Abstract

This study purposed to describe the effect of group guidance service with symbolic modeling techniques to improve prosocial behavior of student class VIII MTs Negeri 01 Lebong. The method in this study used an experiment with a one group prestest-posttest design. The population in this studi were all student of class VIII A MTs Negeri 01 Lebong totaling 30 students with the research sample consist of 10 students. The sample were taken by random sampling technique. The data collection using a questionnare with a Likert scale model. Data analysis technique was using the t test (paired sample test). The result of the hypothesis test obtained in this study showed that the value of t = -5.361 and sig (2-tailed) 0.000 means that there is a significant influence on group guidance service with symbolic modeling techniques to improve students prosocial behavior Keyword : prosocial behavior, group guidance, symbolic modeling techniques

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of providing information services to reduce academic procrastination in sma negeri 04 kaur students and is motivated by researcher observations and interviews with guidance and counseling teachers at sma negeri 04 kaur. The method used in this research is one-group pre-test and post-test design. the population in this study was the entire xi ipa class and the sample of this study was xi ipa 1 class students totaling 32 people. determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique. data were obtained from an academic procrastination questionnaire with a likert scale. the results of the calculation of the average score of the level of academic procrastination in students before being given information services were 114 and decreased after being given information services with an average score of 85. the results of hypothesis testing with the t test are 8,629 with a sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 so that the sig. (2-tailed) value <0.05 which means ho is rejected and ha is accepted. based on these results, it can be concluded that there is an effect of providing information services to reduce academic procrastination in students. Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of modeling engineering group guidance services to improve the disciplinary character of SMP Negeri 22 Bengkulu City. This research uses an experimental method with a one group pre-test and post-test pattern. The population of this study was 53 students with a sample of 10 students determined using random sampling techniques. The data collection technique uses a student discipline questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale model. Based on the results of the hypothesis test analysis, tcount = -7.588. Next, the t table was consulted with a significance level of 5% (0.05), namely 2.308. Shows the value of t count = -7.588> t table = 2.308 Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence of modeling engineering group guidance services on student discipline. Keywords: group guidance, modeling technique, student’s discipline

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya siswa yang kurang mampu dalam manajemen waktu belajar. Hal ini terlihat dari adanya beberapa siswa yang sering terlambat mengirim tugas, kurang maksimalnya dalam menyetorkan hafalan pada mata pelajaran tertentu, serta mengerjakan PR di dalam kelas. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan bimbingan konseling berbasis religi dengan menggunakan layanan informasi terhadap manajemen waktu belajar siswa di MTs Jaa alHaq Kota Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi dan praktik melalui tahapan-tahapan dalam layanan informasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini terlihat adanya perbedaan pemahaman memanajemen waktu belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan layanan konseling serta siswa memperoleh informasi tips dan trik dalam manajemen waktu belajar diberikan layanan bimbingan konseling berbasis religi melalui layanan informasi. Siswa juga terlihat antusias dalam kegiatan yang dilaksanakan tersebut. Layanan informasi berbasis religi mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa karena layanan ini dapat memberikan berbagai informasi yang dibutuhkan mengenai manajemen waktu belajar dari materi yang  disampaikan, juga sebagai tempat untuk siswa menyampaikan pikiran dan pendapat serta berdiskusi untuk mendapatkan pengalaman dan informasi baru dengan lebih mudah dan menyenangkan.
