Abstract

Backgrounds: The concept of human development or human capital is a hot topic that is being widely discussed, considering that human capital is part of human resource management with a broader scope of study which addresses the practical side of human resource management. Aim: Between emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, special performance appraisal, education and training, and motivation on teacher performance (3) The simultaneous effect of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, special performance appraisal, education and training, and motivation on teacher performance. Method: Using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Findings: Based on the results of NJI calculations, all variables in this study are in the high category, meaning that each variable is perceived as good by the permanent teachers of the foundation. The results showed that the variables of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, special performance appraisal, education and training, motivation partially had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Then simultaneously the variables of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, special performance appraisal, education and training, motivation affect performance

Abstract

Keberlanjutan menjadi isu strategis bagi dunia bisnis modern, mendorong adopsi Green Human Resource Management (GHRM). Namun, implementasi GHRM di Indonesia masih terbatas akibat rendahnya kesadaran keberlanjutan dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan budaya organisasi dan keterlibatan karyawan terhadap keberhasilan GHRM. Metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) digunakan dengan pendekatan PRISMA untuk meninjau studi-studi terkait dari jurnal terindeks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi yang mendukung keberlanjutan, kepemimpinan hijau, serta keterlibatan karyawan secara aktif dalam praktik hijau berkontribusi pada efektivitas implementasi GHRM. Selain itu, pelatihan lingkungan, sistem insentif, dan teknologi hijau memperkuat komitmen karyawan terhadap kebijakan keberlanjutan. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa tanpa dukungan budaya organisasi yang kuat dan keterlibatan karyawan yang aktif, implementasi GHRM hanya menjadi formalitas. Studi ini memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan praktik GHRM guna mencapai keberlanjutan organisasi.

Abstract

The snack-based MSMEs in Winduraja Village possess significant economic and tourism potential but face challenges in product innovation and packaging. This community service activity aims to develop innovative products based on MSMEs as a local culinary identity and as part of a strategy to strengthen the village tourism sector. A participatory-collaborative approach was employed, involving MSME actors and village institutions through stages of observation, needs analysis, product design, and a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Local products such as comring, glass chips, and tempeh chips were developed with new flavor variants, attractive packaging, and names reflecting Sundanese cultural identity. The results include the creation of a distinctive village culinary brand and enhanced synergy among stakeholders. Participatory evaluation indicated increased MSME involvement, a sense of ownership, and encouragement of sustainable production initiatives. This program demonstrates that product innovation, combined with the FGD approach, can strengthen MSME competitiveness and build the village’s image as a community-empowered tourism destination.

Abstract

Industrial relations in human resource management require a fair and competitive compensation system to balance the interests of employees and employers. However, SMEs like PT. Galunggung Net Tasikmalaya often face challenges in implementing a compensation design that aligns with industry standards and labor regulations. This study aims to analyze the design and determination of compensation at PT. Galunggung Net to understand the challenges in ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving interviews with the company's owner and HR personnel. The findings indicate that the compensation system includes direct financial compensation (salaries, allowances, incentives), indirect financial compensation (insurance, facilities), and non-financial compensation (recognition, performance evaluation). However, there are gaps in salary benchmarking, non-compliance with minimum wage standards, and a lack of protection for freelance workers. To enhance fairness and competitiveness, PT. Galunggung Net should conduct benchmarking, refine its performance-based incentive system, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. This study provides insights for SMEs in designing sustainable compensation strategies to improve employee welfare and organizational stability.

Abstract

Traditional educational institutions such as Islamic boarding schools combine a curriculum that includes religious subjects, such as tafsir, hadith, and fiqh, with general subjects, such as math, science, and languages. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of employee training and development in boarding schools in improving the quality of education. Using a qualitative approach, this study examines various training and development programs implemented in several Islamic boarding schools, as well as their impact on the competence of teaching and education personnel. Data were collected through literature studies and analyzed to identify the relationship between training programs and improved performance and teaching quality. The results showed that systematic and continuous training significantly improved the skills and knowledge of the educators, which contributed to a more effective and adaptive teaching and learning process. In addition, continuous professional development helps educators in pesantren to remain relevant to developments in teaching methodologies and educational technology. These findings confirm the importance of investing in staff training and development as a key strategy to improve the quality of education in pesantren.
