Abstract

School culture is a set of values that encompasses behavior, tradition, daily policies, and symbols as implemented by headmaster, teachers and staff, students and society nearby. School culture is a distinctive character and image of the school to the eye of outsiders. A lot can be done to improve education quality by building positive school culture that enables good morale as well as conducive setting which positively impact school’s education quality. In the attempt to develop school culture relevance with current situation should be taken into account. There are positive and negative cultural aspects as well as the neutral one; cultural aspect that is being implemented should be suitable to the realization of school’s vision and mission through the development of a good culture.

Abstract

MSMEs are one way for people to meet their daily needs. They also play a crucial role in improving regional and national economies. However, as developments develop, MSMEs are now finding it difficult to capture market share due to competitiveness. This is further compounded by the enactment of Law No. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. Therefore, the government is emphasizing legal protection for MSMEs to address the increasingly fierce competition in the current market. This study aims to analyze the government's role in providing legal protection to MSME owners following the enactment of Law No. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. The main focus of this study is to explore how regulations and policies resulting from the Job Creation Law affect the legal protection provided to MSME owners, as well as the extent of the government's role in guaranteeing their legal rights, both in terms of business protection, financing, and market access. Through this study, it is hoped that various recommendations will be found that will be useful for improving government policies in providing optimal legal protection for MSME owners, as well as contributing to the development of a more sustainable MSME sector in Indonesia.

Abstract

Sistem pewarisan menurut wasiat dalam perspektif hukum perdata merupakan topik yang memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang dinamika pembagian harta warisan yang diatur oleh hukum. Wasiat, sebagai instrumen hukum yang disusun oleh pewaris untuk memberikan arahan kepada ahli waris atau pihak lain, memainkan peran penting dalam menentukan cara distribusi harta warisan, baik dalam konteks hukum perdata Indonesia maupun dalam sistem hukum lainnya. Dalam hukum perdata, ada dua cara utama untuk melakukan pewarisan: pertama, melalui hukum waris yang ditetapkan oleh negara, dan kedua, melalui wasiat. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kedudukan wasiat dalam sistem pewarisan menurut hukum perdata, menganalisis syarat-syarat sahnya wasiat, serta meneliti implikasi hukum yang muncul dari pewarisan berbasis wasiat, termasuk perlindungan terhadap hak-hak ahli waris yang sah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode analisis deskriptif-kritis, merujuk pada undang-undang yang berlaku serta literatur relevan untuk mengupas isu-isu seputar pewarisan melalui wasiat. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun wasiat memiliki kekuatan hukum yang signifikan, ada batasan tertentu yang perlu diperhatikan, seperti hak ahli waris yang tidak dapat diabaikan, serta peranan wasiat dalam pengaturan pembagian harta warisan sesuai dengan kehendak pewaris.
