This study aimed to analyze the effect of principal resilience on science learning innovation at SMAN Purwodadi. Principal resilience refers to the ability to cope with pressure, adapt to change, manage challenges, and remain productive in leading a school. This study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The research population consisted of 55 teachers at SMAN Purwodadi, including three science teachers, and a saturated sampling technique was applied. The data were collected using principal resilience and science learning innovation questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results showed that principal resilience had a positive and significant effect on science learning innovation, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.58 and a significance value of 0.001 (< 0.05). These findings indicate that principal resilience explained 58% of the variation in science learning innovation, while the remaining 42% was influenced by other factors outside this study. Therefore, principals with high resilience tend to be more capable of creating a work environment that supports creativity, adaptation, and learning innovation. This study recommends developing principal resilience enhancement programs as a strategy to improve the quality and innovation of science learning. This study aims to analyze teacher strategies in 5th-grade Science learning videos on YouTube to identify best practices that improve learning effectiveness. The study used a qualitative approach with a content analysis method on 20-30 learning videos selected purposively based on criteria of curriculum suitability, time relevance, and source credibility. The results showed that expository strategies were the most dominant strategy used, followed by demonstrations and scaffolding. The use of multimedia such as animation and illustrations proved effective in clarifying abstract concepts. However, the interactivity aspect in the videos was still low because most of the videos were one-way, so active student participation was not optimal. This study concluded that the development of learning videos that combine various pedagogical strategies with interactive elements is necessary to improve the quality of digital learning that is appropriate to student needs and the demands of the Independent Curriculum.

The use of technology-based learning media, particularly instructional videos, has increasingly been implemented in elementary schools to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process. This study aims to examine the use of instructional videos as learning media in elementary schools, focusing on their strengths and weaknesses in the learning process. This research employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive qualitative design. The research participants consisted of elementary school teachers and students who had experience using instructional videos in classroom learning. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings reveal that instructional videos have several advantages, such as increasing students’ learning motivation and interest, facilitating the understanding of abstract concepts, and creating a more engaging and contextual learning atmosphere. However, the study also identifies several limitations, including inadequate technological facilities, dependence on the quality and relevance of video content, and the risk of passive learning if videos are not integrated with appropriate teaching strategies. Therefore, it can be concluded that instructional videos can be an effective learning medium when they are well-planned and supported by the active role of teachers as learning facilitators.
