Abstract

This research departs from the phenomenon of interpersonal relationships that are owned by the children of the Al-Ghasyiyah Orphanage which are still low and medium, this is marked by the orphans who do not know each other closely, do not understand each other's personal characteristics, are not familiar, lack of cooperation, orphans they still lack the courage to express their ideas or opinions, there are still social conflicts between them, they close themselves off because they lack confidence in getting along with other orphans, they lack a sense of initiative in making friends and working together. Researchers try to provide group guidance services with sociodrama techniques to orphanages to improve interpersonal relationships, the goal to be achieved in this study is to find out whether or not there are significant differences in the interpersonal relationships of orphanage children before and after being given sociodrama technique group guidance services, as well as effective whether or not the sociodrama technique group guidance services to improve the interpersonal relations skills of orphans at the Al-Ghasyiyah Bathin Solapan Duri Orphanage, Riau. This research is classified as a pre-experimental study using a one group pretest posttest design. The population in this study was the adolescent children of the Al-Ghasyiyah Bathin Solapan Duri Orphanage, Riau. The population is young women at the Al-Ghasyiyah Bathin Solapan Duri Riau Orphanage, totaling 20 people. The sample is adolescents who are indicated to have a poor level of interpersonal relations, namely 8 people, sampling based on purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis used non-parametric statistical tests using the Wilcoxon signed rank test method with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 20.00. pretest and posttest. From the results of the Wilcoxon test calculation, a significant p-value of 0.011 < α (α = 0.05) is obtained, which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. From the results of the calculation of the Wilcoxon test, it can be interpreted that the interpersonal relationship skills of the orphans increased after being given treatment, namely the sociodrama technique Group Guidance Service.

Abstract

Latar belakang dari penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana orang tua asuh membina disiplin dan moral anak-anak di panti asuhan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembinaan disiplin dan moral anak panti asuhan dengan peran orang tua asuh di dalam panti asuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pembinaan disiplin dan moral anak dengan memberikan kasih sayang kepada anak panti, memberikan nasehat kepada anak untuk selalu menghormati dan menyayangi sesama, anak diajarkan untuk bertanggung jawab dengan tugasnya di dalam panti asuhan Aisyiyah putri daerah Kota Payakumbuh. Orang tua asuh juga menyekolahkan anak-anak asuh dari tingkat sekolah dasar (SD) sampai sekolah menengah atas (SMA). Upaya memberikan motivasi kepada anak, memberikan pendidikan keagamaan di dalam panti agar anak bisa bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan menuntun anak untuk rajin belajar baik baik di sekolah maupun di dalam panti asuhan. Dengan adanya pembinaan yang dilakukan oleh orang tua asuh di dalam panti asuhan Aisyiyah putri daerah Kota Payakumbuh dapat memberikan dampak yang baik untuk anak-anak asuh panti asuhan karena mereka sebagai pendorong yang menuntun anak kepada hal-hal yang baik serta orang tua asuh harus mampu memberi contoh dan perilaku yang baik, agar anak-anak panti asuhan dapat meniru kebaikan ari orang tua asuh.

Abstract

Orphanages are institutions that shape the growth and development of children who do not have parents or for some reason do not live with their families. An orphanage is a house, a place (a place to live), while an orphanage is a house where orphaned children are cared for and nurtured and so on. Article 55 paragraph (3) of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2002 explains that in relation to the implementation of the care and maintenance of neglected children, state institutions and community institutions can cooperate with various parties as referred to in paragraph 2. Orphanage is defined as a house, place or residence where orphans, orphans, and orphaned children are cared for (taken care of). In an orphanage there is a caregiver who educates, nurtures, protects and provides comfort to the children in his care. Caregivers are foster parents who are respected and appreciated by their foster children.

Abstract

The role of a caregiver is very much needed by the children at the West Pasaman Mother Sharing Foundation orphanage in shaping the children's religious character. Children are educated so that they can be disciplined, responsible and able to memorize the Koran. The key informants in this research were caregivers or administrators and the supporting informants for this research were all 19 children from the orphanage. The results of this research show that there are 4 ways for caregivers to shape the character of children at the West Pasaman Mother Sharing Foundation orphanage, namely through (1). Habituation, children are accustomed to reading the Koran at 3 times, namely after the morning prayer, after the Asr prayer and after the Maghrib prayer. (2). By example, caregivers always set good examples for children to emulate, for example sunnah fasting. (3). Advice, caregivers provide advice to orphanage children who are found breaking the rules or not carrying out the tasks that have been assigned to them. And the last one (4). Punishment, caregivers give punishment to children if they have been advised but make the same mistake. So caregivers provide punishments that children can still carry out but can also have a deterrent effect on mistakes made. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation.

