary foundation in qualitative research as well as in purely library-based studies. The findings indicate that the implementation of the SKKPD, particularly in the domain of emotional development, is crucial for assisting school counselors in facilitating elementary students’ abilities to recognize and manage their emotions effectively.