Abstract

Penyesuaian sosial merupakan salah satu dari tugas perkembangan diusia remaja. Salah satu tugas perkembangan masa remaja yang tersulit yaitu berhubungan dengan penyesuaian sosial. Remaja harus menyesuaikan diri dengan lawan jenis dalam hubungan yang sebelumnya belum pernah ada dan harus menyesuaikan dengan orang dewasa di luar lingkungan keluarga dan sekolah. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dari masalah yang terjadi kepada remaja di Jorong Padang Cantiang Kapau, yang mana remaja tersebut sulit untuk melakukan penyesuaian sosial dengan masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian Pre-Eksperimen model One Group Pretest Posttest Design. Populasi adalah remaja yang berusia 14-19 tahun yang berjumlah 20 orang, sedangkan sampel penelitian adalah remaja yang terindikasi memiliki penyesuaian sosial yang rendah yang diambil berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling dan hasil pretest yang berjumlah 10 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon, dan dalam pengkorelasian variabel penelitian menggunakan Statistical and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 21. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa berdasarkan hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai sig. p-value sebesar 0,005 lebih kecil dari nilai α yaitu 0.05 yang artinya Hi diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hal ini menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara penyesuaian sosial remaja di lingkungan sekitar sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan. Artinya, pendekatan Rational Emotif Behavior Terapi (REBT) berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan penyesuaian sosial remaja. Dengan demikian pendekatan Rational Emotif Behavior Terapi (REBT) dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk mengatasi permasalahan penyesuaian sosial di Jorong Padang Cantiang Kapau, Kabupaten Agam.

Abstract

Orphanages play an important role in helping children get protection, education and care for children who have lost their parents or been separated from their parents. One of the main challenges faced by these orphanages is love, which can have a serious impact on children's development. With this research, we used a qualitative descriptive approach to understand, describe and analyze the problem of lack of compassion at the Hanifa III Kampuang Orphanage. The results of this research will reveal that a lack of affection can cause children to feel lonely, anxious, and have difficulty forming healthy social relationships. The important role of administrators and social workers in providing compassion should not be overlooked. To overcome this problem of lack of love, the solution is to increase the number of administrators, provide training to them about the importance of compassion and invite the community to participate to help support the orphanage.

Abstract

This research began with many teachers not understanding the learning styles or ways of learning that children have so that many of the lessons delivered by teachers were not understood during the learning process. So, it is important for teachers to master the three learning styles, namely visual, auditory and kinesthetic, to make it easier for students to understand what is conveyed by the teacher in the teaching and learning process and a teacher can also improve the quality of their learning. The subjects of this research were all students from class 7.1 to class 7.7, the total number of which was 223. The results obtained in the research were that the learning style of class 7.1 students was dominated by the Kinesthetic learning style as much as (43%) of the total students in class 7.1, class 7.2 was dominated by the Auditorial learning style. as much as (50%), class 7.3 is dominated by an Auditory learning style as much as (35%), class 7.4 is dominated by a Kinesthetic learning style as much as (58%), class 7.5 is dominated by an Auditory learning style as much as (39%), class 7.6 is dominated by a Kinesthetic learning style as much as ( 58%), class 7.7 is dominated by the Auditorial learning style (35%). This research uses a qualitative approach with observation and interview methods adapted to the problem topic being discussed, namely Analysis of the VAK (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic) Learning Style Instrument for Students at MTsN 4 West Pasaman.

Abstract

In today's Alpha era, teenagers have forgotten their role as the next generation of the nation and the State of Indonesia. Adolescence is a transition period from child to adult. This time is the cause of Indonesian juvenile delinquency greatly increased. The purpose of this study is to examine Juvevile Delinquency or juvenile delinquency that causes a decrease in adolescent Etitude. One of the attitudes that adolescents must have is knowledge of ethical values passed down by ancestors. Social changes and value shifts have affected the development of adolescents, causing the old culture to be left behind due to the emergence of a new culture in the Alpha era. Bulliying is everywhere, physical violence against the community is carried out by teenagers, speaking inappropriately to both older and younger, turning their backs on kato nan ampek, bullying and so on. One of the consequences of social change that causes juvenile delinquency to increase is the shift, the fall of adolescents into deviant behavior that is not in accordance with normal values and social rules. Conditions like this do not rule out the possibility of pervasive genegration with the designation Juvevile Delinquency lowering the Etitude of children in the community. One of the factors of juvenile delinquency that causes Etitude to decline when the way of communication practiced by the gods does not reflect good communication, speaking loudly and using harsh and harsh language and is considered correct by some adolescents, weakening moral degradation and reduced family functions and the role of the family, and society in fostering adolescents. When the functions of these related parties are weakened, there will be defects in the actions of adolescents. The method in this research is a literature study (study research), which collects various sources and information that can examine juvenile delinquency that causes a decrease in adolescent ethics. The expected result in this research is to create teenagers who have good ethics in communication which is expected in a positive social environment and in accordance with applicable norms. Hopefully this can provide positive teaching for all of us.

Abstract

The background of this research is that there were four couples of early married teenagers aged around 17-19 years who married early due to promiscuity which led to pregnancies outside of marriage. to his wife and children so they look like they are experiencing stress. The focus of this research is to find out the Coping of Stress for young couples who marry early in Nagari Tanjung Beringin, Lubuk Attitudeing District, Pasaman Regency. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research that is telling or describing something with what is happening in the field. The key informants of this study were four couples of early married teenagers and the supporting informants in this study were families and neighbors of early married couples. Data collection methods in this study are observation, interview and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification, and data validity techniques, namely data triangulation. The results of the study concluded that the form of coping stress for young married couples is emotional focuse coping which is carried out by observing early married couples where not all couples can solve problems when these problems occur. Judging from the four coping pairs displayed by early married teenage couples, Emotion focuse coping is how to avoid problems by getting angry, arguing which causes the husband to leave the house and bring silence so that the situation is calmer and the wife cries shutting herself up at home to calm herself from her anger after anger subsided then the couple tried to solve the problem.
